My sister recently got married and ordered a cake from Pacific Bakery. The cake was delivered an hour and a half late! Guests had already arrived at the venue when the wedding cake was brought in. In addition to the late delivery, the icing was bleeding and there was a grammatical error (she asked for «love is patient, love is kind, love never fails», and instead got «love never fail»). The cake looked like it was rushed. While the cake itself tasted okay, the late delivery and the appearance of the cake left a bad taste in my mouth.
