Very pleased with this store. Love all the different Christmas décor and love that it is actually in my price range. The pillows go on and on and if you have time to check them out you can find some great deal!

Today a little piece of me has died forever. This afternoon I went to every store that sells patio furniture in Redding, CA. I was on the simple hunt for patio chairs that didn’t make me sick with the though of having them outside my home. I made the mistake in my desperation to enter your ‘Pier 1 Imports’… The assault on my delicate senses was immediate, and came in a trifecta seeming straight from the bowels of hell itself. The first wave of my molestation was the smell. What had to be no less than one hundred and fifty different pot pouries that have fused together to make what I can only imagine the last smell the British forces had running through their noses, the moment before perishing due to German mustard gas in the trenches of WW1. The second wave was the almost instantaneous verbal harassment. I was caught off guard, still trying to remove the water from my eyes due to the inhumane ‘mustard gases’. All my attempts to translate the shrill squeaking coming from what, for all I knew could have been a talking lawn gnome, was a complete and total failure. After a moment, I realized it could only be a small child playing«dress up» on ‘bring your thirteen-year-old to work day’. I was struck with a barrage of questions as to why I was there, and if I needed any help from my new captor, ‘bubbles’? «We have like lots of good stuff on sale today!» was the last thing I could make out before I began to feel my body start to enter a state of medical shock. Standing in the door, still trying to gain my composure. My eyes started to focus for the first time in what seemed an hour. That is when the third, and most heinous of waves hit. I could see the home décor… It is as if Martha Stewart herself had taken a dump in a Chinese replicating machine, and shipped it all over the world for the consumption of tasteless humans everywhere. My body shaking with fear for my life, I slowly backed out of the door, and stumbled back to my truck. I just sat there shaking, trying to pull it all together thinking; «This is my Grenada, and I will never forget this day as long as I live».

Once again found my best value at Pier 1. I really wanted a outdoor table that holds a umbrella. I found some really nice ones around town. Some were as much as $ 999. That doesn’t include seats either. I went to Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, & World Market. The table I purchased was only $ 169! Plus it was a nice espresso color and looked to be of quality. Some of the ones at Walmart were close in price. They just looked so cheap. Once again I’m thankful to make my home look nice and not break the bank! Thanks Pier 1!

Just wanted to let people to know that this store in redding has lots of variety and is very clean. The workers there care a lot about their customers and they always ask me if I need help finding anything and try to get me the best deals possible on what I’m looking for. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at pier 1 imports here in redding.

Large, clean and well organized. Although, I didn’t see any candles. They were having a summer sale. I love Pier 1. We went on July 4th and I was the only shopper there. The staff didn’t ask me for help, the only guy and girl working there were chatting up the storm at the cash register. I didn’t mind because I was just browsing.

Nice, big, clean store. I love all the merchandise and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m afraid to go in, I never come out empty handed. They have the strongest candles!
