Sizzler

I have been here a couple times. The food is always fresh. Ramona our waitress always had clean plates. she always had a smile even when me special son wanted water when his glass was half full. Felica was helpful when asking about dishes that were in salad bar. She was helpful getting customers item they ask for. I look forward to coming again when I am in redlands

Not my favorite place. But you can’t go wrong with the salad bar. And the service was really good. Went for lunch with my work and we were a party of 15. Our server did a great job bringing plates and refilling our drinks. & their cheese bread is to die for !

I’ve got six words for you: all you can eat salad bar. That’s all you need. Sure they have good steak (I don’t say great steak) and seafood, but the deal that rocks your world here is the salad bar. Tippe and I come here just for that.
They make the dishes fresh throughout the day. And don’t be fooled by the name salad bar. They’ve got a whole lot more than just salad. There’s the island in the middle with all of the salad fixings, but on the side of that island is the hot food. They have stuff to make spaghetti and meatballs, ground beef or pulled pork tacos, or mac n’ cheese. Not to mention they have hot soup. The waitress will bring you that great toast that they have. You’re living large when you order the salad bar.
The lunch price is less than the dinner price for the salad bar, but the food is exactly the same. Now, you can add on the salad bar to any meal, but I don’t think you’ll get the full value out of it because you just can’t eat that much food.

The food is consistly good and the service has been great. Love the specials and the salad bar.

Sizzler is usually a good restaurant with the food being consistantly good. However, I tried the Sizzler in Redlands & it was awful. I ordered a tritip steak with a side of sauteed spinach. The steak was mostly fat. The spinach was so awful I spit out my first bite. Thank god I had a plate fir the salad bar or I would’ve starved.

I give this place 2 stars because of the good location and excellent customer service. For the dinner buffet itself it was ok. Not that great of quality, not much to choose from and very over priced.

Really great food!!! Always love their salad bar. New items added often. The management and staff here are so friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. The new Sonoma Chicken Salad is so tasty!!!

Long wait to pay & get seated the cashier was very slow, the plates were dirty, 1 round of a salad bar very very minimal selection, my steak had mostly FAT & not MEAT, waiters & waitresses just «yipping & yapping» all night long, we had to call them like little kids to bring us ketchup, bring us napkins, bring us more plates like how hard is it to stay on top of that stuff. Anyway at the end of the night kept hearing a bunch of «IM SORRY» from the staff that i def wont b returning to this place agian. Whay a waste of money def not worth it

Haven’t been here in 20 years but decided to stop by last night. I got the 6oz steak with the buffet of salad, soup and apps. My steak was hard and rubbery but honestly what can you expect from a place like that. The soup tasted like a canned cheese. I was very satisfied with the salad bar I have been craving a good salad bar since I moved back to cali. I was disappointed that they didn’t have Dino nuggets. I remember eating those as a kid when the family would take me. All in all I was only happy about the salad, everything in that place was a disappointment but if I was ever to go back, I’m only in it for the salad.

Was here for the unlimited shrimp and steak
1^st: steak was gross, i ordered medium and it comes to me rare, i clamied it to the waitress and gladly to it back, it comes back to me and its RARE! Apparently there way of cooking the steak is so backwards, waitress says the chefs way of chart is well done is medium, medium is rare, and i dont want to know what rare is if i order it.
Besides all that, shrimp was fantastic, the waitress was amazing five stars to her, so patient and relaxed, cashier was cool, the place was very clean, bathrooms are alright, i would give it 5 stars if they didnt mess with my steak, never mess with a mans steak, if i want it medium it comes to me medium!

It’s been a few years since I was here last, but they have really improved. The place has been remodeled and is very clean. The salad bar is better than I remember, and their steak and shrimp is served hot. Service was great. Who can ask for more?

I don’t usually come to sizzler. I had way to much of it when I was a kid, BUT THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME. Good was the same though the customer service was excellent. I think they’re cleaner then most restaurants and person behind the counter (Chris) was really help and respectful. I didn’t dig the food to much but the service will definitely earn my business again.

Can’t wait to return! The salad bar was perfectly stocked, and the food was yummy! The lady that took our order was very nice, and so was our server. We will be back!

Overpriced beyond any reasonable level for anyone who isn’t obese.

Prices went up. $ 38 for LUNCH for two people! What happened to the lunch specials! Also I had to go to the front to get my own drinks refilled and ask for a new salad bar plate because our «waiter» decided to ignore us the whole time. Not going back to sizzler for a long LONG time.

I had intended to buffet on salad but then discovered the chicken wings. GAME OVER! Those wings were amazing: crispy, tasty, appropriately greasy. I sat at my table waiting for them to replenish the wings because I had depleted them. They came out quickly and I was in Heaven.

My mom was jonesing for salad so we went to the local Sizzler, a place that I used to frequent plenty of times as a kid with my mom! So it was kind of like a flashback date with mom.
It was dinner time, and we got the salad buffet. It’s mostly a salad buffet and some hot foods. You can make your own salad along with some pasta salads and what not… cheese, nuts, veggies, dressing… the usual salad stuff lol. Oh! also soup. can’t have soup without salad. For me, I get a little salad and go straight to the fatty hot foods. They have fried chicken, mac and cheese, and tacos, and spaghetti and meatballs. All are pretty good. One time I watched Roy Choi with Anthony Bourdain and he took him to a Sizzler, and made a meatball taco… which is pretty much a taco shell stuffed with meatballs. I made it my own and put a little mac and cheese on top… heaven! I was full after one taco.
Also there is a soft serve machine with a variety of toppings (like sprinkles and oreos) and some mini desserts, like cheesecake. I didn’t care too much for those.
Overall, it was an good experience. I think the dinner price for the buffet is a little overpriced for the limited offerings but hey, I got super stuffed anyways. Service was nice and friendly. Don’t forget to ask for the cheese bread, which is only available upon request! Those are bomb.

Just had lunch at the Redlands sizzler. Is it just me or has the salad bar gotten significantly smaller? With that being said the food was good and the staff was very friendly. I gave four stars because of the small selection at the salad bar.

A couple of reasons we stopped here:
1. No Sizzlers in the mid-​west and 2. After spending the prior afternoon at the Venice Beach basketball courts why not have a 2^nd WMCJ experience and hit up Sizzler on our way to Palm Springs.
Heading in with zero expectations (yes I have eaten at Sizzler before) the only way was up in my mind. We both chose the lunch version on the salad bar. The items were well stocked and we both enjoyed a few trips back and forth between the hot and cold items.
As for service we had minimal interaction as we ordered, were given plates and our drinks and paid up front, I didn’t even know there were servers until someone dropped off a few plates with a meager apology for delay.
I have had my Sizzler fix for now but you never know… I might be back.

If you haven’t been to Sizzler yet, you must be living under a rock.
This is me and my mothers spot. We go and order a lunch or dinner entrée with endless salad bar. ONLY eat the salad bar and take the entrée home. Bam! 2 meals for the price of one.
Ramona is our favorite waitress. We only want to sit in her section. :)
