Accurate Service

They were prompt and fairly priced. Pete Andreason was efficient and solved the problem quickly

Had a fan that was broken on a Maytag fridge and a plugged lint vent inside the dryer. Pete showed up right on time each time, knew what he was doing and fixed the fridge and dryer. Happy customer!

We have an older model washer that went out. Carla went out of her way to help me make the call of having a service call or getting a new washer by looking up the part number for the price! I love great customer service! It is rare to see someone go above and beyond anymore! We will be calling Accurate for any other service needs. I also called another service that had good reviews and never received a call or email back, AA AllCity Repair. That first line person that you speak to is so important!

We own a Five-​Star stove/​oven. After calling the manufacturer, we were referred to two appliance repair companies in the greater Seattle area. The first of the two provided horrible customer service (for example, repeatedly failing to get a hold of Five Star because an employee kept calling in the late afternoon Pacific Time (without checking that Five Star is in Tennessee)). After trying to work with the first of the two companies for a few weeks, we decided to try Accurate Service.

Nick from Accurate Service was great! We had a few things that needed to be fixed (and not many people own Five Star appliances (relatively speaking)), but Nick fixed everything! Now, our griddle, all 6 stoves and both ovens work just fine! Accurate Services was able to order (from Tennessee) all of the necessary parts for us. They also kept up abreast and Nick came over to put a part in and fix this/​that every time they received a part.
All in all, Accurate Service was punctual, friendly and had great prices. We are very happy of Nick’s service :)
