CrossFit Fuse

Consistently demanding WODs, a solid emphasis on sound form and technique for the weightlifting, and a great sense of community. So glad I joined Troy and co!

Joining the CrossFit Fuse community two years ago has been tremendous for me. The training has helped me achieve so much that I had never imagined I could. (I came into this with no CrossFit or weightlifting experience!) Two things make this place great: the coaches and the sense of community. Troy and the other coaches provide lots of feedback on technique and many options to scale workouts to match the abilities of the athletes. The community is great as well, being fun and supportive at just the right times. I can’t recommend this highly enough!

I’ve been a member for almost 3 years, traveled to many other boxes around the world, and always feel good coming back to Fuse as I feel like it’s more well rounded than others. Great friends to workout with, amazingly talented coaching (not exaggerating), solid facilities, and an overall fun atmosphere. Hopefully you’ll drop in and see for yourself.

I was in Redmond on business and found Crossfit Fuse through search. I have only been doing Crossfit for about 6 months so I was concerned that their WOD would be too difficult for me to keep up with.
The coach, Troy, was extremely welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The other members were friendly as well. Great facility and staff. I will definitely visit them again when I am out on business again.

I was able to visit Fuse twice during a recent trip to Redmond, WA. I checked out several boxes during my trip but Fuse had the best combination of coaching and facilities! They’ve got ALL the CrossFit toys you’ll ever need and coaches that are dedicated to helping you meet your goals. If I was a local, I would make CrossFit Fuse my permanent home!

I’m sure everyone had heard about (and probably been scared off by) CrossFit. I was at first until a friend suggested I just try it. I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve seen over the past two years. I’ve gotten stronger, faster and leaner. I’ve done things I never thought I could even attempt to do. I’ve gained confidence. And most of all found a truly inspiring community of coaches and athletes (yes, we all are!) at CrossFit Fuse.
Troy and his coaching staff emphasis technique and safety above all else. They have created an inviting space with all the equipment you need for a workout. Movements are explained and accommodations can be made for your level of fitness or old/​new injuries or limitations. I like the class aspect where we are each there doing our thing, but also encouraging each other.
So if you are in the area for work, traveling or live here in Redmond; Fuse is a must on your fitness journey!

Excellent programming, coaches and community of people. I’ve been going for over a year now and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. There are specialized program offered for those who want to focus on strength, weight lifting, nutrition, or endurance. Or, you can just show up to the WOD’s and get the best workout of your life. Safety and technique are a high priority for Coach Troy and the rest of the coaching staff. Overall A+ rating!

CrossFit in general is filled with thousands of house-​hold terms that, unless you’re a CrossFitter, you wouldn’t know; both positive and negative. However, the one word that I hear most often is «community».
I’ve been CrossFitting for 3+ years now; have been a member of 4 different boxes (gyms) and experienced handfuls of coaches, clinics and programs. CrossFit Fuse has by far exceeded any expectation I’ve ever had and, in my opinion, optimize the concept of Community. So much in fact, I now call it Family.
Every box I’ve joined, or droped-​in on, were capable enough to let you get you sweat on but none other gave me the sense of belonging and family that Fuse has. The owners, Troy & Kim, from day one make you feel like they genuinely care. Not just for your health but your well being and quality of life.
I’ve been a member of Fuse for over a year now. In that time, I’ve been able to reach more than 80% of my goals, lose weight, gained strength, and become in integral part of the Fuse Family. When we’re not WODing (work out of the day), we’re camping, doing Trivia, gather for food & beers, going to movies, going on hikes, supporting each other physically and emotionally.
We do what any other «family» would do with each other. We support, we encourage and we thrive… together.

I dropped into this box while on the road and I had a great experience. I took a look at their web site and Unilocal before coming in and showed up unannounced to a morning WOD. The owners and athletes were all very welcoming and I immediately felt right at home. Members were friendly and really went out of their way to help me with equipment and getting acquainted with the box. They have a great space and coach was attentive and a breeze to work with! Its nice to know you can drop in even when you’re far from home and enjoy great Crossfit community.

What can I say more about a CrossFit Gym that has about all the toys one CrossFitter needs… If you are looking for a dynamic box with a great coaching this is your spot.

Troy is a great trainer. Class sizes are small so a lot of personal attention. Compared with other boxes, classes take a bit longer. Expect to be there for an hour. That said, you really get a good warm up in! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into fantastic shape.

Look… I am 43, not in the best of shape, and do not really like working out. Until I started going to CrossFit Fuse in January, 2012. :-)
I had heard about how hardcore CrossFit types were and watched the videos of these young, super-​in-​shape people doing all of these amazing things. I was actually a bit intimidated. However, I still wanted to give it a try.
Troy (the owner) and the other members made me feel right at home when I arrived. I learned that CrossFit Fuse is all about you pushing yourself to do as much as you can. It is not about trying to be as strong or as tough as the person next to you, but about constantly trying to challenge yourself and to improve on your previous performance. The people at CrossFit Fuse help through positive encouragement and modifying workouts if needed to meet your ability level. Now don’t get me wrong, it is still a workout that will kick your rear, but the key is when you are done you feel you have accomplished something. That is cool.
I started in January going 2x per week, then moved to 3x, and am now trying to go 4x per week. I am addicted. I still do not look like the people you see in the videos, but darn it I am getting better everyday and feel stronger and healthier as well.

Crossfit Fuse is a great Redmond, WA Crossfit Gym. Started going there a few weeks ago and really enjoy the challenging workouts and the people that work there.
This is my first experience with Crossfit and I am hooked!
