I just wanna get on here before I forget, and say that my man jarron at this location was awesome.
Right here at Redmond town center he provided above and beyond, excellent service to me and my young son. Very knowledgeable, very upfront, and very friendly. I like a salesman who sells from what he himself is passionate about. I wasn’t even necessarily gonna buy a phone yesterday, but thanks jarron, for all the advice and knowledge. I left with an awesome phone!

I have been in contact with this store 3 times, was lied to about being able to trade in my device, which still hasn’t happened since Tmobile has flat our refused to give me a shipping label.
The most recent time was speaking with the guy named AJ, who promptly pretended to speak with his manager and flat out refused to let me speak with him since I clearly explained going down to the store was not an option for me because I work.
He then promply hung up on me, which I could understand if I was yelling but I was not so yeah.
For the love of god, go with verizon.
Please.
It is just better, it may not be cheaper but it will be much easier with then, getting help from these people when something goes wrong is like pulling teeth.

I would give it 1 star but they earned 2 for the helpful experience prior to purchasing my phone and switching carriers.
I have been given the runaround for the past 4 days after calling immediately after purchasing. I was worried about losing a large amount of money I had on a banking application on my old phone that I had not confirmed my identity on to be able to transfer to my new phone. I called and they told me they would be able to hold onto the phone for a day before needing to wipe it and send it back and I was ecstatic! I came back in not even 2 hours later to be told to come back in the following day because they could not locate my device. I agreed that was fine, still grateful I could get my money back and came in the following day. They still could not find it so I was told they would give me a call when they did or come in the next business day when the manager was in. I received no call so I came in the next business day to be told they wiped my phone and sent it back the previous day that I had come in and received no phone call that they found it. Now I have no proof of identity to access my money and then they had the nerve to argue with me as a security guy telling me that even had I gotten my phone that that wouldn’t have proven my identity. I know very well what will and will not work. My money is now lost which was worth more than my brand new LG G5 I just purchased from them due to the fact that they could not return a phone call or communicate within themselves…

A crappy company and branch. I went there to switch my lines from ATT to T-​mobile with my friend. The agent there was going to open the new lines with my address then by himself switched it and already opened with my friend details. He insisted that we should pay $ 75 initiation fees and he must hit a credit check. Then we learned as the new lines are pre-​paid no credit check needed here and there was an offer to waive the initiation fees but we paid.
Two months later I find a weird T-​mobile bill come to my address, ignored it as no lines registered with my name then learned that the agent had opened lines with my name that day and cancelled them while t-​mobile charging me cancellation fees for that. To give me a good reason to hate t-​mobile more the company sent the $ 20 bill to a collection company. Contacted the customer services many times, they realized there is a mistake but guess what, we can’t fix it, once they sent the bill to collection, I must pay it and whatever the collection company action done they can’t control it.
So yes t-​mobile put my at this mess and they are don’t care enough to correct or investigate it.

Had an issue while on vacation with a franchise type store in East Wenatchee. Went and spoke with David one of the store managers at the Redmond store. He was a great help in helping me get a good resolution to the issue. Couldn’t be more grateful.

I was expecting really bad service with the ratings I saw in all T-​Mobile stores. I figure this one had some potential overall so I decided to visit on just an inquiry.
I was lucky. I did see a couple of workers that I would have had an unfortunate experience with telling by how they treated other people but, since I did not have them, I will rate this experience on my personal transaction.
Roxane assisted me right away. Even though I had exactly what I had in mind and questions to ask to make an educated decision, b-​lined it straight to the phone I wanted to check out, and did all my research on line on sizes to the millimeter and functions/​reviews, Roxane was there straight away being extra helpful. I noticed that no matter how negative I seemed to be on my stubborn decisions (as I did all my research as I said), she was patient with me and answered all my questions with the utmost detail.
I was impressed. She not only helped me as an individual but didn’t give up on me as I thought things through. She provided all the information I required not to miss any opportunities and actually got me sold on a phone I never thought I would get. I’m very happy with it now (3 days later) and I really want to thank her and her boss (Coby I think?) that made it happen. They really went out of their way to accommodate the phone I wanted in the color that I wanted. They even offered to drive out and get it!
I am sending a couple of people your way! I saw my reps interactions with other clients and she stayed consistent to quality. I was glad that T-​Mobile had workers like this as I have seen many retail specialists in the mobile industry with the utmost disgust in my history of cell phone providers.
People! Remember those names and go to them if you’ve had bad service from others before. Also, if people seem rude, tell the manager, they seem to be pretty on it at this store.

Please don’t visit this store.
I’ve been here several times and encountered a lot of issues:
1. I went to buy a phone for my wife. They said it would take 20 minutes, but I had to wait 1.5 hours for my turn. They even bumped someone up from the back of the line.
2. They spent about 45 minutes upselling … even though I clearly mentioned I wasn’t interested in anything else.
3. On a follow up visit for an issue with my wife’s phone, they wouldn’t let me make any changes stating that it was in her account… I opened an account in my name and used my ssn and my cc, etc. but they said it was in her name and that I couldn’t change anything!
4. There’s this brunette lady there who has been consistently rude every single time I’ve been there to a point that next time I wish to give her a piece of my mind!
5. Nine out of Ten times, they will not answer calls when you call the store.
6. The lines move very very slowly because they spend time upselling!

I live in Redmond and every time I have an issue with T-​Mobile I go to the store in Town Center. It seems I’m not learning from my mistake since they never fix my problems and besides they don’t know much.
Last time I went few months ago for an issue related to an account I closed in 2009. Running a credit report I discovered that a collection agency was in charge of getting $ 55 from myself. I paid right away and went to T-​Mobile store for asking clarifications. They called T-​Mobile and then they told me I had to call T-​Mobile by myself. I told them that I’ve done several time and T-​Mobile customer service asked me to go to the store to show an ID and solve the issue. After some minutes they didn’t solve the problem and they gave me a number to call (such a great help, isn’t it).
They don’t care about solving an issue — they just want you to leave ASAP. Besides they are very rude and not knowledgeable. Definitely the worst T-​Mobile store I’ve been in (I have T-​Mobile since 2004 and kept it when I moved to California and back).
Updates — I stopped by today — found the exactly the same unfriendly people I met last time. I put my name on the list, they told me couple of minutes of waiting. Waited for 15 and like happened before, someone who arrived later was served first. Waited 5 more minutes and finally got attention. I was looking for a SIM for my family visiting from Europe for a month. T-​Mobile asked me $ 35 for unlimited talk and unlimited text, no data, plus $ 15 for the activation, which is ridiculous. I went to AT&T, ten minutes later I left the store with the SIM and the plan I was looking for (same as T-​Mobile) for $ 33 (no activation fee). Better price and much nicer associates!

My sister and I got nothing other than spectacular customer service during our visit recently. Our rep was Stephanie, and she was amazing! She hooked us up with some deals we were not aware of. I have yet to receive better customer service in 6 years living in Redmond, that includes the manager and other employees who were also very attentive and personable. Very friendly, my new cell phone spot!

Customer service is non existent for this store. I ordered a sim card for my friend over the phone on Sunday and we were assured that it will arrive in 2 business days on Tuesday. A week has gone by and we still haven’t received the sim card. I called T-​Mobile and after spending 30 minutes and talking to 5 different people with no solution, we decided to visit the store hoping that we will get a solution. First my friend talked to the customer rep who told us that he couldn’t do anything because it’s ordered over the phone. We then asked to talk to the manager, Ken, hoping that maybe we will either get a refund or a replacement sim card. Ken, the store manager didn’t seem to care much about the situation and just simply told us that they cannot do anything. I used to really love T-​Mobile not only for their inexpensive plan but also for their excellent customer service. Somehow, this good old tradition has left the company at least from this store.

I agree with the negative reviews here. I will never again set foot in this tmobile store. The customer service reps are so rude. They even go as far as rolling their eyes at you.
They do not know or care about solving a problem. They direct you to CALL tmobile. Question: how can you call if your phone is broken? They are untrained, unprofessional. I would just rather drive to any other location. I’ve complained many times to management with no improvement.

Switched from ATT to T-​Mobile and I’m now on Edge network 99% of the time in Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue. From my window office in Redmond I get Edge connection on sunny days and no data on cloudy days. I had no idea UnCarrier was so literal, I feel like I have no cell service. Unlimited data is pretty pointless when you can’t use any of it. Kind of like being at a buffet where you’re asked to eat with a straw. How many of the all you can eat lobsters can you suck through your straw? Probably none. Save your money and stick with ATT. I don’t think I’ve seen it dip below LTE in the past 2 years.
Edit: Just wanted to add that their coverage map isn’t honest. King county is saturated in what appears to be full LTE coverage but you’ll be lucky to get 2G in most places. If you do some research online you’ll notice that there’s tons of people disappointed that the coverage map doesn’t reflect real life results.

the guys here are awesome but the T-​mobile payment center is terrible. If you call 877−720−5195 and luckily talk with a lady named Cindy, you will get the worst customer service ever.
I opened a T-​mobile account on Feb 24, and found that the signal are always so poor — I made 5 calls and experienced line break for 4 times. After having so many bad experience I stop using T-​mobile service from Mar 23^rd, but I found I was still charged on Mar 27^th. My fault here, I didn’t read the 5 pages of terms printed with cute 8pt font carefully when I open the T-​mobile account and don’t know they will automatically charge me on every Mar 25.
So I called T-​mobile and see if I can luckily get the refund since I haven’t use their defective service at all. called #611 and the lady there said I can get the refund in this situation and connect me with the payment center. (The funny thing here is the line broke twice during the call with #611).
I even doubt that Cindy is a robot during the conversation. She kept saying «I’m the supervisor here and I tell you I won’t give you the refund. Customer center gave you wrong information. Have a good day». I tried to communicate with her by asking several questions, however she never respond my questions and kept repeating the same sentence. After the fourth repeat she hang up and I guess there are another hundreds of customers are waiting for her to say «no no no» to them. Come on, I’m OK if I can’t get the refund but can’t you be a little bit more polite and professional to your customer? She makes me feel like «ha ha, we get your money, you can’t get it back now, so I don’t give a shit about your feedback and situation».
I won’t use any TMobile service from now on, not because of the refund but the special user experience and customer service I got. If I meet someone I don’t like in future, I will for sure smile and tell him: «hi dude, T-​mobile is awesome, you have to try it!».
Seriously, T-​mobile, if you want to build a good business, treat your customer better.

I had multiple phone issues, walked into the store, and Jon got me hooked up fast and accurately. I have to give 5 stars for Jon. Now if I could get true 4G everywhere so I could actually not get «Can’t send» messages half the times I send picture texts…

GREAT service by manager Marc! He took the time to walk us through all the potential models to make sure we got the best device for our needs. We went in to get new phones and sign up for the family plan and it was painless, friendly and cost-​saving!
I would recommend this store and a raise for the manager, obviously very understanding to his customers, A+!

Staff is (all) friendly and VERY helpful.

Unbelievable. I went in yesterday to learn about what Windows 8 phones they offer, and the staffperson showed me the two on display: a Nokia Lumia 810 and an 8X HTC. There was almost no information provided about the phones, no specs or anything, so I went home to research the two models, compare specs and reviews, etc.
After a lot of research I decided to go with the Lumia 810, due to the poor battery life and non-​replaceable battery of the HTC model. So today I went back to the store to buy the Nokia. Both floor models were still on display. The staffperson (I forget his name) seemed happy to help with my purchase, but within a minute or two he came back to say that the phone I wanted was OUT OF STOCK, being phased out, and they had no plans to restock it. If it’s out of stock and they don’t plan to continue to carry it, why do they display it to customers and tell them it’s an option? I just wasted hours of my time researching a phone that is no longer available, not to mention a pointless trip to town, all of which could have been avoided if they had just given me accurate information up front about their available Windows 8 devices. How hard can that be?
My other complaint with them is that both guys who «helped» me were remarkably unhelpful and unknowledgeable, and seemed to have a difficult time understanding simple questions. I was also surprised to see that they had at least as many staff on duty there as they had customers. I counted seven staffpeople, while waiting and waiting and waiting for my not-​very-​helpful «associate» to make a minor change to my account.
T-Mobile’s phone & data service seem to be okay, although I don’t really know how they compare to other carriers. But their customer service (both in-​store and on-​phone/​online) and their selection of phone models are appallingly bad. I am strongly considering switching to a different carrier, even though doing so is always an immense hassle.

Today, I got ripped off for a SIM card that DO NOT WORK with my phone!!!
I told the sales person that I have AT&T phone, and he didn’t bother checking whether the new SIM would work with my phone or not! What kind of sales rep is that? And I ask for refund, and he refused even though NOTHING was used on the SIM that was purchased like 2 second ago.
What a BAD customer service and BAD network to belong to! I’m sticking with AT&T after this experience!
T-​Mobile is overrated!!!

Jason did not call as promised. I switched to Verizon. My sister loves her phone, but guess what? After all that, no $ 100 rebate as promised by Sabrina. T-​Mobile Customer Care says sorry to my sister, you’ve got to take it up with the people who sold this to you.
(Incidentally T-​Mobile, you really need to stop putting your stores and your Customer Care people at odds and back each other up more. Your customers are dying off in between the two of you.)
My sister called Jason. He claimed he was going to call her tomorrow, saying they wait 3 weeks before calling someone (sounds like BS to me, but whatever). She said he was very nice and offered her the $ 50 rebate plus $ 50 off her next bill, and apologized again for Sabrina’s behavior. So good for him. But it’s still not enough to change the feeling of the overall experience.

The T-​Mobile store in Redmond Town Center is a little nestled out of sight, and you might miss it when walking or driving by. Assuming you make it in the door, you can find a variety of phones and accessories.
PROS:
The staff are friendly and professional. One employee was gracious enough to even explain the complexities of a Father’s Day phone deal over the phone… multiple times because I couldn’t hear properly. She then told us about how to take certain deals into consideration that were not listed anywhere. Cool stuff.
You can pay your phone bills here at this ATM-​like thing. Insert your bill, and follow on-​screen instructions — make sure you know your account number/​name or other important info about your account.
CONS:
This is a small store, and it seems to accrue a TON of customers at random times of day. This makes it really difficult to get the aid of the employees who are too busy.
You should read the fine print concerning deals where you get a «free phone» — with a deal I got, the down payment was what was actually free, then you had pay the rest monthly. Not bad, just be aware.
