Homewardbound Moving and Storage

Jonathan with Homeward Bound came to my rescue.
I made a very poor decision and hired a mover off of Craig’s List. I won’t go into the details, however I did have to call the police when he grabbed my phone/​wallet out of my hands, after giving him a hundred dollars as a partial payment. He wanted it all and refused to move my 4 items up the stairs.
The Homeward Bound movers were magnificent. What’s so great is that they ERASED the big bad bully image and replaced it with two wonderful, caring human beings. My faith in the human race has been restored.
I highly recommend them and ask for Terry and Van, guaranteed to have a good experience.

Homewardbound was recommended to us by a friend who had used them previously. That meant a lot that she had been very comfortable with the quality of the work they had done for her. That being said I was completely blown away by the fantastic service that Jonathan and his team (including Terrance) provided. They were on time, courteous, professional and clearly experienced movers. They handled our household goods with care. They were hardworking and polite and did all the ‘little’ things we asked with great attitudes. I am definitely recommending them to anyone I know who is moving and if I move again they will be the first team I call. It’s rare that you have an experience that makes you want to tell everyone you know… but this is one of those times. Finally, I felt that the service provided was in line with the charges — another plus!

I recently moved from Beverly Hills to Orange County and I didn’t know where to turn. I called around and everyone seemed so impersonal and fake when they gave me «estimate’s» over the phone. But when I called homewardbound Jonathan answered and was very nice and even offered to come to my home and give me a free estimate. When he came out he was very professional and an overall wonderful and knowledgable person. I decided to use his services and I am Sooooooo Glad that I did! Jonathan and his workers showed up with smiles and prepared to the fullest! I was so stressed out and they managed to make me feel so comfortable and confident that my belonging were taken care of. :)
I will highly recommend this moving company to anyone I know for sure…
Oh, I forgot to mention that the price they ended up charging me was less then all the «estimates» I got «over the phone» from other companies. Perfect! :)
