Excellent! Just try it. I love the walk down ingredient lane, asking for everything you want. Be sure to have basil at first and olive oil at the end. The mini is all that you need.

I used to love going to this location. This review is solely for their employees. I visited this place on a Friday recently, an employee was down right rude! First of all, please keep your opinion to yourself. If I like anchovies on my pizza that is my choice and for customer service sake, keep your opinion to yourself! And lastly, for other employee, please LISTEN to your customers on what they want so you won’t screw up their orders! So typical fast food place, when they get big, they are careless to train their employees! I’m soo very disappointed!!!

Their food is good but online ordering is a problem. We have done it twice now and both times we have been shorted pizzas. The first time they gave us someone else’s order and my dad picked it up so he didn’t know that we were missing 3 pizzas. Mod did refund our money but it still left us short on food for dinner. We decided to try again last night and this time it was our order but it was short a pizza. We let them know and they made me another but it was the wrong size. So now we are waiting even longer for the correct pizza. It comes out and sits for a good 4 or 5 minutes on the counter waiting to be boxed. I finally asked the poor guy if I could just take it. They seem to be overwhelmed by a busy Friday night. We will definitely go back just not on the weekend and no more online ordering.

Such a fun place to have worked and such amazing pizza! Love that you get to make a pizza however you want and only pay for the size. It the toppings! The Mod Squad are such cool people and so much fun to work with.

Fantastic Experience! I just moved here from a place with horrible pizza, Hawaii. Anyways my friend recommended we try MOD Pizza for lunch. We went into this Redmond Ridge location and were politely greeted, I was slightly confused by the menu system, BUT Dan working behind the counter was patient and extremely accommodating. Not sure if Dan was the manager, sure seemed like it as he had that place on LOCK! It was pretty quiet, but it was a Tuesday mid day, but Dan had the staff throughly cleaning the kitchen, and he wasn’t slouching himself either. Between making our delicious pizza’s he was also cleaning up and preping other items for business. As a small business owner myself who works like a dog, I tend to pay attention to the small things, and I gotta say I would drive to this MOD over others in a second simply because I saw the extra care Dan was putting into a simple job of running a corporate pizza shop, I hope he gets his own place one day, he deserves it! Oh and ask Dan for recommendations, he recommended a couple add ons to our Pizzas and they definitely were perfect! One thing missing however was a tasty Micro Brew, they had a few beers, probably stock per corporate, but I think we’ll all agree that a nice LOCAL Micro Brew is best with Pizza.

If I want to go to any place to eat it is at Mods. I love it there, everyone is happy and always welcoming you as you walk in. For example they usually say hello or hey and it is all of the employees who say this. The pizza is a great price for the size and taste. You can choose what you want to put on your pizza. They cook it in this open oven and you get to see how your food is made. They have many options for people with medical reasons that effect the way you eat, such as gluten free dough. The whole restaurant is clean and in well shape. Go to mods it is great!

While the pizza is delicious in a not-​your-​typical-​pizza kind of way, the speed and service are top notch. I’ve taken my kids here way too many times than I’d like to admit! You can build any pizza you want, the mod runs about $ 8 and the minis run about $ 5. You can call your own pizza, custom toppings. If you haven’t been, you should check this place out.

My daughter and I like the pizza here since we can choose our own toppings for one price. We have finally both found the perfect combo for us :-) The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They have draft beer or soda or fancy lemonades. It moves quickly enough, although Tues dinner was out the door last week!?!
We enjoy the atmosphere here and playing with topping flavors.

Since this is a chain I’ll just comment on this location. The place is simple, clean, quick, and the staff are friendly. I like that they serve beer at this location. It’s always a good place to stop for lunch. Not much more to say other than it’s a really good Mod Pizza location.

Like the concept of this pizza establishment. Very convenient location for us to swing by for a quick meal. Can cater to each individual’s pizza preference. Shakes are tasty too. Went with family on a Friday evening and it was packed with line near the door. This could be because it was a new to the area. Plan accordingly or call ahead for take out.

They have dairy free cheese for no extra charge. Enough said. The pizzas are delicious. You can even customize them online, if you’d like. Bad idea to order online on a Friday night (my order never got completed one Friday night) because it gets so incredibly busy, but otherwise a wonderful chain.

Great service! Great run team! Even when crazy busy they have it handled! Unfortunately had a mistake on my pizza with wrong sauce but the manager went out of his way to make it right by giving me the mistake and a gift card on top.

I am a big Mod Pizza fan but I guess they are employing high school kids in summer vacation. Very amateurish in their service. Making jokes about the order, missing an item from the online order, etc. I just hope they get real modders in this location.

Awesome place, killer good Pizza! So happy MOD came into this location! The space is well done with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The Pizza is awesome, they are fast and friendly. You can create your own personal pizza or go with one of their menu creating items. The Pizzas come out surprisingly quickly after the order is placed. They have a good selection of drinks and a few beers on tap as well. Great place!

After a hot day we decided to try MOD pizza up on the Ridge. I popped online and placed an order– knowing it’s going to be crazy busy. Walk in– up to the register– and discover– I sent the order to the wrong MOD pizza.
The manager stepped in and instantly said to his team to take care of me. He said not to worry about it– it would be ok– and sent them over to take my order. I asked if I should call over to the other location and he said «no I’ve got this.»
Shocked by how well they are operating here already. There’s been a line out the door and they are just rocking it. The line isn’t because they are running slow or anything– it’s because they are crazy popular.
To the awesome manager– thank you. You have no idea the day I’ve had– and your kindness tonight goes such a long way.

My wife and I ate at the new Mod Pizza on Novelty Hill Rd. in Redmond. We live close by and have been looking for a good pizza place. We ordered the largest available «MadDog» pizza and it was tasty. Love the thin crust. I also ordered a small Caesar salad. We sat outside. The service is friendly, our pizza was ready in under ten minutes (high heat pizza oven) and with drinks we got out of there at a reasonable price. Great having Mod in our area. We will definitely be back.

Quickly prepared delicious pizza at a great price.
Walked in and waited in line. Chose one of 9 pizzas and modify them or create your own. We went with a Dominic and a Jasper with some additions. Did I mention the additions are for no additional charge? They are!
