Awesome customer service! The employees know the customers by name, and ask them if they want their usual. It creates a really good feeling in the coffee shop, and knowing they like their job makes them care about your order!

The worst Starbucks i have ever been to. (The one inside Vons) The guy there is always so rude and he needs to get fired. I order a caramel frapp with extra caramel and no whip cream. He barely gave me any caramel at all not even normal and i wanted extra. When i asked him, that is extra? He answered very rudely and didn’t want to fix it. Starbucks advertise on their cups that if you are not satisfied with your drink, the barista will make it right but i guess he didnt get the memo. Will never go there again until this guy is gone!

I always bring a personal cup and the heavyset blond chick was rude refused to fill the cup. Stating I didn’t pay for it so she dumped it down the drain. It was extra ice since when does ice cost extra… Generally they will put extra on side, so I don’t get it… Very disappointed with her snotty attitude.

Hire more people. This is ridiculous.15 minutes for a drink I could get at any other Starbucks in 5 minutes. 2 people working is ridiculous.

I love Starbucks but I’ve had a couple issues with the management here being fairly unprofessional.

Out of all the Starbucks locations in the area, this is by far the most consistent. Very friendly staff in most of my experience!

Delicious stuff, very tasty. I am not a 16 year old girl. I am a grown man, and Starbucks coffee brings unicorns to my spirit.

You guys always mess up my coffee… Every time you add either extra sugar or add whipped cream even when not requested.

I am a big fan of Starbucks, but this is the only location yet to which I’d give 5 stars, and it is all about the staff.
I lived in Redlands for 6 months. The first people to welcome me were Starbucks employees. I was away from my family the entire time, and the baristas at this Starbucks were the only ones who made me feel at home. The team works well together, which is what makes this place really very special.
There is a constant problem with beggars and panhandlers — at least until you get through the doors. The Starbucks employees protect their patrons from this menace. And I know it’s not easy being homeless, but after having observed for 6 months and based on past experience living in much bigger cities, I can tell you that the bulk of these folks are straight-​up scammers; not needy. If you feel bad and want to help, offer them food instead of money — that’ll reveal the scammers.
There are also some very interesting locals who frequent this location. If you want memorable conversation, take a little initiative and strike it up and you are certain to be rewarded.
The wifi here is pretty reliable, but could be improved.
To Starbucks HQ: Take note of Gloria, Skyler, Kristen, Renee, Christopher, and Zekeriah before they find someplace else to work. They are your best assets and it won’t be long before someone else realizes that and scoops them up.

This is by far the best starbucks I have been to. The service is great and the staff is always friendly. My drink always comes out perfect and if it doesn’t that remake it at no charge to me. Love this place.

This is a frequent morning stop for me. Friendly staff and great drinks and food. Debbie is always friendly as well as fast and efficient. Make sure and stop in. The line moves fast and the staff are very helpful and know the customers.

Staff is rude. I was checking out a french press (it was 27 $, wanted to see if was somehow special for that much money– it wasn’t), and an older woman came up and asked if I even knew what it was. I told her yes, I knew how to use a press, but she kept standing there staring, probably to get me to put down the merch.
Another time the barista scolded me for asking for whip cream after she had made my drink, saying, «you need to ask for that at the register.» When I pointed out the tall clear «WC» written on my talk clear cup she rolled her eyes and walked away.
Also, this Starbucks is more cramped than most. There is no where to stand while waiting for your drink that isn’t right next to a table, whose occupants will usually glare like you’re personally offending them.

The service here is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and will always go above and beyond. I always leave here with a smile and an amazing coffee or tea. Thank you for always treating me as family!

Quick service, but wow, this place is cramped. I guess that isn’t their fault, the space is just small.
This is a starbucks to drop in and get a drink, but don’t plan on staying awhile. There is no drive through, so you do have to actually stop in.
We are from out of town and had never heard of the Fizzio drink. The baristas totally redeemed my opinion of this place when they offered to let us try the Fizzio and gave us a tall, because they were «out of sample cups.»

Came in to relax and get a souvenir «you are here» mug from California.
The store is a bit small and only 2-​person tables, but the staff is awesome.
I mentioned that we were visiting from Columbus, Ohio, and we don’t have Fizzio Handcrafted sodas.
The barista asked us if we would like to sample one and let us try the Root Beer Soda.
I was impressed! I would like to get more.

Soooo usually when I go to Starbucks I get the SAME great tasting drinks and food items. Today I decided to switch things up and try something festive. While looking over the menu I noticed there were items such as the cream cheese filled pumpkin muffin and a pumpkin scone. I decided to try the pumpkin scone. Can we say WONDERFUL!!! It’s not over-​baringly sweet it’s actually the perfect mix between pumpkin and sweet. I definitely recommend this delicious food item while it lasts :)
