McDonald’s

The service was courteous and professional. My order was done fast and correct. The restaurant was clean and all the associates were attentive. It was nice to enjoy a meal in a clean, quiet and cool restaurant on a hot day. Good service and dining area.

First the manager at the drive through was mad that something was missing out of my order. It was never rung up, I told her I would pay for it. She came to the window and said «$ 2.11» rudely and she never made eye contact once with me. When it came to getting my change, she placed it in the receipt she crinkled it into a ball and said «it’s all there» and threw at me.

This is the worst McDonalds ever! Of the last 5 times we have attempted to go here we have never actually been able to order what we’ve wanted. Twice the credit card machine was down and every time the shake machine doesn’t work. How can a shake machine be out of service for over 4 months? Are the people working there really that ignorant that they constantly don’t know how to work a shake machine and break it? Or is the owner that flipping lazy that they never fix it? Or could it be the staff there is so damn lazy they just claim it’s broken so they don’t have to work? I’m guessing it’s more of the latter since when you do go there everyone is constantly on their cell phones and can’t be bothered to take your order. But then again don’t worry! They’re incapable of making your order and or having the options for you to pay! If I could give a place 0 stars it would be this franchise of the chain.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! My order is always screwed up and the last time I ate good from here I got sick.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a handful of times, because it is one of the few places that is convenient on my way to work in the morning. Unfortunately, they’re usually not very fast or friendly. What happened today took them to an all new low though.
I ordered a coffee and two breakfast burritos. I ate about half of one burrito, which for some reason didn’t taste right. I wasn’t sure what it was, but there was something exceptionally chewy. Then, I choked. Realizing I was attempting to eat something inedible, I spit out what I was choking on. They cooked plastic into the eggs! I promptly threw out the rest of my order and stopped by a locally owned coffee shop near my office instead.
AVOID THIS McDonald’s location. They’re completely incompetent. Management doesn’t care. This location needs to be shut down.

One of the things McDonald’s pride themselves on is consistency. It’s what the company is built on. A Big Mac ordered in Detroit should taste the same as one ordered in Phoenix. Of course you get those one-​off instances where something’s not warm or not prepared correctly, but that wasn’t even the case with my visit. The fries were golden and crispy, just out of the oil. My double cheeseburger was warm and neatly assembled with the regular toppings. It was just the taste. To be honest, it wasn’t *bad*, it just wasn’t the same. Nothing had that classic, consistent McDonald’s flavor.
To add to my dismay, the store was playing Christmas music. Loudly. Even though I hate Christmas music, I can usually tolerate it for brief periods of time. This, though, was unequivocally the WORST Christmas music I’ve ever heard.
I may give this McD’s another try, but I’d probably order a chicken club, and it definitely wouldn’t be until AFTER the holidays!
