I’ve been to three of these locations, this is by far the worst one. I had a quick question about the price and the girl just blankly stared at me like I was talking another language. she asked another girl with copper hair and big glasses & she just rolled her eyes and went behind the computer to check… ill probably just stop by Cosmo if ever near this location again

The employees know nothing about the nail industry. Why does a company hire employees that do know about all their product? Note– if you sold bigger sizes then maybe you would have nail techs buy them. Nobody that has a full clientele would buy a 2oz. That would only last us half a day…

This is the closest one to our business and so we always buy our supplies here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. What I do NOT like is the CONVENIENCE FEE they charge on some items on top of the «real price». Why is there a convenience fee when you are suppose to be a store??? Aren’t you suppose to carry everything you have in the shelves anyway? So I guess it’s time to look for other brands and go to another store that will not punish me for being able to «conveniently» buy a product.
