STAYAWAY! This place should just close and save themselves any more embarrassment. Pizza was horrible and tasted like cardboard.

My wife and I placed our order online. The email confirmation listed our order # and expected delivery. After waiting over 90 minutes I called to find out where our pizzas were. They lied and said the they attempted to call us twice regarding our credit card info. Our phone records show they never called. I will not waste my time with this company ever again. Steve

I went in for a carry out order and got a large pizza with an order of wings bone in. I don’t always order pizza hut so I didn’t realize that bone in means breaded only. I explained that to the manager after my order was made and he said that’s too bad L, he confirmed bone in with me and he also explained bone in means breaded and I will have to order another set of wings if I want the non-breaded bone in. In situations like this you would think that the manager would explain how it works and you apologize for the confusion and fix it and this was not the case at all. Very disappointing Pizza Hut

I ordered wings. they were supposed to be here 4 days ago. Need I say more? Aww OK, I’ll say this: I tried calling this location more than 3 times to confirm my online delivery, and I got hung up on more than 3 times. Not even a ‘hello’ or even a «can you hold?» Please do us all a favor and shut this pizza hut down! it’s a disgrace to the brand. Or at least make sure your employees only smoke crack when they’re off the clock

October 4th2:00 I called to order and the guy on the phone told me the pizza I wanted would be 2 to 3 hrs because they don’t want to make it or feel like it(twist crust pizza) but if I wanted another pizza with different crust it would be 45mins so I called papa john’s I know it’s pizza Hut and your not looking to get top notch pizza but you would expect them to have something on the menu

Terrible service. I do not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut. Waited two hours for 1 pizza. I called to complain and they said somebody came to deliver but nobody answered, which was a lie because i was waiting for them and frequently looking outside. After calling they offered to bring the pizza back out and weren’t going to charge me for the pizza, which was a lie. I was charged for the pizza and have been trying to contact the manager for at least 2 weeks with them constantly avoiding me. Terrible customer service.

I ordered 4 medium pizzas. 2 cheese, 1 vegetables and 1 chicken pineapple and extra. They messed up the vegetable pizza I call them talk to the manager and he said he put the barbecue sauce on it and I told him no doesn’t this barbecue and he told me he will not fix it for me. Pizza Hut in Colton given too many problems I dont like that place customers are always write. I work in a fast food place before. The manager name is Brian

I never have pizza Hut but was recommended to try their new options they offer. 16 $ for a large which was worth everything I got for the pizza but did not feed a lot. You cannot get extra large I didn’t understand that. We had to get a second pizza from dominoes down the street. Pizza was delicious, price was expensive didn’t offer a lot. Most likely won’t be getting them any time soon

Came 1 night to order a pizza at this location but it was really dark, the lights were very dim so walking into this place there were 2 guys outside smoking pot bc the smell was strong right in front of this business & they were employees!!! Anyhow proceeded w my order & coming home the pizza was nothing great. It just seems that instead of pizza hut being pizza hut maybe the owner/manager should reconsider maybe turning this business into a «hooka bar» or «bud bar» because I could have sworn I was going somewhere else!?? Lol

i wishh i can give a bigg 0… no stars never come to this place guys… if yiu want tobpay alot for cold food and messed up 0rder!!! expensive and nastyyyy. i did online or and did 3 different flavorsss on wings boneless. order came in guy was atleast polite. but wings were all wrong some bone in and some boneless and cold… i was like wth. and no ranch or sauce !!! okkay … i called and they tild me they could not do anything because i did the order online. do not order here cold and bad customer service. it sucks because i be at work and i order more then 30 dolars of food :/never again this place they did not want to help!!!

I always order from this location, the delivery is always early with fresh hot food and everything is always correct. Tonight earned their 5 stars because I thought I would be funny and in the special request box I wrote«draw a wizard on the box.» Thinking nothing would happen, the roaring laughter of myself and my 25 year old brother made our night when a silly wizard drawing actually came on the box. Well done pizza hut. Good pizza as always.

This may seem harsh as they did get my order correct and it was delivered on time and the delivery guy was polite. The problem is the pizza is terrible. It is overcooked and it has NO sauce making it very dry. I even peeled back the cheese to see the sauce but there was none. Maybe I am old fashioned but I like pizza sauce on my pizza. No more Pizza Hut.

Will NEVER order from here again. Delivered someone else’s order to me(with that person’s name and phone number clearly displayed on the receipt), and NEVER delivered my correct order after telling me they would. Shameful.

Not a place for carry-out at night. The sign out front is not lit at all and the one above the store is extremely dim and can only be seen from one direction. I passed it 4 times(twice going each direction — once just looking and again with the Unilocal map open) before I finally found a place to park so I could call and ask where they were. And I still had to drive 5mph to find it. To top it off they got the order wrong. We asked for light sauce because my husband has acid reflux problems and in the first bite I knew it was more likely they added extra sauce instead. Very frustrating experience.

Was having a great day at work and wanted to order pizza for everyone of my co-workers. Made the order online, and specifically asked for plates, napkins, peppers and cheese. Two big pizzas at work, so we needed the stuff to eat it with. I called the store after my order was confirmed and let them know it was being delivered to a business. To my surprise when the pizzas arrived, there was 2 napkins, 2 pepper packs, and 2 cheese packs, and NOPLATES. I asked the driver if he felt that 2 napkins, 2 pepper packs, and 2 cheese packs, and NOPLATES were the adequate supplies we needed to enjoy our pizza at work. The driver said ‚“We don’t do plates.” I asked him how we were all going to eat pizza with only 2 napkins, 2 pepper packs, and 2 cheese packs, and NOPLATES. Again he said in perfect English,“We don’t do PLATES.” I then told him how I called the Redlands Pizza Hut and had asked for the all the above and was not notified that the Redlands Pizza Hut Delivery does not supply adequate items for those to properly enjoy their pizza. Again he said they do not do plates. I then asked him if he had more napkins in the car he could supply us? He told me no. I then told him to take his pizzas back because we could not eat them. He then called his manager on his blue tooth ear device. He told her we were sending the pizzas back because there were no paper plates. Again he said,“We don’t do paper plates, my manager says so too.” «Look, we can’t eat the pizza. Give me my money back,» I told him. He then tells me his manager wants to talk to me. He pulls the ear piece from his ear and holds it out to me. The ear piece that was in his ear. The ear piece with his ear wax on it. At this point I look around at my co-workers just to check if I’m on planet Earth or if I have vaporized and landed in a parallel universe called STUPID. I even ask one of my co-workers if I have accidentally slammed some drugs into my veins, because nothing is making any sense. Lucky she told me I was good and for a pizza company especially one as big as Pizza Hut Redlands California not to give us some paper plates was wrong. If a pizza delivery guy who made my pizza(flour on his apron) expects me to touch his ear waxed blue tooth device let alone put it in my ear, makes me to think… What kind of sanitation practices, if any are going on at the Redlands California Pizza Hut? Yep the pizza went back.
