IHOP

Takes a pretty long time for food to be done.
I can’t mess with anything from here but the pancake (NY cheescake to be exact) deal with hashbrowns, bacon and eggs. Side of ham is also pretty good, couldn’t recommend anything else. NO SPLIT CHECKS either, what’s the deal with that? Even asked the waitress if we could split checks between 4 BEFORE ordering, and was just told no without any explanation (pretty funny b/​c after I asked why, she just said «b/​c we can’t» then just kept staring until we ordered). Whatevs, be prepared to wait… and if you don’t order pancakes then good luck to ya’.

This IHOP was not good. I don’t know what happened.
Usually I’m pretty satisfied with the breakfast combo of eggs, bacon or sausage, and your choice of pancakes. The scrambled eggs were a mess and really dry! The bacon was just ok (but thin strips). I thought the pancakes were okay, but I really can’t overlook messing up eggs because it’s like the easiest dish to make!
Pancake combo is like $ 11/​person, which is not super cheap, considering you only get two pancakes and a small amount of the side dishes (eggs, protein).

My friend and I ordered two meals. My salad came with vinaigrette instead of ranch dressing but I decided I’d eat it that way. After a couple bites it became obvious the dressing was rancid. My friend took a bite and agreed. The waitress said they would get me another salad and I said that would be fine.
The waitress came back out and said the cook, named Rene, refused to make another one. I was kind of shocked and I thought it was weird that he refused. He came out of the kitchen and began belittling, bullying, & berating the waitress in Spanish. His mannerisms made me think he might be on drugs. He began saying pretty nasty things about me and my friend apparently assuming that since I’m white I wouldn’t understand.
There was no manager just a supervisor who was very nice and said he could try to make the guy make me another salad but at that point I felt like the guy would probably spit in it or something so I said no. The whole time we were waiting for our check the cook was standing outside of the kitchen across from us and staring at us while continuing to say obscene things about us and the waitress in Spanish. The waitress looked fearful and like she was about to cry. She seemed relieved that I had understood what he said. The other employee also kind of said he’s a difficult guy but we just work here. I don’t fault them at all but I think the cook is a ticking time bomb. What I heard him say to that waitress was very misogynistic. It wasn’t just what he said but his tone and how he was standing over the very petite waitress while doing so. Maybe I got off easy since he mostly just called me a stupid white bitch.
The manager called me today and said he was sorry we had to deal with that. He said he felt embarrassed and hoped we would give the restaurant another try. Really? He’s not worried about her safety or maybe he has an employee who’s on drugs and is going to fly off the handle? They’re just embarrassed that we happened to see it and that I happened to understand what he was saying.
Never going back.

Great place to visit in the afternoons after the big crowds in the morning. The waiters are nice and welcoming. I recommend the Big Steak Omelette. Its huge and delicious. Of course you gotta have the pancakes. They have lots to choose from. I really enjoy wasting there.

Came in from a 6 hour drive… starving on Saturday at 2 am on ⁹⁄₁₉. When we were seated there was only 2 other people there. The waiter took our order and then the place started getting busy It took almost 45 minutes for us to get our food. It appeared that everyone that came in after us got there food first. When we asked the waiter what took so long he just apologized and said” were having a problem with the cooks”, and then says I don’t know what you really want me to do. Now first off don’t pass the buck and blame someone else. Second you don’t ever tell a customer I don’t know what you really want me to do! Our waiter was missing for 20 minutes, while every one else was getting there food. The manager was not very customer oriented. Came back the second day i was in town and. the waiter Jessica was a lot more attentive the other waiter. This place needs a better manager and they need customer service lessons.

I’m really surprised about most of the reviews on here. I have had nothing but outstanding service and delicious food every time that i’ve been here. My husband loves IHOP so we come here quite often and they never let us down.

I was a child when i started dining here. I’ve always left with a smile on my face, satisfied with the service and the quality of food. This place has also been instrumental in business meetings and as to address important topics with friends and family. I’ve always had a great place to sit and the facilities are easy to access. The staff are friendly and nice to talk with, they’re pretty eager to help with my order throughout the entire meal. They also play pretty good music. I’ll definitely be coming back for future meals and deals.

Can you really ever go wrong with IHOP? This IHOP was a bit crowded but the wait was only 15 — 20 minutes. Friendly staff and good food. One thing that was frustrating was that I couldn’t make substitutions? I asked could I substitute cheese for spinach because I don’t like cheese and they said no. It would cost $ 1.50 Come on ihop, do better! Overall, not a bad experience

I went here a week ago and was the only non-​Hispanic person there, customer and staff alike, and was promptly served two dishes that had hair in both of them, probably because I’m white and it’s in the wake of Trump. I felt like taking it back to the cook and making him it eat. Don’t come here unless you are Mexican or unless you like feeling alienated and isolated and poisoined. Adiós MF’ers.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it’s clean and the staff is very nice, and with great customer service. But Mr. or Ms. Restaurant Manager or Regional Mgr or iHOP Corporate — you need to take a deeper look into food prep. Nothing unsanitary or anything like that at all, it’s just not good. The quality & prep is mediocre at best. Scrambled eggs ain’t great, turkey bacon was overcooked, and replacement with regular bacon, although appreciated, was undercooked, very greasy, and ranged from lukewarm to cold. Special double-​dipped French Toast looked great in photo — was pretty bland, dry flavorless (cinnamon sugar flavor). I don’t know if this is a problem with just this location or all locations, but you folks need to take a deeper look into the food ingredients and preparation. I was wondering why the guy at the nearby gas station, when I asked him if this iHOP is ²⁴⁄₇ said ‘yes,’ but then immediately said, oh, but there’s a Denny’s, too, a few blocks away. Now I understand why he was so quick to say that.

All of the people working seemed like newbies. My server was a nice kid but very awkward, he accidentally brought us two extra wrong plates. The workers could use a little more training.
The tables in the restaurant were also really close to each other, closer than usual. The table at the booth we got was clean but the booth chairs were not, I sat on something sticky. They weren’t very comfortable chairs to sit in either. I sank into the chair so bad it was just plain awkward and uncomfortable.
The food was good though, they took a while to bring it out but everything turned out well, there was no mistakes in any of our plates besides the two extra random plates they gave us.

Restaurant was clean. The service was friendly. Food was hot and fresh.

I am giving 5 stars because of our excellent service from Jesus. The breakfast was good and consistent like all IHOPS’s. However Jesus was one of the most professional waiters we have had lately from all types of restaurants. If he were in a fine dining establishment he would do excellent as well. I hope management reads these comments because they have a real asset on their hands with Jesus serving their customers.

This place is not very good at all. When I walked in I was told to wait a minute while 3 employees all glared into an iphone looking at something on the Internet. The host/​manager says «just one» and walk me to a table. I ask for a soda water but the server miss understands and brings regular water, that was solved quickly. I ordered a what I thought was a chicken bacon ranch and what I received was a chicken cover in a nasty chili sauce, I told the server I didn’t like it but she offered no options. This place sucks

Such a bad service, I was there for 20 minutes and they only thing they did was take us to the table and asked us anything to drink? 20 minutes and they couldn’t even take water to the table. Not going back everytime we go there is the same bad service. I decided to get up and leave, we went to Denny’s and as soon as I got there they took us to a table and in 2 minutes we had our drinks!

Came here this morning, food was alright not the best. It use to taste better.
Service was ok, our waiter was not professional, he kept passing the food over people’s face and almost dropping it on us, wouldn’t even say «excuse me» my family and I won’t be coming here.
I recommend Black Bear if you are going for breakfast at a chain restaurant.

I came with my wife and 3 kids. The food was great and the family enjoyed the meal. But what prompted me to write a review was the service by our waiter (Vicente). He really wanted us to enjoy our food and was more than patient with my kids. Explained our options and made sure the order was correct. Great experience today and thumbs up to IHOP for having a great team. SERVICE IS KEY and he went the extra mile. Thanks Vicente :)

If I can give less than 1 star I would. It looks like the whole staff partied too hard last night because their service is Crap!
I like hooking my waiters w good tips but when you disappear on us for a good minute umm not motivated to. it also goes to the kitchen. about 4 waiters roaming around and not checking on no one doing nothing! Thumb Down!

It’s IHOP, it’s ²⁴⁄₇. You know, after coming here, I appreciate that much more the challenge of having rotations of chefs crunch out food that is relatively consistent all hours of the day. Not that the food was that good, it was just sort of an epiphany. I mean, it’s IHOP. You walk in, you know what you’re getting.
P. S. It probably tastes better the later and hungrier you are.

So the service is good, but they do not have wifi here.
They are multi-​lingual speaking english and spanish freely.
Also no electrical outlets to plug in a laptop.
