Had the chicken chopped salad. The quantity was half the usual I get at a different subway.

They have changed managers and the new staff is pleasant and quick. They do seem to be out of stuff a lot though — which is why only 3 stars.

Worst subway experience ever The guy at the night shift there, didn’t seem helpful at all and made the sandwich like he didn’t really want to make it, put very little amount of requested vegetable and sauces just a tiny bit and took him 5 minutes to check me out, Seriously will never be there again

Much better experiences as of late. It’s still Subway– it’s not going to be mind-blowing– but the folks working there are lovely, consistent, helpful, and a marked improvement from the fare several years ago. An absolute pleasure to stop in there now when I need a quick bite!

I called a few days before the Superbowl and ordered a 6′ sub. I talked with Sam and he was very professional. I was planning on picking up the sub Sunday morning but something came up and called to see if I could pick it up later. No problem there. When I arrived, the staff was great and very friendly. Sam pulled the sub out of the refrigerator and even loaded the sub into my car! I appreciated his assistance! The sub was perfect, just as ordered. 30+ Superbowl fans enjoyed it too. I’ll use this Subway again for sure.

This is by far the cheapest subway ever. Horrible… horrible experience!!! Been there couple of times and the employees don’t change their gloves in between making meaty to vegetarian sandwiches. They never put enough veggies on sandwiches either!

The service here is consistantly bad… everytime. Also, do not bother calling for a reservation.

Subway is just Subway, but these guys make it an unpleasant experience. They skimp on the salad toppings, never spread out the sauces and are in a perpetual hurry to get out of their shop as soon as possible. Even though it’s the closest to my office, I avoid going to this Subway.

It’s hard to screw up Subway but this one is screwed up. The staff is rude; as someone else mentioned, they just stare at you. Not friendly at all. Today, their credit card machine broke and they didn’t even apologize to the people who had to wait, or go get money before they could claim their sandwich. The guy just said«it’s the machine» twice. Today’s bread was stale too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Why? 1) Rude staff. They don’t even greet you they just kind of stare at you from across the counter. There’s no welcome, no thank you, no have a nice day. 2) Skimpy toppings — How many olives were on my foot long veggie? 4. How many(tiny) pickle slices? The same. They’re even skimpy with the lettuce. What the hell? 3) The place is. a bit dirtier than most Subways. I don’t know how else to describe it, but you will never look at this place and think the word ‘clean’. I’ve been to Subways in some of the crappiest parts of Seattle and New York that were 10 times cleaner. I’ve tried this place a few times, once or twice a year, just checking to see if it would change or management would get better. Screw this subway, go a half mile down the road to a different one.

An experience to remember, and not in a good way… A little intro to how much I wanted Subway: Towards the end of last year, I relocated to a Microsoft building in downtown Redmond. For the longest time, I was craving a good sub sandwich. I tried Blimpie’s Subs quite a few times, in hopes that I could eventually figure out where a Subway was. Alas! I had located the Subway next to the Trader Joes and QFC! You have no idea how long I had been waiting to find a subway, because they carry much better sandwich products than Blimpie’s Subs. Well I pull up and get out of my car, walk into this Subway, which isn’t very clean looking, and there are a couple of hairy men, clearly in their early 50’s, standing behind the counter. They seemed nice at first, smiling at me when I walked in. Until I was greeted with, «How are you today beautiful?» …Um, what?! Was the sandwich guy just hitting on me? I proceeded to ignore that subtle comment, smiled, and ordered my sandwich… So everything was fine until I walked back out to my car. One of the guys WHOWORKEDTHERE walked out of the opposite door, on the other side of the building, and followed me to my car. He brought up some random question and then ASKEDMEFORMYNUMBER! This isn’t a club or a bar, it’s a sandwich shop. I sat quietly by myself in the Subway, I never expressed any interest in either of the guys working the counter. I politely told him, «Thank you for the compliment, but I have a boyfriend.» It didn’t stop there! He asked me again, «Come on, I’m just asking for your number.» I repeated myself, «Really, I’m sorry, but I’m not interested.» He CONTINUED to BUGME, standing outside by my car, asking me over and over, then trying to convince me, «We can just be friends. I’m sure your boyfriend doesn’t need to know about this.» To which I kept replying, «No, I am NOTINTERESTED.» And he wouldn’t take NO for an answer. I was finally able to leave about 10 minutes after I had initially got to my car, completely creeped out about that entire, awkward situation. Though I find it unprofessional that he was hitting on me, it would have been fine had he asked me for my number once, and then accepted my answer I had given him the first time. But the fact he was so adamant about trying to convince me into giving him my number, and also the fact he followed me out to my car, really ruined that experience for me. I don’t care how much better their sandwiches are than Blimpie’s, after a completely unprofessional stunt like that, which left their customer(me) feeling entirely way too uncomfortable, I have never gone back there. And that was a huge disappointment, because I just discovered that location that same day and walked into the Subway with only the most supportive and excited attitude. Well, no thank you Subway(this specific location), you will not have my number, and now you will definitely not have my service.

I am a major Subway-lover, but over the years I’ve had very mixed experiences with this particular location. I know it was a long time ago, but back in the late 1990’s the Redmond High football team was selling coupon books for local businesses and when I tried to use the Subway coupons they said the management had changed hands, and they weren’t honoring them anymore! This seems to be a pattern with this particular store, they’re always changing hands, so there is very little consistency. Sometimes it’s a great experience and sometimes the workers are slow, rude, or unprofessional. Today I had a «last-straw» experience though, and I will never go back, especially with the new Redmond Town Center location so close. The first person doing the bread/meat/cheese was so slow that a huge line was accumulating. At the VERY end of the preparation of my sandwich, asking for cucumbers, the lady making my sandwich leaned over and smooshed against my sandwich with her body. Yuck! I don’t know how clean her apron and shirt are! But I let it go because of the huge line and just wanting to get out of there. But when I opened it up later to eat, after I had already eaten most of the sandwich, I found a hair in it. Yuck again! After all the mixed experiences I’ve been having at this Subway, today will be my last visit to them.

A very busy Subway at times but they seem to get the people in and out quickly. Sometimes the line might get slowed down for a minute but then picks up really quick. They are also good at letting you know if something is on special. Like a Foot Long compared to just the 6 inches you asked for to start. I was impressed they tried to save me money!

We like going to Subway because it’s a healthy choice for fast food and the sandwiches from this location were always fine. However, we stopped going to this Subway earlier this year because one of the staff members was rude to us on more than one occasion. It appeared that he hated his job and didn’t want to be there and was taking it out on the customers. I realize that this could have just been a problem with this one employee and he may not even be working there anymore, but because of the poor customer service we stopped going to this location.

I love toppings, and the guy that helped me here isn’t afraid to pile them on! My techs and I stopped here around 11:30 at night, during an office move, and I wasn’t expecting much… but this ended up being the first Subway that I’ve left a tip at!

I love Subway! It’s like Starbucks. You always know what you are going to get. The workers at this Subway are really efficient and friendly. I always get the daily special — a 6″ sub for $ 3. What a deal! It’s diet-friendly too — if you get all the veggies it’s like having a mini salad in your sub. Yay for Subway! The only weird thing is that the bread is made daily but somehow it still tastes a bit stale. How does that happen???

It’s Subway, so you know what to expect, but this store falls short sometimes. First of all, they don’t ever seem to have a working air conditioning system, which means when it’s warm out, they leave the doors open. Well, that’s slightly good from a ventilation standpoint(if you call hot breezes good breezes) but it also means that flies are allowed into the building and near/on the food. YUCK Parking and street access can be tricky at this location. And finally, sometimes the employees here are surly. I’m not down with that; other nearby Subways are much friendlier and more consistent.
