Delicious rolls! In order of favorite to least favorite that I’ve tried: –Spider roll(soft shell crab, tempura…) –Fandango roll(mango and salmon on top, shrimp tempura inside) –Aloha roll(albacore and jalapeño on top, spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado inside) –Cucumber Q(tuna, salmon, albacore, white fish, and avocado with a cucumber wrapped outside instead of rice/seaweed) The salmon sashimi was also fresh and generous: one order came with five fat slabs of beautiful salmon. The waitresses were very kind and prompt, the meal also comes with edamame and miso soup(which was a tad salty, but fine after adding hot water). Will be back to try more!

The service was attentive. The tempura was undercooked and under seasoned. The rolls were OK and wanted fresher seafood. The Miso Soup was great. Spent $ 100 between the two of us and expected more.

This place is a gem. Found it by accident and couldn’t be more pleased. Friendly service and top of the line quality sushi! My favorite is the Poki Salad, try it!

Really friendly staff and probably the best sushi spot in Redlands. Received free edamame and miso soup before my meal which was a pleasant surprise. The baked lobster roll is a favorite there!

This place has the most amazing sushi in Redlands. I love the spicy tuna rolls! It’s reasonable price, fast service, and great food.

This is definitely the best overall sushi restaurant in Redlands. The prices are great(especially if you get lunch combos), the service is good, the fish is fresh, and the chef is always extraordinarily happy to help customers. Having been to Japan twice, and every other sushi restaurant in Redlands a number of times, you’d have to be crazy to go anywhere else. Everybody else here who have given it a bad review have no idea what constitutes good sushi. Trust me, Zutto is the bomb.

Rude waitress. The restaurant is very small and feels cramped as to why I requested to sit outside. Was told no. Will not return.

This is probably one of the best sushi places in Redlands. I enjoy the menu because it has pictures and a full description of the roll. I must say it is a bit pricy, but from what we tried the quality of the fish is worth it. The service we had was also great.

If you’re looking for sushi in Redlands, this place is worth your time. I’m a regular and typically order the Alaska or Baked Salmon rolls. Their portions are more generous than the competition and service is fast as well. I was going to give them 4 stars, but I’m giving them 5 because I feel like they deserve a bump in ratings here on Unilocal

This place Would get 4 stars, but honestly it is way overpriced. The rolls were good, but not worth the bill. We were looking for a place with oysters and this seemed to be the only one available. The oysters were good but they cost 6.50ish for two… Really? Plus they were small. I got some the previous day for 1.50 each and they were the best I’ve ever had. And really large! However that location is in palm desert and I wasn’t ready to drive out there again. Very nice waitress and chefs but I probably won’t return unless it is the only option due to the prices.

This place used to be ocean blue. I liked the food but not the service. Now it’s sushi Zutto and I couldn’t tell you how the service was because I ordered togo. I found a menu online and got the Alaska roll which stated that it had ponzu sauce. When I opened my to-go box 30 miles later, there was no Ponzu sauce. Rather, it was dry. I was disappointed. The roll was definitely filling though, but I’m a small person and can’t fit much in my stomach.

Zutto Sushi is great! I enjoy the Baked Spicy Lobster due to the fact most sushi places only serve scallops. The rolls are a great filling size to ease my sushi craving! Whenever I come in I am greeted with a warm welcome. SEEYOUTOMORROW!!!

Such a sweet little sushi restaurant! It was tasty, with good teriyaki and great service! Try the Godzilla roll. It’s not dressy, just a lil casual sushi bar. I’d go again, especially considering the super reasonable pricing!

Looooved my sushi! Started off with the house salad with ginger dressing, very good. The miso soup was tasty as well. I had the green spicy tuna roll and my boyfriend had a few different kinds they were all good. Definitely going to be my sushi stop spot whenever I’m in Redlands

Our sushi chef, TJ, was great and accommodating! He made a special roll for us, no problems. His special garlic tuna roll was was the best sushi I’ve had in a while. Friendly staff too. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Would give it a 5, but I’ve been to some exceptional sushi restaurants in my time.

Friendly staff. Great balance in the sushi to give it an authentic Japanese sushi house taste. Had the sashimi salad and the spicy sweet sauce was fantastic, Found that the head sushi chef spent 7 years in Japan, a few years in Korea and the last few in New York before bringing his sushi knives to a little town called Redlands. Come here for the best sushi in Redlands.

Pretty Solid Sushi. First time here, came for lunch. **********FOOD********** Lunch Combo($ 13.95) — 4 pieces of Sushi plus your choice of Roll. I chose the Albacore Delight. Sushi, fresh and tasty. Roll slices a little on the thick side, so if you have a small mouth you in trouble. Lol, but I loved it. **********SERVICE********* Uh…The sushi Chef EJ is CAYUTTTEEEEEEE. If for nothing else, come back to see him. Place is clean and staff is nice without being overbearing. Love it. Great spot to come before or after a movie in the area.

3.5 rating — didn’t blow me away, but prompt and friendly service and doesn’t have fresh wasabi(only paste), which is what most people only know. Soft Shell Crab and Sashimi(yellow tail and blue fin) — YUM!

For being a small town, this is a pretty decent sushi place when I have a major craving for sushi. The staff is super friendly and food portions are generous. This used to be Ocean Blue, but is under new ownership now. I was a longtime patron of the previous establishment and miss some of their specialty rolls. The service varies, depending on who you get. I’ve been here multiple times. It seems like they’re working on staffing issues cuz there’s always a new face. Be patient with them as they work these kinks out. My most recent visit I had a very good waiter who was very efficient. I like to order the sashimi and spicy tuna roll combo for both lunch and dinner. The fish is ok, definitely has been frozen but as fresh as it gets here in the IE. Truly fresh sashimi can only be found in LA or OC. I’ve tried their rolls, not a big fan because their rolls are GINORMOUS and fall apart due to their sheer weight. Please, let’s focus on quality over quantity… I don’t need a thick layer of rice wrapped around a small amount of fish with a lump of fake mayonnaisey crab, that just does not taste good. I wish their rolls were smaller and easier to handle like true sushi rolls. I’m tired of taking three bites for each single piece or using my chopsticks like a knife to slice up things. Yea I’m Asian, no shame in multiple uses for my chopsticks. Haha.
