We have ordered here many times with no problems before, tonight we ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and bread sticks. The bread sticks were great, the pizzas were very thin and doughy. My husband called and spoke with the manager in charge and she told him in all honesty there is no way it could have been doughy it’s hand stretched and tossed, I have worked in pizza before and that is not true. They stretched it way to thin, it isn’t a thin crust. Then she had the nerve to say put it in your over for 5 minutes. She was very rude with bad customer service, we ended up with a credit that we will probably not use. Will not be calling them again. Would love to contact corporate.

Poor customer service. Was on hold for over 10 minutes because I asked for carry out since I was close by. I called back and asked for delivery and they immediately took my order. Anyhow, I canceled that order, and I won’t be back there.

Went to get my order they were backed up so I waited patiently. The cinnabread and bread sticks was poorly made; could tell they were in a rush. I waited another 10 minutes for them to remake my bread; gave me cheese bread sticks that were burnt. Finally, They gave me the bread sticks; that looked like the original one with my order. The whole time the manager would not come out to speak to me. Finally she did and said that they didn’t have any bread sticks unless I waited. She said they would give me credit for my next order but I could only use it at that location… umm thanks

If I could I would not give them any stars at all! I just ordered pizza about 2 hours ago and just received it about 30 mins ago. Keep in my mind that I live right in front of the location the only reason why I ordered delivery is because I was taking a timed test for school and thought, by the time I am done the pizza should be here! When I called to ask about my order they said that they had the wrong phone number and that I had not included my apartment number. I’ve ordered pizza from them before and therefore have a profile set up already with all my information! I honestly do not know why I keep ordering from them EVERY order I order is WRONG! Today was the last straw! I finally get my order and it’s cold and not only is it cold but the driver has to check if I paid because according to him he didn’t get the slip. He called the store and was told what I had already told him which was that it was paid for. This place is ridiculous and if they don’t get their act together will continue to lose customers!

What can I add that others haven’t said? But I have to share, because I’ll feel way better getting this off my chest. I ordered delivery online, estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. Now, everybody knows delivery doesn’t happen as fast as they say, right? So, after an hour, I call. Nice young man on the phone goes down through the list of orders being prepared. Can’t find us. Oops. Puts me on hold. Comes back — tells me manager is sorry they didn’t get our order out earlier, they will send it out right now, they’d like to comp me a 2-liter bottle of soda. Translation — our order’s been sitting on a counter somewhere getting cold, but they’re not going to do anything to apologize(we don’t drink soda, and if we’d wanted soda we would have ordered it!) 10 minutes later,(we live 4 minutes away.) our order arrives(and yes, it’s cold, there are no mushrooms on supreme pizza, and it kinda seems like all they did was wave the sauce, cheese, meat and veggies vaguely in the direction of the crust). The delivery guy tells us the total — we hand him the credit card we used to order online. He looks confused — they told him at the store we were paying cash(why did we use Visa checkout if we’re paying cash?) He calls his manager, and ends up having us sign the register receipt. Well, that was actually less painful than it could have been. So he hands us our order — and it’s missing the buffalo wings. Of course. There are nowhere to be found. He apologetically tells us he’ll have to go back to the store to get them.(Poor guy — I hope he finds another job soon. He doesn’t deserve this.) When he comes back — a half hour later — with the wings, he apologizes again, and tells us they had never been prepared — the kitchen just forgot that part of our order. So we paid full price for cold, late food, and for really late hot wings. This is the last time we are ordering from these guys. If you’re looking for really mediocre food and really huge aggravation, I can recommend them, but otherwise, RUNAWAY!!!

Consistently bad. Don’t know if its this location in particular or what, but if they manage to get your online order correct in the first place you will be disappointed with the results. Of the 5 times I have ordered extra sauce its happened once, the remaining times have been a dry pizza with a sparse amount of cheese. I was able to find sauce at the edges but that’s it. Had to toss the pizzas today because they were so bad. Anyways I’m going to check out other places from now on.

Ordered two pans of pasta with breadstick a two liter and a brownie Simple enough, get a call we are all out of two liters we can give you a 5 dollar credit and a 20 oz drink. Ok fine no big deal driver arrives 15 – 20 minutes late. I ask are there breadsticks? He replies oh yeah they are in the pasta box. Ok thanks. Get the box inside, no breadsticks. So I call the store and get the manager who answers Pizza Hut this is the manager, no name just Manager! Ok Manager, your team messed up. Sorry we can send them out if you want or just give you a 10 dollar credit. I’m not waiting so just give me the credit. Hang up, eat, sit and talk then decide dessert sounds good open the box it’s a cookie not a brownie. Call back«Pizza Hut this is the Manager» hi Manager this is Nikole again«did we talk before?» I called about not getting breadsticks, you gave me a credit… Oh that wasn’t me. Finds the other manager«yeah she gave you the credit it’s on your account.» Ok that’s great but not why I’m calling, you guys really messed up my order. I ordered a brownie I got a cookie. «Well that’s because we don’t have brownies, so we wanted to give you something so we gave you a cookie» says Manager #2 in a very arrogant tone. —- in my mind«gave I mean I did pay for this!! — -Now I’ve been nice and accommodating no big deal. And you are getting an attitude with me? So I respond and say well a phone call or heads up would have been nice just like you called to tell me you didn’t have a two liter of Pepsi even though there are about 20 places you could have picked one up on the way to me??? But you couldn’t let me know you don’t carry the brownie? To which manager #2 says«so you want me to give you a credit then?» No I don’t want another credit as I’m more than likely never ordering from your store again! «Ok then have a nice night says Manager #2! Wow!!! That is some kind of service you have going Redlands Pizza Hut! Consider my business GONE!!! I’m an easy going person and it’s not a big deal, nor was I making it one, but when you get an attitude with me and you are the one that screwed up my order not once, not twice, but thrice!!! I do not have to give you my money or give you a glowing review! Have a nice night!

Ok… So, after reading some of the poor ratings for Pizza Hut, I decided to order a large order for my sons Grad party… After all, we usually enjoy our pizza from there from time to time. I’m sad to announce that I totally just experienced all the negative I’ve read! First of all, I ordered 13 pizzas but when my husband got there to pick them up, they’re were only 8. On top of there being the wrong amount, they then told him that when you order online it’s $ 4 less per pizza. I was ok to live with all that, but the fact that they looked skimpy and pathetic just kinda made the volcano explode a little! To make a long story short, had to feed my guests cold puny pizza while I frantically ran and grabbed the remaining pizzas at little Caesars. So sorry I had to add to the negatives! :(

Normally I wouldn’t write a review on just delivery but that’s what pizza hut is all about. It was a Thursday night, not a night for some big television event where I could understand they were busy because everyone was ordering pizza, it was just an ordinary day. It took them 2-hours to delivery our pizza-mind you we only live 3 minutes away! I would have given them a two star but after my husband called twice checking on our delivery they didn’t charge us for our pizza and the next one(if we order from them again). As for the taste of the pizza. It arrived not very hot and it tasted like average pizza hut pizza. Which I’m fine with. I mean it is just pizza hut. If I order from them again I wouldn’t advise delivery.

I usually only write positive experiences on Unilocal,but this one left me no choice. Ordered 2LG pizzas and wings, the gentleman who took my order is not competent enough to be working the phones, he repeated my order back to me 3 times and paused many times and had me repeat myself several times in order for him to get my order correct. Food came on time but only got 6 wings(ordered 8) and 1 pizza was wrong, called back spoke To the same individual, had me on hold several times again while he was trying to get my order right, took an additional 30 mins to get my new pizza, only to have it incorrect again! I didn’t even bother calling back. Completely useless when you’re dealing with people who lost their brain cells. Please hire someone else to work the phones.

Horrible. Every time I order here I feel like there’s always something wrong. Plus, the pizza is NEVER warm. I just can’t deal with this place anymore. They never apologize for their mistakes. I will order from other Pizza Hut farther away just to avoid having to deal with this restaurant. I wish I could complain directly to Pizza Hut to have them inspect this place. Never going here again.

Visited the store after 10pm. Staff was not to be found on the dance floor. People were fighting and the environment was over pack. No one was present to order from and staff was not to be found. Drucker guests were not being controlled and causing it to be a horrible experience for our party. Would not recommend to anyone.

I usually don’t comment about these large franchises, but I was compelled due to the horrible experience. The pizza I ordered for take-out was warm/lukewarm. They got my drink order wrong — I didn’t bother to address the issue because I already paid and wanted to go home. Lastly, the pizza box, wings box and receipt were all dripping/dirty. There was something that looked like cheese stuck to my receipt. If you’re gonna order from PH, then order from the Colton Ave. location. I had much better experiences there.
