I have been taking all of my cars to Digitech and Ebi, the owner, has always treated me graciously and more than fairly for all sorts of repairs. He has also been very flexible for my classic ’81 BMW 635, helping with alternatives to just expensive parts and repair. For example, he was able to repair my a/​c system without replacing a lot of parts, something for which a less-​than-​honest shop probably would have charged me. He doesn’t repair things that don’t need fixing and has earned my loyalty over the last 10 years.
I highly recommend this shop for their honest problem solving and fair pricing. I have no idea what the other reviewer here may have done to get that negative experience, but I have referred many friends and colleagues to this shop and everyone has always had an exceptionally good experience.
Cars need regular maintenance and things do break, so aligning with a shop like this, where the owner takes a personal interest in the relationship with his customers, is the best way to extend the life and minimize the expense of owning a car.
