Olympia has done my hair several times, And she is AMAZING! She really knows her color and is always keeping up with the current styles! I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else! She never disappoints! :)

I had my brows fixed by Samantha an Esthetician and she is amazing. She talked with me before hand about my brows, the shape and what look I was hoping for. She was gentle and listened to me the whole time. I will definitely be going back.

I have had my hair done by Olympia 4 times now and she is amazing. Color 3 of the times and just a cut the first time. The 5 stars is for her, not Mission Beauty in general. Olympia is professional and kind, and she does a great job on my hair. I have very thick hair and it is not easy to color and cut without issue. Leslie is also great at cutting hair, she has done my husband’s hair for at least 8 years and he has followed her as she switched salons. I had one HORRIBLE experience at Mission but the stylist is no longer there. She argued with me throughout the entire process saying she had to use way too much dye to color it. Not sure how it was my fault that I had so much hair and I never complained about the price. They are over priced for salon services in my opinion. The new owners raised the prices and I still cringe every time I pay the bill. Olympia and Leslie you are worth it though!

I got my hair done by Shannon and it ended up being the worst possible experience of my entire life. All I wanted was a simple ombré. My hair was just brown with no dye on it before hand. It took 5 hours and ended up looking HORRIBLE. It wasn’t an ombré at all. My whole head was orange and blotchy and fried. And my bangs were still dark brown but my roots were orange. After we were done she didn’t even say anything about how obviously bad it was and just curled it. I told her nicely that I didn’t like how my bangs didn’t match and she just said that its my hair types fault that it was this color.(Makes no sense) she then told me she could add more brown to my roots if I come back within 7 days. I paid a whopping 120 dollars and I left almost in tears to go home and find out how horrible the back was! It looked like my toddler got a hold of bleach and threw it all over my hair. I went to a different salon the next day telling her my story because I had a funeral to go to in 2 days and she squeezed me in. All the stylist there were freaking out about how bad mission beauty messed up my hair and how much they charged me. I paid 110 dollars to get my hair fixed and they told me I should go to mission to get my money back and to show them pics of my hair and what their stylist did to it. Well I went in after work a couple days later and showed the assistant manager the pics of my hair and asked her how I would like my money back. She was SOOORUDE. In front of other employees telling me I probably won’t get my money back because I got it fixed somewhere else. She never once said sorry about my experience and completely fried head of hair. The manager called me a couple days later saying how they can only offer me half my money back because how I didn’t go back to Shannon when I was supposed to and how it made them lose money and time. Why would I want to go back to a salon that ruined my hair and was rude to me about it? So I got 60 of my 120 dollars back and let me tell you it was a fight to even get that much. I still never got one apology from ANY of the employees there that saw the pictures and heard my story. I will never go back there FORANYTHING. And unless you want your hair ruined and your wallet emptied I suggest you don’t go here either. I wouldn’t even be leaving this review if at least one of the employees said sorry to me and gave me my actual refund and felt bad for what happened. Instead they treated me the worst I’ve ever been treated by a business.

I get my hair done here by Erica who does an amazing job!!! The girls on the sales floor are super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great selection and prices. I would definitely recommend this salon and spa to anyone!!! I have tried other salons and spas and I haven’t found any that I like as well as Mission. I will be going back for sure!!!

Just got an awesome a-line bob by Erica. She was super sweet and professional. My cut came with shampoo and style. Since I live in Mt. shasta where we use well water, she recommended a clarifying shampoo and conditioner for my hair.

I just got a bikini wax here yesterday and had a really wonderful experience with Selena. I’ve gotten many, many waxes in my life but this was the first time that someone had a cold washcloth on hold for those painful moments after waxing! I walked around in jeans for hours after my appointment(which is usually a bad idea) and experienced almost no discomfort. Selena is so friendly, gentle and thorough — I definitely recommend her. :)

I came in about 6 weeks ago and purchased some very expensive tweezers, and within 2 weeks one pair was useless for gripping. I had already thrown away the packaging, I couldn’t find the receipt for awhile, and even though I figured I’d be told to kick rocks, I went back in with the tweezers and a receipt which clearly stated a 30 day return period; they cost too much for me to not try returning them. I was immediately greeted by Selena, who was more than happy to help me. I told her the info, showed her the other tweezers in packaging on the display, she looked at the receipt and said it was obviously the same ones, I had obviously bought them and it was very recent, so she would gladly take them back. Common sense in customer service, holy cow! I picked out a few items for exchange and Selena put the remainder of the refund amount back on my credit card. I was expecting a fight, like I would have to argue in order to get Mission to take them back, but the issue was handled easily and made me feel like I can confidently continue making expensive purchases with Mission Beauty backing the products they sell and making it right if the items wind up being less than satisfactory. Selena was friendly, enthusiastic about her work, and a complete asset to Mission Beauty from the looks of some of the past reviews. There were a few other women working around the registers who also seemed to know their stuff and were friendly, I don’t remember their names. It looks like the owners have a good team put together right now, hopefully they all stick together! Thanks to Selena’s fantastic service and positive attitude, I will be returning to try out her facial services in the future :)

The only positive thing I can say us the store us always clean and the staff are very friendly, but I have been working in the beauty industry for Many years and I know with 10000% assurance that some of the products the sell are expired and it’s been over 6 years since that direct product company stopped making them.

Mission recently raised their prices but so worth every penny! They have updated everything in the store and have been updating all of their education on spa services all the latest and greatest in the hair industry and the most amazing makeup trends. Every girl in the hair salon is fantastic and are great assets to the company!

I’ve been shopping here for the last 12 years for all my beauty products. It wasn’t until recently that I discovered they also have a full service day spa in the back! I have had several treatments there that were absolutely amazing! I had the most luxurious facial and massage by Gabby, she was sooo sweet and incredibly knowledgable. I also had the best manicure and pedicure by a young girl named Leia, she was so gentle and thorough, I didn’t know that is how a mani pedi is supposed to be! My polish lasted well over a month. Not to mention she gives the most amazing massage. I felt like all my services were specifically designed with me in mind. I will absolutely be treating myself more often. Thank you ladies for changing how I feel about my body, mind and spirit!

I purchased 2 glo minerals eyeshadow products from Mission Beauty’s website on July 30. I received a confirmation email but nothing after that. I just checked their website and only 1 of the eyeshadows was mailed out Aug 4. I called them to find out the status of the other eyeshadow. They claim that the manufacturer discontinued it(even though it still available to purchase on both the manufacturer’s website and on Mission Beauty’s website). I am really disappointed that I did not receive any kind of email followup notifying me of the cancellation or even the shipment. I am even more dismayed by their response. The woman who I spoke to, I think her name is Kristen, did not apologize or even sound remotely apologetic. In fact, after I explained the problem, there was a big long silence, then she claimed that their computer system does not retain my email address. Maybe the computer is not programmed to send updates when they cancel items but I just logged into my account using my email address to check the status so it is somewhere in the system. Whether the problem is bad customer service or a outdated computer system, they need to make some changes to keep up with standard procedures at other beauty websites. I’m really disappointed because I needed the eyeshadows next week for a wedding and now I don’t have time to order from another website. I’m never buying from them again.

I haven’t gotten a service here but I love going here for higher end beauty products. It’s my goto place for hair products and OPI nail polishes. Location is convenient and girls at the counter are usually pretty helpful.
