A very nice location, very friendly staff very clean inside and out. Went after church but so did everyone else so the line was out the door. Plenty of room even though it was crowded. Food came fast and it was hot and my order was correct. Enjoyed this place and location but next time I’ll skip going after church

It was amazing brisket sandwiches fire… beef and cheddar fire… customer service was perfect. Haven’t been here in at least a decade but definitely will be returning

I like this location but until their corp. does more than apologies for refusing service to a policeman I will not go there.

One of the cleaner friendlier locations. Easily accessible Parking lot. I really like their new«meats», I liked their old«roast beef», I use that term loosely. It’s more like a cooked and pressed meat product. Tasty anyhow. I’m really into condiments so I really dig the serve yourself condiment pumps.

Not as great as I thought it would be. Looked like an awesome turkey burger, but it was super salty and that just killed it for me because it was supposed to be a healthy option.

First time ever trying Arby’s. Not bad at all. Got me a roast beef sandwich and potato cakes. Pretty good.

Absolutely the best customer service from Moises that I have experienced in any fast food restaurant ever! The food was great the place was very clean. Hope management realizes what a valuable employee they have!

While the food is quite the same as before, this Arby’s has been redecorated since my last review, with wooden high top chairs and tables, as well as more traditional seating. A Roast Beef with 7 ounces of good and thin layers of beef piled up to form a thick heap of meat between a Sesame Seed Bun was filling and satisfying once Arby’s BBQ Sauce was liberally added to the beef. I just wish the carnivorous offering could have been marinated somewhat before consuming it. Servers were friendly; the price was right; my order came out quickly; and the place was clean.

I’ve been enjoying the Reuben and Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches along with their apple turnovers but I have had an issue with being made whole when they got an order wrong. I ordered an apple turnover and but later found out they gave me a cherry one. So of course I wasn’t going back that day and decided to handle it on my next visit. I was surprised that the person that was in charge made me have to call his boss over a turnover. That turnover that costed them cents almost costed them dollars because I wasn’t going to give them another penny if they didn’t make me whole.

On a Saturday morning at 11:00 I ordered a ‘Two for $ 5 fish sandwich special’ and they came to me at room temperature in less than two minutes. This must mean they were cooked long before I walked in the place and they were about the same quality as you might expect at a gas station. I trusted in the value expected at an Arby’s and was betrayed! I called and was told Jesus Gonzalez was the manager at the time.

Well, we came here because we’re fans of Arby’s and we usually stop by when we get coupons in the newspaper/mail. The food is hit or miss sometimes. We’ve been here 3 times and 2 out of three was good. The 3rd time was pretty disappointing. The burgers are still pretty good and I know my husband is pretty stoked about having jalapen~os offered as a condiment. This is a big deal being that he’s from the East Coast and they don’t offer this. So he’s warming up to CA. So the downfall about this place is that you can only enter if you’re heading East on the main road. The main entrance is right at the center-turn lane which forces customers heading West to turn around or find a way to come from the other direction to get it. I’m sure they can’t control that, but it is a pain. The staff is also a hit or miss. Sometimes you have someone who takes your order pretty quickly and understands what you want right way, and other times you find yourself having to repeat or explain your order more than twice. If you’re a patient person and not in a hurry, then you can oversee this… otherwise, you’ll probably get ticked off. as a customer did before we placed our order. The area is pretty clean for the most part, so that’s a plus. The(female) bathroom has been well-kept, I can’t speak for the male bathroom though. This is the closest Arby’s to us. and since we love the food we’ll be coming again. Hopefully the service picks up a bit. I don’t expect for the entrance to change, but one can only wish right?

Dec. 16th20137:04 pm at the drive thru in the Red land’s Arbys. Sorry to say but this turned out to be a disastrous visit. First off all the employee at the window couldn’t understand the order being placed, but after three attempts he finally got it. Mind you folks; we have visited this Arbys several times over the past few years with some good experiences, & some not so good. This time was the absolute worst! Our order was a Ruben sand which, a roast beef«junior, & one order of their onion rings. When we got home we noticed that the carrying bag was totally saturated with GREASE. When we opened the bag there were the onion rings in an open container, & there had been so much grease that it saturated the entire inside of the bag, & its contents! What a mess we had in our attempts to mop up the order, due to the inability of Arbys to ensure the onion rings had been properly decreased when removed from the deep fry basket. Now then when customers come to Arbys they are hungry; otherwise they would not be there. So the bottom line here is that this Red land’s Franchise is in dire need of the owner management folks to take a good look at their investment, & to make sure they are doing right by their customers! An option would be to implement the«Undercover Arbys bosses’ to review their franchises to ensure they are in compliance with their companies policies. I have been watching the television program«Under Cover Boss» since it aired, and let me tell you folks it has been an eye opener for those business that have been participating in the program. My intent here is to make the future customer visits to an Arbys Franchise; A GOODONE. :-)

This is my «local» Arby’s so when I crave it, it’s pretty much my only choice. I haven’t ever had good service here, but not terrible… just generally painfully slow and a very dangerous exit from the drive thru(they can’t really help that part). Lately they have been putting«specials» signs over the ordering board so I don’t even know what to look for anymore. They seem a little desperate for business. On my last visit my boyfriend asked about a product that is now off the menu(Polar Swirl, kind of like shake with mix ins like Reeses Pieces). The girl asked us to repeat it and didn’t know about it. That’s cool, I understand, it has been awhile since it went away. When she asked about taking our whole order we needed a minute. There was one car in front of us waiting and no one behind us. She became really frustrated that we needed more time. The was some rude words and huffing attitude over to the speaker and we just carefully backed out of the drive thru. I don’t need that when I’m paying for food, I can get a nasty attitude for free practically anywhere. I don’t suggest this place if you’re looking for any customer service or a quick and pleasant order. I will not return here.

I love Arby’s but my 3 star review is more for the appearance/cleanliness of this location. It could definitely use some updating and was too warm to enjoy lunch and be comfortable. The Yuck! for me was the available high chair(I guess they only have 1 for the whole restaurant?). It was just nasty. I don’t know if it had ever been cleaned. The straps in particular were especially disgusting. Ugh.

Since I am trying to get all buff and stuff and need the extra protein and trying to stay away from burgers and stuff. I decided to visit Arbys. I haven’t been to a Arbys in forever. Not since I lived in Indiana. And that has been some years. Maybe 10 years ago. What I remember from Arbys is Roast Beef with Chedder Cheese Sauce and curly fries. And that is what they had. I think the last time I went here is when they started the Market Fresh line.(I looked it up it was in 2001) So it has been a while. I am more of a sliced turkey person then roast beef. So I ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon. But I kicked the healthy out the window when I decided to get the curly fries and the jalapeño poppers. It was a fail day for me and healthy eating. At least as I write this review I am turning into strictly clean eating. Shout out to Lucky N. her before and after pictures motivated me to go all out in the clean eating thing. That with the cardio and weights I am doing should have me all buff and stuff in less time. She did it in 2 months… I am going for 2 ½. :) Anyway, I am a fan of horseradish sauce so that is a plus here because they have a dispenser for it. The Arby’s sauce is ok, but the Spicy Three Pepper Sauce is awesome with the types of sandwiches they have here. The dispensers are a plus, I don’t know why McDonalds do not have their sauces in dispensers. Actually, I do. It would me a mess they may not clean. I enjoyed the Jalapeño Poppers, they were good. And I think they had Minute Maid Lite. This is always a plus for me. Especially when you are trying to avoid all sodas.(I am stuck with diet sodas(diabetic), and now trying to wean myself off of it, not hard since I don’t like diet soda) The sandwich is good. Probably have too much sodium though, so it would be better to hit up your grocery if you are going to eat sliced turkey in abundance. It is what I remember, and can be a healthy alternative if you are tired of Subway. Of course it depends on what you order.

Typical Arby’s. I’m happy to say that my most recent experience here was better than our previous visit. Last time the beef was chopped much to thick and just tasted off. The beef was much better this time around; thinly sliced and tasted as good as I had remembered eons ago. Nothing special here; but it’s nice to see that several items are ‘Eat This’ approved for those of us watching what we eat. I tried the Spicy Pepper Sauce and while it does have some kick compared to the original Arby’s Sauce, I still find it far too sweet. Not a place I would regular but with the local Arby’s in my area is now a George’s Burgers, when I do have that rare once-in-a-blue-moon craving for Arby’s, it’s nice to know there’s still one around. Décor is dated and the fake plants really destroy the ambiance in the dining room which is in desperate need of a makeover. Service is average and about as good as you’d expect from a typical fast food chain.

A fan of Arby’s but NOT a fan of their drive-thru! It’s sooo slow! If there are a couple of cars ahead of you-it’ll take a good 10+ min to get your food. So if you’re in a rush to get fast food-don’t come here.

I for one don’t mind reviewing fast food. Unilocal is about reviews of all businesses regardless of what’s trendy. Service is service. With that said, I love Arbys and this location is great. When it comes to Arbys, there is not one on every corner, so I think it makes them a bit more special. They are also special because of their menu selection. Not many fast food chains offer roast beef! I just recently discovered that they have a generous one dollar menu. Some of the items include a Jr. Roast beef, curly fries & ham and swiss. A big plus for me is they offer Pepsi products, whereas most fast food chains have cocacola products. If you’re heading west it can be difficult to enter into the parking lot. The restaurant is right in the middle of an intersection. When you exit the drive thru, you exit at the stop light. So if you’re heading forward you will need to wait for the light to turn green. LOL. Regardless, the drive thru moves fast & the service is great.
