I like shopping small so I loved this pet store. They had a great selection of food and even had the litter I use. Nice people too.

We went in not knowing what to get! We were picking up our new family puppy the next day! So glad we picked this place to shop, and here’s why!
The staff. So knowledgeable, sweet and helpful. We aksed so many questions (about everything!) From the best food and shampoo to toys and treats and why! The staff new our breed, what we should expect and need and why certain items would be helpful and best and not others.
We had our wild two year old with us, who likes touch and get into everything and this didn’t bother the staff at all. They were patient and kid friendly. So nice!
Great selection and seems like everything is all natural and high quality for pets!
Excited to go back, learn more and bring the puppy and our kids in to have fun and shop!

I love Pet Pros! Why? The store is in the same shopping center as QFC and Trader Joes. SO, what does that mean? I can grocery shop AND get my dog food all in one trip which makes me so very happy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store carries most brands of «higher end» dog foods — you know the ones that aren’t filled with scary cancered animal parts. There is also a full inventory of treats, toys and other pet supplies. I appreciate this is a smaller pet store without the attitude and snobbery of a boutique. Furthermore, much easier to navigate and feels great to support the smaller guys.

The store claims to be for pets. Where are the birds, costumes, lil furry creatures, scaly guys and lights of all sizes?! Better named Cat and Dog Grocer.
It does have more food for animals than do most 7−11s, so if you want to get a buffet for your feline or canine this holiday season then it’s the place to be.

Seems to be a glut in the area of pet stores of late; this store is just a few blocks from a nice Mud Bay, and there’s more pet stores at Redmond Town Center just a 5-​minute drive away. But there’s certainly a niche for this store and the rest, and all have their strengths and their die-​hard fans.
My dog needs no specialty items or foods, so I can really shop for her anywhere. But apparently there are some specialty cat items here that people can’t find elsewhere.
This is a smaller store than most of the other pet stores around, so the selection of … everything is smaller than other places. Still, I always find whatever I need. There’s usually two people working in the store; one person is often in the back, stocking or in the office, and the other is left to handle the customers in the store. As such, getting help here is spotty. Even though it’s a smaller store, if you’re not that familiar with it, it can be tricky finding what you’re looking for. I’ve been here only 4 – 5 times in the past few years, and I needed to find a carpet cleaner today. The female clerk was busy with a customer, and so another guy customer and I were left to our own accord, walking around each aisle, looking for what we needed. The other sales guy was in the back office area. I spent 15 minutes in the store when, had I been helped right away, I could’ve been out of there in 5. (To her credit, when the sales gal was free eventually, she found me in an aisle and asked if she could help me). I think this store could use one more sales person.
I liked how they helped the earlier customer (who was more elderly), carrying her big bag of dog or cat food to her car for her. Nice!
I like how they have a reward program for dog food.
I don’t like the lay-​out of this parking lot at all. If anyone’s shopped at the Trader Joe’s here, you know how dicey it is, getting in and out of this lot. Seriously, you take your life in your hands, trying to exit this lot to go north on 160^th Ave.
One awesome aspect of this store: they annually attend the Redmond «Wags and Whispers» pet fair and give everyone $ 10 off coupons. We love that! It’s nice that they are involved in the community.

I’ve been getting my pet food from here for years. First and foremost — they’ve got all of the healthy pet food options that you cannot find in the big-​box pet stores. Lots of gluten free options — and food that you might other wise consider «human-​grade» — meaning no animal by-​products and only good wholesome food that you can feel supremely confident about giving to your pet (s).
Added bonus: they’ve got a loyalty program where once you’ve bought a certain amount of food (I can’t remember exactly how much it is…) you earn a free bag. Plus, they keep your name on file so that you know what types of food you’ve had with your pet so that you know which ones they like — and which ones end up in a regurgitated puddle behind your couch.
Big fan of Pet Pros. Do your dog/​cat a favor and how them how much you love them by buying them good quality food from Pet Pros.

I’m thrilled to find a pet store that carries the Neko Flies cat toys! These are definitely my cat’s new favorite thing IN THE WORLD (even over treats! I kid you not!), and I thought I’d only be able to get them online. Definitely a nice surprise to find them in here!
Other fun finds in the store: there are a lot of local brands that are sold here. The catnip and bonito flakes are two items that had «locally grown» (or something close to that) on the containers. A good excuse to pick up something I don’t usually get for the cat. She appreciates it too and gobbled up a bunch of it when I offered her some. There are many — not sure how to say this — not-​so-​mainstream brands here too. I didn’t see the usual brands that I do at our local Petco, but there was still a pretty good variety of stuff.
TONS of dog treats, toys, etc. here too! I went to visit the bulldogs from Bulldog Haven NW and those little tanks were all very interested in the rawhide and bones around the store. I did notice some bird and rodent supplies out the corner of my eye too.
Overall, it seems like it’s a well-​kept, neat store. The service was friendly and helpful too. Knowing they have more of that Neko Flies stuff will definitely make me remember Pet Pros!
