Five Stars goes to C.T. — driver extraordinaire!
C.T. has been driving for forty years and it shows — he’s that good. Not only is he smooth in and out of turns, he brakes and accelerates with an ease that makes it a joy to sit on his bus.
It appears to me that C.T. takes his job as if it were his own business — with customer service a top priority! I hadn’t been on the bus for over a week, and when I got on his bus today, he immediately remembered me and confirmed my stop to be such and such. I was shocked at his skills!
And he is always polite — «have a good day, sir/ma’am» and if he knows your name, he greets you like an old friend.
Never has he appeared to have bad day, but instead, C.T. has always been patient, courteous and professional.
I sure wish all the drivers were like C.T.
