Pro Nails

This is the most rude salon I have ever been in. Leni the owner is the worst owner I have ever seen. See says the F word and never talks english that much. All the workers in there talk between themselves and you get the feeling they are talking about you. There prices are always different than what is posted. This business is in a good location and that is why it does a good business. This salon is closed on Sundays so you know they are doing good, BUT the way you treated is ridicules. They need to go out of business!

Always get my pedicures here. Kathi is the best there. I always will always trust her with my feet. Clean and sterile with very nice chairs

Not bad service (if you can get past the feeling of someone talking about you in a foreign language). I have a hard time finding a decent nail place in redding but they usually do a good job.

I have come here a few times to get my nails done, and I always feel like they are judging me. I don’t get my nails done often because my job is so hard on my hands. I feel like it is a waste of money to keep getting my nails done when ruin them a few days later at work, and they talk down to me about how rough my nails look. They are always super rough with my nails and cuticles, and one girl in particular doesn’t listen when I tell her to be more gentle. Every time I go in there they at some point mention my eyebrows which are bushy, and push for me to get them waxed. The staff talks among themselves in a foreign language, which by itself isn’t a problem, but there have been a few times when I was pretty sure they were talking about me.

I walked in there this morning 10:12 to get a fill. No back fill, just regular fill. I was greeted by the owner and she asked what I needed. I tell her, then proceed to ask about how long. She says maybe 20 – 30 mins. Cool! I say okay, I just have to be at work 2 mins away at 11. She says… ohhh nooo. Can’t be done in that time.
Are you serious?! Customer service just keeps declining at this place! And obviously they have no clue of time. Check out the other reviews.

By far the worst experience ever!
Myself and my 2 daughters arrived and asked for 3 pedicures. We were all seated at the same time and immediately put into warm water for the soaking process. As I sat and soaked. for 45 minutes, my two daughters were given a very basic trim, massage and polish. Just as my daughter’s were finished, I was asked to move from my chair to a table without explanation. At this point I started to become confused and asked «is someone was going to finish my pedicure?»
I was told «we will paint you now» and I of course declined. Seeing as how my daughter’s were both finished and my pedicure had not even been started! I was told again and again they would paint me now, I again explained no one had even started my pedicure so there was no way I was going to allow them to paint my untrimmed unmanicured nails. Needless to say I paid for my daughter’s and walked out. This was a very upsetting experience.
I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN!
Btw: My youngest daughters polish job was a disaster!

My mom, sister and I just got mani/​pedis here and it was not a great experience. The people were nice, but the wait was an hour when they said it would be 20min, and then it took 2 hours for all three of us to be finished. On top of that, I’m pretty sure we were scammed. $ 211 + tip for the 3 of us.
1.) I got a basic gel manicure and pedicure, which the price menu said would be $ 20 for the gel mani, and $ 25 for the gel pedi. They charged me $ 20 for the mani + $ 40 for the pedi. They said it was an extra $ 15 for the massage chair and water. The price board didn’t say it would cost an extra $ 15 for the massage chair, and they didn’t tell me that prior to getting me in the chair, so I was surprised.
2.) My mom got a gel pedi only (no manicure) with a design and small sparkle powder and they charged her $ 60!
3.) My sister got the fake nails and fancy design plus a gel pedi and design. Her’s cost like $ 90 total.
I don’t really understand what happened. We should have disputed the price more, but we just wanted to get out of there since we had been there for 3 hours. I don’t recommend you go here unless you want to spend all day and burn your wallet.

I have gotten 4 pedicures here, and they all lasted at least 3 weeks.
Happy with the results… less expensive than private,
but more than the city walk in places?
