Basically if you want to be bold faced lied to, this is your place! I would highly recommend Chelsea, THE #1 C U Next Tuesday kind of lying A$$ Beeze. She’s so good at deception and acting stupid it’s amazing she’s so humble to keep her acting skills local in Redding. Bend over and take it and yup you guessed it, no lube or thank you in the end. WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER!!! Just fyi star rating is based on a «have» to

I went to this store because the Sprint in San Mateo was horrible and really messed up my service. The staff here was attentive, friendly, caring and really tried their absolute best to help me. Troubleshooting making phone calls. This place is the defenition of excellent customer service. A special thank you to Chelsy(sp?) and Geoff. Both exceptional employees and so incredibly kind trying so hard to help me. This store is 5+ stars.

I don’t even know where to begin. My husband came in here to get his phone upgrade and he was basically coerced by the sales employee to go with the iPhone 6 and go with a lease plan for $ 5/month. When he asked what his other options were, the salesperson feigned ignorance and informed him that they were out of stock of the all the versions of the iPhone 5s. Furthermore, they weren’t going to order anymore iPhone 5s because they are now outdated and no one was going to get them. I find this appallingly hard to believe because it’s a darn phone carrier… And you’re going to NOT carry the iPhone 5?! So, then there was no other voice but to go with the iPhone 6… And the salesperson pushes my husband to lease the iPhone for $ 5/month for two years. Now that plan sounds reasonable and affordable but what the salesperson didn’t inform him is that he could have also opted to PURCHASE the iPhone 6 for $ 199… If you do math, you pay the extra cost of $ 79BUT you also own your phone. I abhor the entire concept of leasing the phone because Sprint’s policy also requires customers to return the iPhone 6 in perfect condition. If anything happens to the iPhone during the leasing period, then the customer still needs to pay the deductible and purchase a replacement for it. In summary, these are the reasons why you should lease a phone from Sprint: 1. Leasing a phone essentially means that you are throwing away money $ 120 for 2 years. This money just goes to Sprint because you return the phone to Sprint and can’t sell it even if it’s at a lower value. 2. If you lease and you break the phone over the course of those 2 years, you still have to end up paying because you didn’t own the phone; Sprint does.
