Four days before Christmas I arrived in Kleenco at the end of the day on Friday begging to have them fix my vacuum by Monday. The lovely lady behind the counter, quickly made the call to confirm this was possible (guaranteeing she would make a promise she couldn’t keep), took my vacuum and called me Monday to say it was ready. With 2 big dogs and 3 bigger kids, house guests and dinner parties, she saved my house and my reputation! Thank you so much Kleenco for excellent service

Dropped off a vacuum for repair. Owner said he would call me in a couple days. After 5 days I called. Owner told me I would have to call his daughter in Everett. She told me no, it hadn’t even been looked at yet. I told her I would like to pick it up but she told me that I would have to wait for Saturday around 11:00. Went by at 11:30 and they weren’t even open! Sign on the door said they open at 10:00. When I went back after noon they were finally open. Daughter gave me the excuse that the repairman had hurt his shoulder so hadn’t been able to look at it. What happened to customer service? Could they not have called me to let me know???
Ended up at Redmond Vacuum and got outstanding customer service!
