Staff were friendly, scheduling was easy (though took a couple of days due to their backlog), service was provided on time. The actual car wash, which was provided onsite at my work location, was done very well. The fundamental problem I have is that, I would expect some more basic interior work like wiping down the dash, spraying the windshield, and other dusting, not just a vacuum. Since there are other car wash and detail places in Redmond that do more for less money, an onsite service is not worth the premium, especially when the interior work I wanted done would be significantly more expensive according to their price schedule.
