Brookes Flowers

My wife and I had purchased an item from Brookes flowers that we weren’t quite happy with thus, I brought it back for a refund. Admittedly, Brooke herself did not make the item however, she felt personally responsible for it and happily refunded our purchase. She gave me a bouquet of flowers to take home to my wife with her apologies. I told her that this was not necessary but she insisted and was glad to do it.
My five star review is not because of the bouquet of flowers we received as an apology at no charge, but rather how she handled the whole situation. Furthermore, if the item in question had turned out the way our apology bouquet looked, we would have been completely satisfied!
As we spoke a little longer, I got to know how long she’s been a florist and how she came to be on her own with her own shop. I came away with the opinion that Brooke deeply cares about her business, her customers and her reputation as a florist.
I would definitely give Brooke another shot the next time I need flowers as well as recommend her shop to others.

Needed emergency flowers for a close family friend and Brooke was beyond helpful. Called her while she was making a delivery and she was very accommodating. She’s reasonably priced and makes beautiful arrangements. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again Brooke!

I needed some last minute flowers to be sent to my client since her dog had just passed suddenly. I had been her dog walker for over 12 years and I wanted to try and make her smile and ease her pain with some beautiful flowers. It was early in the AM and I found Brooke’s flowers online. I saw from the Unilocal pictures she put a lot of love into her arrangements and I loved that. I wanted something that would last so I picked a beautiful arrangement of orchids. The price was reasonable. I forgot to add my name on the note and she was sweet enough to do that for me. I also asked if they could be delivered that same day by a certain time frame and they were. My client loves her flowers and she just texted me she is still enjoying them after 2 weeks. I just got engaged and will definitely keep them in mind for my wedding. Highly recommended:)

Just stopped by with the hope that I could pre-​order a delivery order. So gracious and helpful. I will definitely stop by again soon. It’s nice having a reliable and talented florist in the neighborhood. I know this orchid will brighten up the day.

Today I introduced myself to Brooke as a walk-​in & even though she was busy trying to get about 100 things done at once, she took time to help me. Another employee (Eric, I believe) helped me pick what I wanted in the cooler & then Brooke dropped what she was doing to make a beautiful arrangement out of them, which was promptly delivered an hour or so later to the recipient. Brooke took time to add extra touches such as lovely ribbon & a cute mini-​card, & was very chatty & friendly. I was very pleased & the person who received the arrangement was just over the moon with how lovely it was! Basically, every reason there is to enjoy supporting local small business is wrapped up with a bow at Brooke’s Flowers. I don’t send flowers very often, but I plan on using Brooke’s Flowers whenever I have occasion to… & maybe I’ll have to invent an occasion every now & then just to have some extra pretty flowers done! =)

I would just like to let then hire community to know that Brooke is absolutely one of the best designers there is around her knowledge of flowers and arrangements for that particular setting is absolutely stellar.
I own a large commercial landscape company where we design build and maintain landscapes and I have known Brook for about nine years she’s one of the most amazing creative individuals in this industry that I’ve known
No matter how overloaded she gets she takes on the work and I don’t know how she does it but she always gets it done and everybody is always happy
I believe in giving credit to people when credit is due and watching her for this many years and actually consulting her on projects I’ve been designing color platters and such for places such as McDonald’s Boston market a lot of these places we’ve talked about different color schemes what goes with what and she has always been there for me sometimes when I’m just not thinking real creative she’s on the other end of that phone or at the counter when I run in and bother her when she’s over her head at work she is so gracious and take the time to talk to me and that makes a difference this is why I support her and what she does because she has been a support to me and she will absolutely be a support and be there for you in the arrangements for whatever your function may be
This woman deserves a solid five stars out of five for her work and for being a great mom and a great person on top of all of that and I think we as a community should be a support to her because so much of what we need she can do and it takes very little from all of us together to make her life rock and I think she is one that really deserves it
She has a beautiful outlook on life she’s always concerned with people and always looks on the bright side for everybody and often times forget herself
Let’s all help her business grow strong so that will make her dream come true she is truly the flower girl

Brooke creates magic with flowers. Her work constantly amazes my husband and me. Over the years, she has designed arrangements for all occasions, in all sizes and shapes. Every single one has been a delight.
What’s interesting to me is that people talk about her flowers long after the arrangement is gone. She is so innovative and intuitive!
Usually, I tell her a few details about the person or place where the arrangement is going — and then she designs something uniquely suited for that person and space. I don’t know how she does it, but we have never been disappointed!
