I’m not sure if it is a different Scott working there now, or what, but the service or lack thereof my office received was as opposite from the last review as possible. We were asking Acrylic Concepts if they could replicate some lighting lens covers, and not only did Scott tell us no before we had even gotten any details from him, but he then continued to act extremely uninterested in the conversation until the end. We asked if we could send him the measurements just in case his company was interested after thinking about it, as we were planning on ordering a garage-​full.
His response to our email with measurements was short and succinct, stating only, «I will have to pass on this job. Thanks, Scott»
Again, he didn’t ask for any details, offered no bids, and no explanation as to why he had no interest in this job, considering this is one of the things his company does.

Scott (the owner) is very friendly and he will make what you want from acrylic. He has great ideas and always makes your fixtures on time or even earlier. We have very complicated design, but he always makes it happen. He also gives very reasonable prices. Our company has been his customer for 2 years, and we are very happy with the design, price, and customer service.
