Great value for money since you can put whatever toppings you want. The sri-rancha sauce I got on the side was awesome. This place is great for quick take outs or just eat there with friends and hang out!

My first MOD pizza and it didn’t disappoint. Made On Demand was close — I ordered the Jasper plus olives — but apparently olives on the Jasper is forbidden as they didn’t make it on. The pizza was great anyway. Super thin, crispy crust and just the right amount of toppings. I grabbed a Boylan crème soda too — nice touch. The person in front of me ordered a salad — with all kinds of stuff. I may need to try one on my next trip. The service is eh. It seems like they want to be too cool to be engaging but it came across as bothered by customers. The dining room is warehouse themed — complete with concrete floors, schoolhouse chairs from 1979 and an empty echo that radiates any and every conversation in the place. I will be back.

We love that everyone can choose their own toppings. I love to try the more interesting combinations with veggies while my children tend to stick with just pepperoni or cheese. My husband likes all the meats. Everyone is happy. Great flavor too.

This place rocks! Cheap, customizable fast pizza in a wood fire oven. What else could you want?! They also have milkshakes beer salads and other items. Everyone who works here is also super nice. Keep it up mods!

My favorite pizza place. Crisp out of the big oven. They even have gluten free that tastes just like the original. You can choose any toppings you want — the price stays the same. Only downside: It’s very crowded during dinner prime time.

The pizza was good. I really like wood-fired pizza and it’s relatively hard to find. This is a double-whammy, though, because it’s personalized! NOMORE sitting there with my wife complaining or having to resort to the dreaded«half-and-half» pizza compromise from hell. I’ll just get my own. She’ll just get her own… the kid will get his own. They even have various sizes of personal pizza, which I think is the missing link for Pizza Hut, Dominos, and those giants — where a personal pizza is basically only suitable for a little kid. Not to mention all their toppings and crusts are complete garbage. Mod has three sizes, though — 6″, 11″, and a double-crust 11″. I got the double-11″, which filled me up nicely. My wife might have been particularly famished that day, but she wished she’d gotten the double-11″, because she was still a little hungry after the 11″. The toppings and cheese were good quality and you definitely get the burnt/wood-fiery goodness on the bottom of the crust. My only gripe — the atmosphere was annoying, loud, and echo-y. I understand the aesthetic they were going for(industrial, minimal, trendy), but when they have to call out peoples’ names when their food is done, and you can’t really hear it… it’s kind of stressful. I’d probably go out of my way next time to pick a different location, in hopes that it’s quieter… but I’ll definitely hit up Mod pizza again. Alternatively, I could also go to Flying Saucer Pizza — which isn’t wood-fired, but also has delicious personal pizzas.

This is my go to pizza place. Fresh, plenty of ingredients, fast preparation and all for one set price! I usually just customize my order for what I like, which I love. Their salads are really nice and simple too. During the warmer months, I like to indulge in one of their milkshakes. Nice interior, with enough room to seat tons of people. And the staff never seem stressed out which adds to the nice atmosphere.

Good pizza, but not the best I’ve ever had. They’re not great about cross contamination, my daughter’s plain cheese pizza had bits of something spicy. We’d likely go to Zeke’s before coming back here.

Its good pizza, fast. What more could you want? Salads, breadsticks, lemonade… yay! They can get really busy really quickly which gets a little loud and crowded. If so, snag a table before you order or you’ll be standing around or getting it to go. I think you can call ahead too, if you are in a hurry.

I really like the new«mini» size(and price) which allows you get a handcrafted single size pizza with exactly the ingredients you want — and not over-eat. This is the third location I’ve been in(after Bellevue and the Seattle Center) and the Redmond location is in the Bella Botega shopping center near the Comcast store and the theater. They provide a consistent experience; friendly counter help and staff, a clean restaurant, and fresh ingredients.

MOD Pizza is conveniently located next to the movie theater, so we went to grab a bite to eat before the movie. Parking was very easy, and the restaurant was easily visible from the parking lot. The line was all the way to the door when we arrived, but it moved quickly. You could start with one of their classic pizza recipes, and make any modifications and add any toppings you wanted for no additional charge. There were three different sizes available, so you could get whatever size fits your appetite. I got the MOD size(11″) Caspian Pizza, which included BBQ sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, BBQ chicken, and sliced red onions… I also added a bunch of other veggies, which they had a large selection of. They then threw it in the oven, you pay, and wait for your name to be called. My friend & I’s pizzas got stuck in the batch in the oven after all of our other friends, so we had to wait a little longer, but it was worth the wait. They forgot to put the BBQ sauce on top of my pizza, which was a little surprising since that’s what comes on the Caspian… but when I asked the guy calling out finished pizzas for some he immediately added it for me. I was fully satisfied by the time I finished eating my pizza, and all of the ingredients tasted great. This was a wonderful environment for families, and had large tables for big groups like ours. I love the new pizza made-to-order trend, and would definitely come back to MOD Pizza.

Ok. Whoa! Loving the whole DIY pizza places and I’m happy to see them here on Redmond. I’m from San Diego and it was really cool to see them here. With super fresh toppings for the pizzas and a super awesome and friendly staff, they’ve really hit it out of the ballpark here. I like their dough, not too thin but my pizza was left in the oven a little too long and it was tasting really burnt. I love that they have a good variety of finishing sauces to swirl or drizzle on top here. They really do take care of their pizza. Also I LOVELOVELOVE their Caramelized Onion Tea! Sounds totally gross and offer the charts but with natural sweeteners and an awesome experience for the nose(really smell it from the cup when you inhale from your nose) it’s one I want to make forever and ever.

Can in at the request of my 3 year old. I’m so glad we came in ! — great quick service considering the crowd. We ordered two pizza and garlic sticks. Mine was custom &AMAZING! It made hubby a little disappointed at his choice which was the #5 Lucy sunshine. Consider the mass amount of people in there for a Wednesday night, service was quick. Came in at 6:49& was done & out the door 7:40 less than an hour. I went up after we got our food to order a fountain drink after reading the awesomeness describing each tea & lemonade. The dude gave it to me for free(cool beans) Order a chocolate milkshake last for dessert($ 3.58) Overall what I found is everything is very reasonable for what you receive. I like the no haggle approach. Think we just found our new regular pizza spot 2 minutes from the house ! Other than the occasional weirdos that stare because they are uncomfortable by my covered breastfeeding(babies have to eat too! Oh well) Which has nada to do with MOD it was an A1 experience. Total bill: 19.61 + 3.58

F grade for execution, flavor, and customer service! I understand that more fast casual restaurants are trying to mimic the Chipotle model, because it works for them. Mod pizza is a great example of why some places should just not even try! I have been in the culinary industry for 25 years and my opinion of MOD Pizza and their business model is that they should just close the doors. The busier it gets the more mistakes that are made! The execution was embarrassingly amateur! My table had three wrong pizza orders out of six! The orders were very simple! One pizza came out COLD! It was remade and came to me with the wrong toppings!!! I saw At least half a dozen orders get screwed up by these guys! Customers saying«oh, I didn’t order that»…I lost count on how many refires happened and I can only imagine how many pizzas are given out for free! Great food cost guys! My table had two free pizzas based on screwed up orders!!! I will never come back and spend my money with such a unorganized and forgettable place! The pizza sauce and dough are flavorless and bland!!!

Awesome fast food option with the family. 1) Everyone can get their own individual pizza made to order. No fighting! 2) Unlimited ingredients. Crazy! 3) Salads are good too 4) Super quick service 5) Wine, beer, and great lemonades 6) On a summer day they open up all the doors/front of the restaurant 7) Next to Bella Bottega movie theater 8) Calexico pizza!(if you like super spicy)

Same concept as Subway sandwich you order and they make it fresh in front of you. The best thing is you can add as many ingredient to your pizza. I ordered the Dillon James but add bacon and chorizo. My thin crust pizza was delicious. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is extremely clean and well decorated. I will go back again for sure.

I think the food is great, but service is arguable. I didn’t get the pizzas, but I did get their salads. And I think their ingredients taste fresh and otherwise, healthy. So there is really nothing wrong with their food. If you want a tasty pizza or salad with full customizability, MOD is the way to go. But with that, means you have to have solid employees. I know, who wants to work for a pizza joint sometimes? How do you get excited if that’s your job? Well that’s a question for management to deal with. The servers here are so machine-like and brisk. Take my interaction for example, while making my deluxe salad: «Oh could you put some parmesan cheese on it?» «I already put it on» «…» If one were a little more friendly, I think one would also add, «oh, is that not enough? I could add more» In addition, during lunch hour, It’s usually busy so I tend to just go with an already-prepared item, so I can get my food faster. As I was ordering my salad, the servers were moving slowly like they 1) didn’t know what the ingredients were(and I that point I think management should probably place the«recipes» somewhere where they could see it without having to obviously look at the giant menu on the wall for their own reference and 2) expecting me to add more items so before they would even begin to put ingredients in they were acting super slowly while doing it, even though I made it clear I only wanted the basic. Honestly it peeves me that management is a little off in this MOD pizza, otherwise it’d be 4 – 5 stars.

So, while I love pizza I am giving MOD a 4 star because of their salads! Found the pizza okay. Crust was a bit disappointing, but plenty of toppings to create the pizza you want. Salad is awesome! Get to select from a few basic lettuce types and then add as many different toppings as you want. The mini salad(under $ 5) is huge and really filling. Great options for toppings so I can come here a few times a week and feel like I am getting a different meal. Love that the chain gives chance to people that other folks pass over. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Supporting them means I get great food and get to support a business that is doing great things!

Four stars. Hands down. It is quick, efficient and delicious. The toppings are fresh, everything is made in front of you. The pizza base is thin and crispy. Eat it while it’s hot though — once cold the pizza is a lot less fun.
