Everyone is human. But this place has got it down pretty well. However, some of the employees could at least be a tad bit more friendly. But overall most of them are. And if you decide to choose this route you won’t be regretting your decision! Oh! And if ice cream fits the craving then I definitely recommend eating it outside instead of inside for a better environment and experience!

do not order the hot fudge sunday seems as if they forgot what fudge is? there was none in there… really disappointed and for $ 5.75 a ripoff!!! do not go here! the one older lady was rude!!! steer clear!!! …:-((

The customer service is lovely, they have such very friendly and very patient staff!
Its the first time I’ve been to ColdStone since 2012 in Santa Cruz so I practically just stood there and stared at the menu board for 15mins assessing the different kinds of flavors and cones I’d like to get vs What I should get.
I went with «The Blonde strawberry» ice cream, while my companies settled for «No Fair Funnel Cake» and a «Cookies & Cream» Milkshake
I remember my mother getting a Caramel Frap from here months ago and I recall it tasting pretty darn legendary, and after tasting the Cookies & Cream we all came to an agreement that their Milkshakes are the better place to go! So inloveeee! In the other hand, I now realize that I chose a very basic and average ice cream and… that’s what I got, it’s very similar to Ben&Jerrys strawberry shortcake minus the good amount of graham that B&J provides. Also, their No Fair Funnel Cake literally was Not Fair! I died in the inside, the funnel was stale, the vanilla ice cream was bland, heavy on the whip cream! I think there was more whip cream than the actual ice cream, the strawberry syrups taste more artificial than average, it really just wasn’t a good experience — and we felt sick afterwards.
I’m sure I could have chosen a better ice cream, I’ll definitely be back to try again! It’s the infamous ColdStone after all!
The interior and ambience, oh boy, oh boyyyyy.
Too much going on! Windows are covered with posters, walls including, ceilings have hanging banners, it’s just too heavy and busy for the eyes. The quarter tile wall makes me feel like I’m inside the restroom with the marble plated tables as the finish. It’s not the most pleasing setting to spend your time in. Not to mention that the floors was wayyy too dirty, but it’s been raining the past couples days that I won’t even blame that on them.
Hoping for a better experience next time. But none the less, great job on an amazing staff!

Will work for that sweet tooth. Not the cleanest at the tables, so it’s nice that sitting outside is an option.

Best place to get ice-​cream in hot summer at Redding. They have many staff and wait is short even with long lines. Plenty of outdoor seating and location is convenient.

They make great ice cream cakes. I just bought a red velvet cake with strawberry ice cream and strawberry icing. They even put happy birthday on it for my sweetie.
