I went in there around July 15^th because my iPad 4^th generation couldn’t charge at all. Justin fixed it and was able to recharge it again. My 7 year old son wanted to download all his game apps on it again so we needed to do a hard reset on the iPad. My son was so happy! Justin walked me through step by step and was very professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service! Will come back again if I have any problem.

Hey Eastside — I highly recommend Simply Mac! I ran into a pretty intense computer issue and needed it fixed ASAP. The guys were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and happy to help. Excellent customer service. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! The fee for removing the virus was very reasonable. They also gave me tips and advice for any similar issue that may arise in the future! Another perk — Simply Mac is located in a really cute part of Redmond… lots of shopping, restaurants and convenient parking! Definitely a fan! I’ll be going back to Simply Mac for any and all, minor to major computer issue in the future.
