Coffee is old and burned tasting. Terrible quality. They are gradually going out of business in Redding, Dutch Bros is giving them a run for their money.

the whole place is overrated. It isn’t bad but it isn’t some magically delicious amazing place. It is great for work meetings but the coffee is medocire at best and the prices are outrageous.

So every time I go they get my order wrong and the line is backed up both inside and outside. This time I ordered a black tea(venti) with sweetener and a splash of nonfat milk. The lady didn’t even tell me that they lost my order when I pulled up to the window she just asked«what did you have?» and I gave a brief name(black tea) so she could perhaps find my drink in the line up. Out she came with a black tea(no sweetener, no milk) then when I told her it was the wrong size, had sweetener, had milk she acted annoyed and didn’t say anything. She came back with the right drink and it was terrible and bitter with sugar free sweetener and overbrewed tea. They threw it together because the lost my order and worst of all they didn’t even have the decency to stop, ask me what exactly I ordered because they lost it, then carefully make the drink.

I have always found the personnel and the service here to be friendly, efficient, and fun. They chat you up a little at the drive thru and if you come by every day, they tend to remember you and your regular order.

Normal stop on the way back to San Diego, needed to stop and take care of some work. After finishing my drink I was offered by a gentleman a drink that was not taken at the drive through. This small token of kindness made my day! Thank you Starbucks of E Lake Blvd for making my day brighter.

The drinks are usually average, service is super slow! You could be the only one at the drive thru window, with no one at the counter inside & you won’t get a drink in your hand until nearly 10 minutes later. a very simple to make drink at that. They never apologize for the long wait time, which is consistent. Try the other location in town. Better service, faster!

After spending over 20 bucks on breakfast, which we ate inside the store, I was questioned twice about the legitimacy of my gold card refill. After reassuring the clerk(twice) that we’d been there for 20 minutes, she stated«she was there the whole time and didn’t see us.» Two adults and two kids. Front and center. Spent over 20 bucks with a gold card. Accused of trying to scam a 50 cent refill. Starbucks service is usually pretty damn good. Not even that here.

This Starbucks is super hit or miss on getting drinks right– though mostly miss! They almost consistently make my drink wrong and I have to ask for it to be corrected. Today I asked them to make sure they did it right. They insisted that they had, and by the time I had the opportunity to try it and taste that it was in fact made wrong, I was already away from the store. I called in to see how the situation could be rectified and instead of hearing me they chose to argue with me, the customer, saying they made the drink right, and I just can’t taste it. I’ve been ordering the same drink for 10+ years, I am a former Starbucks barista, and this is the only location that gets it wrong.(Though they have done it right a time or two, so I know they could actually make it.) Terrible customer service!

Same fare as any other Starbucks and all that entails, whether you like them or not. Here’s where they differentiate themselves: they are consistently the slowest Starbucks in town. Must be the proximity to Bethel slowly sapping the employees’ lifeforce.

The coffee is average. The service is ok. It’s a spacious location but majority of the seats get full. I recommend parking in the back row and not right in front of starbucks or subway as the drive thru can get pretty backed up and getting out is a mess. In addition to that the drive thru times suck. I’ve had to wait 10+minutes & didn’t even get an apology for the wait. If you are on a time crunch & in a rush to get to work good luck!

I don’t frequent this Starbucks very often because this one is always busy and the line really long. Hard to find a seat and the parking is difficult to get in and out of. But, it is near my home and the most convenient location so I can usually tolerate it. I went in this morning and SCORE(or so I thought). There was one person in front of me placing an order. The usual one person was behind the register taking an order. One person was making coffee for the walk in customers, 3 people were helping drive through customers, the manager was doing paperwork and another kept poking her head out from the back. It seems to me that a customer in line would be more important than paperwork, and perhaps the employee poking her head out was on break, but hey, what do I know? When the cashier finished up with the customer in front of me she walked away. No, «be right back» or «I will be right with you» or anything, just left me standing there! The employee who kept poking her head out from the back once again poked her head out, saw me standing there, looked me in the eye and retreated to the back again. What??? Am I invisible??? I left. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this particular Starbucks. Now by nature I am not a fan of Starbucks, I think they have gotten too big, this just another example… Starbucks doesn’t need my money that is for sure!

Great atmosphere and awesome batista’s. Pettit vanilla scones are good treats with coffee. Of course all there coffee cakes are good. If you have a problem tell them they will make it right. If you drop your drink in the parking lot tell them they will gladly fix it.

Friendly service. Abundant patio seating and comfortable seating inside. Bigger place than it looks from the outside. A big plus — swift drive-thru!

Normally I wouldn’t rate Starbucks because… c’mon, it’s a Starbucks. But I’m sitting here right now sipping a drink doing some work… and I’m realizing I may have to pack up and go home. A. The internet is slow. SLOOOOW. So slow that I tried to watch a youtube video and it keeps freezing to load. Let me repeat that… it won’t load a YOUTUBE video, it stops every 5 seconds to load for about 5 seconds. Out of curiosity I tried Hulu as well, same problem(but much worse) B. It’s FREEZING in here. I don’t get cold very often, but I had to go outside to my car to get a hoodie, everyone sitting around me is wearing winter clothes inside as well and it’s almost June. C. This location is almost always really full, the tables with plugs near them for computers are almost always taken, and I sat for fifteen minutes until one opened up. If we’re in the middle of the school year, you can forget about it altogether. The upside is that the people working here are ALWAYS incredibly friendly, and I’ve never been to this Starbucks without seeing at least three people I know. That being said… if it stays this cold, and they don’t fix their internet, I’m going to have to find another coffee shop.

This place is my other home… along with all the other starbucks in town. I spend a lot of time in here. if you havent tried the Green Tea Frapp, you should think about doing it soon. :) Mmmm

I am happy with each experience I’ve had with this location. I’ve been through the drive-thru several times and haven’t had long wait times. And I’d notice if there were, I drive a 1976 Cobra Mustang that tends to over-heat if I idle for too long! During the holiday season this year, I enjoyed the Carmel Brulee Latte and I was just having coffee yesterday, they made me the«seasonal» beverage! I was so happy they did it. I realize that it may not seem major, if they have the goods, why wouldn’t they… well it’s the little things! Especially when it comes to COFFEE! SO thank you ladies!
