Awful. I have come here three times because I like to learn my lesson the hard way. The very hard way. Let me present my case to you. These are the tales of my visits: 1. Took my 2 year old daughter here when I was in a bind, and asked the receptionist if they were a part of my Anthem Blue Cross PPO network, «Yes!» she said. Well two weeks later I get a bill for a hundred dollars stating that they visit was not covered because they were not in the network. Turns out they didn’t join the network until February 1st. I had visited on January 31st. Thanks a lot lady. She should have made sure before she told me, her carelessness cost me over a hundred dollars since I also had to pay the co-pay. 2. I was in a car accident while on my lunch at work. I felt fine at first so went back to work, throughout the day my whiplash got progressivley worse. I couldn’t even turn my head, I was actually in a lot of pain, so after work I came here. I gave them my insurance card, waited in the waiting room for an hour and then am called back. I’ve never had whiplash before so I wasn’t sure how they would treat it, but you know what… it didn’t matter, because apparently regular medical insurance doesn’t cover car accidents. Your car insuance has to cover that(which I have but don’t have medical payments coverage). Not their fault BUT my gripe with them was that they let me sit there in the waiting room when I had told them it was a car accident from the get go, they let me pay my co-pay, which they would not give back, and then call me back just to tell me they can’t see me. WTF! 3. I visited a few months after for a slew of problems I was having(fever, rash, thrush). I finally got fed up and decided to see a doctor but mine was on vacation, so I went here. I described my problems and then the doctor asked me why I wasn’t going to my regular doctor. I told her he was on vacation. After a long pause she looked at me and skeptically asked, «Well…what do you want ME to do?» Are you kidding me? Uhh try diagnosing the problem, giving me some medication or referring me to someone who knows what the hell they are doing. Geez. She then told me it was more of an issue for my «regular» doctor and again she wasn’t really sure what I wanted her to do about it. Seriously.

Horrible staff, nurse practitioner knew what she was doing but the rest of the staff were sadly aloof, disorganized and disrespectful. If this was a hospital it would be the hospital of rejects. I’ll note we were in on a Sunday, not in the middle of the week. Who knows, maybe it was the weekend staff. If you have other choices I’d think twice before coming here for you medical needs. Turns out my relative who was seen here had tendon damage, despite what the staff said, and had to be seen elsewhere later on.

After treating my 6yrs daughter about 4 days earlier for severe stomach pains, I return back but had forgotten her insurance card in the rush to get her back down to them– we had the policy numbers and phone number, and they refused to treat her… We are talking about a 6yrs old girl in pain… Disgusting– The receptionist a Elder Red haired woman, was rude, arrogant. Her comment — thats our policy… disgusting I am totally amazed the refused to help a 6yrs old girl in pain
