I was so excited about coming here. I love the PCM and hadn’t had shakeys in years. Well we went and ordered the large family deal. The cashier was nice but we asked to upgrade our mojos to supreme and she said we couldn’t do that, that we had to order additional mojos on the side. Whatever, I’m not going to order more potatoes for 8 bucks are you crazy? So then we sit in the reserved section since the restaurant was filled. We waited about half an hour for our food so we were super anxious about eating. Sadly, the pizza was bland I mean Pizza Hut dies better than this. The chicken and mojos were mediocre. The hot sauce had so much vinegar in it that it burnt our throats. They must buy generic brand Louisiana hot sauce. Then we went to the games which were so pricey. A whole dollar just to press a button. I’m not sure if it’s only this location but I doubt I’d visit shakeys again :/

I’ve always been a fan of this place. It has grown over the years and is a wonderful place go come with buddies or with the family. Today we ordered the large family meal deal. Which is a large pizza, chicken and mojo potatoes. The pizza always fresh was a bit under cooked as the crust we limp. I should of asked for it crispy. The mojo potatoes were fantastic but the chicken seemed old. Dark brown and warm as opposed to hot. Probably because it is lunch time and they may have taken from the buffet. What would normally be a 4 – 5 star experience will get a 3 as I would like my entire order to be made fresh after I order. All-in-all, I’ll be back.

It seems every time I visit this place the tables in the back are always reserved but no one is ever back there. I do love the food here the pizza chicken and the Mojo’s are awesome. Although the prices are pretty steep the food is well worth it.

So I went here on a busy Saturday night and they messed up my order(which I don’t blame them for) and they fixed me another pizza within a few minutes and were very helpful and very friendly about it. The pizza was delish as well.

On January 3,16 my daughter had my granddaughter’s birthday party here. Wow, all the employees were so helpful they kept coming by to see if we needed anything. The food was right on time pizzas were great Mojos were so good. I would highly recommend Shakey’s for your next party. See you soon.

Had a mix up with our order tonight while watching the football game with the family. The manager promptly apologized, gave us a coupon for our next visit and fixed the order without delay. My family and I enjoyed our food with our game. Love this Shakeys!

Shakey’s isn’t bad when you want somewhere for the kids to go crazy. And who doesn’t love Mojo Potatoes?

This place has no customer service… I order a family meal over the phone and told the person that answer the phone I will be there eating there, I get there and they say there are no tables SORRY! Why the hell did you not mention that over the phone… You should have mention it… then it would be upto the customer to take the risk of driving all the way to Redlands! And the employees when asked to help us look for a table totally ignored. My pizza was ready and where the hell was I suppose to eat on the damn floor??? Let me tell you I told this so called«supervisor» which is also the one answering the phone and attending the cash register that I love shakeys but we always go to Fontana shakeys we wanted to come to the shakeys closer to my home… BADIDEA. Fontana shakeys always has a table for anyone. They have better customer service, the minute you go in they ask how many ppl and check if there’s a table and if not they have a both to sit while you wait for your pizza and they clean the table of the ppl leaving. This shakeys in Redlands is a joke… This is the first and the last time I come to this place. I might have to drive more but FONTANASHAKEYSIS #1! It’s sad when other customers offer to help you look for a table instead of the employees that are there to serve the customers.

I got a medium sized pizza take out from the Redlands shakey’s. It was half cheese and half veggies. The cheese side was charred in some places. 2 slices were inedible. The veggies were just raw. They sprinkled raw uncooked onion on that side. Needless to say, I did not like the quality of the product with respect to the price they charged. I Contacted them via Unilocal, was told to contact them via email. I did that with all the details, got no response.

I took my kids there yesterday and I was the only one in line but the girl on the cashier didnt even say«hello» or «I’ll be right with you» she made no eye contact and when she finally did help me she was very rude and non helpful. I ordered the large PCM and when they brought it to my table it was cold and a piece of the sausage was literally jet black burned … but my pizza was cold. My potatoes were still and not hot. The chicken was good but Im highly disapointed because I love this place but the customer service and food was a horrible experience this time.

This place is great for kids to have some fun and they will most likely enjoy the pizza. But for an adult… The salad bar items were not even that cold! Even on a bed of ice, maybe if you kinda dig the containers full of veggies and dressing into the ice a little bit then it would make everything cold because I know for a fact that it wasn’t the proper temp for cold items. And when you have rotten garnishes sitting on the ice maybe you should take it out and throw it away. Only makes me wonder how properly they are sanitizing everything. The mojo supreme were decent but I could have sworn that they had nacho cheese in the picture. I’m most likely wrong. The pizza, totally need to improve on the sauce. This is a chain, right, so that’s something a single establishment can’t do anything about. But it’s pretty nasty pizza lol So again this is good place for a kid.

Had a reservation for our team party and they apparently didn’t write it down because we all got there and we had no reservation. The manager was totally rude and not willing to help. Told me it wasn’t her problem and she couldn’t do anything to accommodate us. Unbelievable

First time here came for the lunch buffet with friends first customers here and has become busy within opening. Pizza here is alright really cheesy/greasy but not the greatest pizza they have pasta and breadsticks that are pretty good and the salad bar is decent. They have an arcade for the kids. and big screens for any games playing. They have a bar beer & wine. Prices here are inexpensive

They recently raised their prices 22% and blamed it on the minimum raise increase that went into effect in July. Their child’s 6 oz drink is a ridiculous $ 1.89. All of that is bad enough for a family trying to eat there but then the GM Andy talked crap about my husband to other guests behind his back. He didn’t realize I was standing at the salad bar and overheard him insult my husband. He had made a mistake ringing up our order of $ 1. My husband asked for the correction and Andy made him feel like an idiot for asking for the $ 1 back. When my husband walked away Andy said to other guests«OK everyone calm down about a dollar» I wrote Shakey corporate and of course received no response. Beware in January when minimum wage goes up again another 22% price hike at Shakeys. Families will have to take out a loan to eat there.

This Shakey’s appears to date back to the chain’s first big expansion in the 1970s, and its loyal following is what keeps the doors open in a location that would have meant failure had it opened only last week. Long gone are the straw hats, player piano and live banjo-strumming musicians in candy-striped jackets and red vests. A game room occupies what was once the entertainment stage. The rear dining room, previously the domain of beer-drinking sports fans watching a blurry first-generation big-screen TV now offers reserved seating for parties. The walls of both dining rooms are festooned with modern flat-panel TVs each tuned to a different sports channel. The one constant is the Bunch of Lunch buffet, served 7 days a week and offering a broader selection than the locations in Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga. Where the latter two lay out only chicken legs, thighs and wings, the Redlands buffet lets you enjoy all the pieces of the whole bird, both fried and roasted, both dark meat and white. Your humble drumstick-muncher ranks Shakey’s fried chicken on a par with KFC Original Recipe and superior to Popeye’s mild recipe. Among the rarer menu items are meatballs in gravy just begging to be ladled over the mashed potatoes, and cheese enchiladas. Mojo Potatoes are here in all their breaded and fried glory and they invite creativity with the condiments. Next time you’re here, liberally douse a pile of Mojos with the blond country gravy. Then, confess to your fellow diners that you lost control and«wet» your Mojos. You won’t be disappointed.

I really like this Shakey’s location! Only bad thing about it is the parking! It’s a little cramped in the parking lot and it’s always really full! The good here is great and the service is even better. I’ve only been here for lunch but I come often and I’m never disappointed. I would def. Recommend this spot if your looking for a cheap lunch and good atmosphere.
