Avoid this practice! They would deplete your insurance premium by unnecessary deep cleaning ($ 800) while you have multiple cavities waiting to be filled and they don’t care if you max out your insurance annual. I had an appointment for 1 cavity and got numb, all of a sudden Dr. Dillon said they decided to do a second filling as well without my consent and without even discussing it beforehand. What can I say after I get numb and can hardly speak!!! Very unprofessional and insincere. The front desk ladies are terrible as well, they will make lots of mistakes when dealing with insurance and they would like to charge extra fees, miss appointments etc. They will even charge you if you want to leave them! All in all, not a sincere caring place, lots of fake smiles and aggressively money driven.
