Valentino’s Pizza

I have been coming to this pizza shop since the switch to the new owner. I have to say this is one of the best tasting pizza shops I’ve ever eatin at. The ingredients are fresh and delicious and I can’t get enough. You must order their new megladon slice or whole pizza, it’s huge.
Try their garlic shark bites, they are amazing. This is my new must eat at pizza joints around town, come try them and you won’t be disappointed.

Wow! I visited this place a few weeks ago and it was amazing! The service and the food were phenomenal! The owner was so pleasant and he helped my husband and I figure out what to order! You should definitely add this place to your list of pizza places to visit in the near future! You won’t be disappointed!

This place has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered.
My sister is moving into a new house, so I wanted to surprise her with pizza (I live 3 hours away). When I called, the person on the phone wrote out a note for her, let me pay over the phone and wrote out directions for the delivery driver saying she won’t be expecting the pizza, that if she’s not there it’s ok to leave it on the porch, etc. They took their time to go over everything with me and make sure I could send my sister a surprise pizza.
She says the pizza is delicious!
If you want pizza that is yummy and has the most friendly staff ever, I highly recommend them!

The absolute best pizza in the South Bay! Everyone that works there is friendly, the customer service is great. I’ve tried everything there from pizzas to calzones to salad and I love it all! It’s fun to go with friends, family or even a casual date. I’ve been going there for years and it never disappoints! My boyfriend surprised me with a heart shaped pizza from there on Valentine’s Day one year, it was so cute! My personal favorite pizza from there has the bbq sauce instead of traditional marinara :) I recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and fresh pizza in the area!

Called early and ordered for a delivery on time later in the evening. Super nice guy on the phone, friendly service, pizza right on time and super delicious!
Ordered the Pizza of the month — just delicious –yummmm and it’s cool to try something new from time to time!
One XL pizza to feed the crowd and a L size pizza «Mediterranean»…and I’m in heaven — just delicious!

Finally we found a great pizza place in the South Bay! The food here is so fresh… especially the salads! I love the Greek salad and garlic bread with cheese. The pizza is also so good and fresh! Delivery is really fast!

Excellent! Tried this place for the first time tonight ~ the whole family loved it! The salad was really fresh! As soon as we opened the container, a burst of fresh veggie smell popped out! The shark bites are amazing, and the pizza is perfect! Definitely #1 on our pizza place list!

One of my absolute favorite pizzerias! Fresh food and ingredients. The customer service is great as well. The owner and his employees always have a smile on their face and are very helpful. I’ve tried many pizza places in this area and their pizza tastes the best. Great cooks, their margarita pizza as well as their pizza of the month pizzas are always so unique and delicious. Definitely recommend everyone try them out. Great little family owned business.

Ordered through Eat24 as I typically do. Estimated delivery time is 528pm. It is now 604pm. 1 hour and 20 minutes later and still no food.
I called the restaurant directly after I messaged with eat24. Eat24 said the driver was enroute.
The restaurant does not have phone etiquette by passing the call to someone else and tell the customer what is going on. The 2^nd person, the owner (Chris), just says ‘hello’ and expects you to know what is going on. They never asked for my name and assumed I was someone else because of the caller ID. I explain the time I ordered and how long it’s been. The owner said, I don’t know what else to tell you, the order is on its way.
I’ve worked in the food industry before and excellent customer service is what keeps customers coming back in addition to the food.
Acknowledging and apologizing to the customer when the scheduled delivery time isn’t met is proper customer service.
Sadly disappointed to write bad reviews but this place needs to learn proper customer service.

I love this place! I work right here on the beach and I love ordering here for lunch. The delivery is always extremely fast and efficient. The food is also impeccable. Everything on the menu is great and my personal favorites are the meatballs and the penne pasta with meat sauce. Also, their garlic bread is to die for! I love local businesses and I will continue to order form here at least once a week! Thanks :)

We really enjoyed this pizza (had a large pepperoni). Good flavor/​good crust. We weren’t raving about the garlic shark bites. Might try the cinnamon ones next time. Friendly staff.

Best pastrami sandwich ever! The meat is seasoned so well and the food is just so fresh. The kids who work here do a great job :) I will continue to support this shop

Oh– My — Goodness! I ordered Waikiki Pizza and Cancun Pizza. Those were amazing! I don’t usually order pizza for meal menu. But, I had couple of my friends came to my house and ordered these amazing pizzas.
The Waikiki Pizza — had enough pineapple pieces and it was one of the best Hawaiian style pizza ever had in my mouth! They also used fresh ingredients!
The Cancun Pizza — I believe it was spicy with meatball on them. But, these are amazing. And, I am big fan of spicy food. if you’re not into spicy food, you wouldn’t like this pizza.
If you order via phone call, they deliver you food within 45 – 50 minutes. Stop wasting your stomach on domino’s or pizza hut. You gotta try this and you’re hooked!

The first few times I called this place they said they were closing early I should have taken it as an omen.
Pizza was cooked on but sauce was not so good.

We have been using Valentinos Pizza for 10 years now. Consistently at the top of the food chain! The service, the prompt delivery, the friendliness, all combine with really wonderful food at a great price to make this the «Best in the South Bay!» The South High Surf Team appreciates great pizza!!! I have ordered from here multiple times and have enjoyed their food.
The bad review if for the delivery service. I called to order delivery at 2:20pm and was told that they have a 3 mile delivery, despite being 2.3 miles away. She eventually took my order. I called back at 3:45 and was tokd that my food was made to order and should be there in 15 mins. She apologized for the delau, but hour and a half later, I still have not received my food.

Pizza was great. Delivery was quick. Wings weren’t great but passable. Ordered through Unilocal and got some free Gator Bites.

Had a slice and a salad. Both where excellent. The slice was huge, awesome and only $ 4. The geek salad was enormous for $ 8 and also very good. I will be taking most of the salad home as I did not realize just how large the positions are here. :)

At first it was convenient as it’s on the same block where I work. But turned out everything about it is amazing. Their wings are baked in the pizza oven not fried, so that’s a bonus, and their BBQ sauce on the wings is DELISH! They also have shark bites, I get the parmesan buttery ones as a meal… prices are great! Oh and the spicy sausage roll!!! Amazing. And as I said, prices are cheap for what you get. Highly recommend! Great family that owns and runs it now too…

i went here today for the first time to get a pizza to-​go. the girl working behind the counter with the light blue eyes was so nice !!! it made me really happy. any questions I had or comments were answered with a smile and a «sure! yeah! no problem!» i can’t tell you how many coffee shops or food places I go to and every worker has dead eyes & a frown & seems irritated with me the moment I place my order. ugghh. it was so refreshing to come in here and speak with a nice person. & I waited in my car for the pizza to be done, and just before I was going to get out of my car, the girl came walking out with my pizza and gave me plates and napkins and everything! awesome.
and the pizza was really really good, I’m definitely coming back :-)
