Planet Wings

I went to planet wings in Rego park in queens. I order wings show the cashiers the Groupon voucher and was told I can’t use it. So the cashiers call the manger and he said no I can’t use it there I have to go to college point. Wrong answer I brought them for the Rego Park area. The manger was not right in his action to not accept the voucher.

The staff is very professional and they care .
The staff is always doing something even when they don’t have any orders, they cleaning, arranging, prepping delivery bags.
I had several things from them, the turkey burger (delicious and perfectly seasoned), I also had some wings and they were fabulous .
I live in Bklyn and often drop by to pick up food :)

Love the chicken tenders they are the best. Definitely get the curly fries. Just a little sad be used I love their ranch but last time I went I asked for ranch but he didn’t put it in the order.

I had made a delivery order. The delivery was super fast. But reason why I gave it a two star the food was horrible!!! I ordered some sandwiches and some fries. Fries were mushy, the sandwiches was horrible the bread was dull. The tomatoes looked like it was outside and was turning white on the edges. Did not put no type of sauces. Just plain. Won’t order from here again.

This is my favorite place to get chicken wings in the area. Its boneless wings are especially good.

If you want high quality wings for a competitive price this is the spot.
I have had buffalo wild wings and I have had planet wings and let me tell you both are equally as good. The only difference is the athmosphere and cost. Planet wings is better priced. The wings have a good amount of sauce on them, definetly not dry. As for sides, can’t go wrong with seasoned curly fries. I do enjoy their quesadias too.
I’ve read other reviews about delivery times. This place gets business thats why deliveries take longer. I’ve been in the store and see they have multiple delivery people coming in and taking multiple orders at a time. I havent ordered delivery yet but even if I do, you should always just be patient with deliveries.

All their food is fresh hot and delivered fast!

If you have to take more than 2 hours to get my food delivered, there’s a problem. At least offer something for the poor delivery.

I don’t quite get how they got to 3.5 stars. I order here once every few weeks, and never had a single issue. Wings are nice and crispy and curly fries are amazing.
I would suggest picking up as they can get busy and delivery can take a while sometimes, but generally delivery is 20 – 30 minutes

I can’t understand all of the negative reviews!
Every Sunday, my husband and I search Unilocal to find delicious chicken wings that can be delivered right to our door. We then spend our Sunday eating our wings, drinking a few beers & watching football all day.
Today, we found Planet Wings. Reviews were poor, but I chose to ignore the negativity and take a chance. I am SO glad we did. We just found our new wing spot! Although the delivery did take a little long, there was a legitimate reason for it. I called to check the status on the order & was told that the delivery driver got into an accident. Totally understandable. Who ever answered the phone was extremely polite & apologetic. We were even given a soda on the house. Sweet!
Now let’s get to the food. I ordered 10 original medium wings, my husband ordered 10 original hot BBQ wings. OMG. The flavor of these wings were amazing. Seriously the best wings we’ve ever had. The sauces on the wings tasted homemade. BWW who??? We also ordered a side of curly fries & onion rings. Everything was so delicious. My mouth is watering just reminiscing.
Prices are super reasonable. Great service. What more can I say?

I came back to try their wings and they tasted horrible. They were definitely left over from the day before. Their food is not what it used to be when they originally opened. I’m definitely not coming back!

Good for when your having a craving of wings. The wings are kind of small but pretty good. They deliver so it’s so easy just to pick up the phone and order 30 wings when your having a movie night. I would probably rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings though. No complaints here.

I feel the need to review here, because I don’t understand the low rating. I moved to Rego Park less than a month ago and have eaten PW’s food at least 5 times already. Their boneless wings are awesome! They somehow stay crispy while being drenched in delicious sauce. Their buffalo sauce is better than Frank’s, and their honey BBQ is awesome. I want to try the other flavors, but my cravings for those two have kept me from straying from them.
Just had their buffalo chicken sandwich yesterday. It was light on chicken and sauce, but still delicious on a Portugese roll. The only thing keeping them from getting 5 stars is the fact that their regular fries feel like they were blanched, but somebody forgot to finish them off in the fryer. I thought it was a fluke, but after getting them twice, I am sticking with their awesome (though generic restaurant supplier grade) curly fries.
Also worth noting that service is very friendly. I had questions about different sauce flavors and they let me sample them without acting like I was wasting their time. They also tell you to wait in the dining room and then bring your order to you when it’s ready, which is so much nicer than standing around awkwardly at the counter like most fast food places make you do. Oh yeah, and they use Bell and Evans organic chicken! What kind of non-​artisan fast food place does that?

Since Google didn’t have the greatest of comments for delivery service, I feel obliged to share that my order arrived very quickly. From ordering to delivery it wasn’t even 20 minutes. They were very fast, and very friendly. The girl that took my order was pleasant, and the delivery guy was nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or neighbors looking for a Wing place around here. Especially if you aren’t wanting to go out & fight traffic.
My husband said the wings were good, he ordered the «hot» and said they weren’t overly hot, but just right. They were generous on the amount of sauce. The only thing was the $ 2 delivery charge was not mentioned at time of placing my order on the phone. I guess the $ 2 was worth it. We didn’t have to lose our parking spot, and contend with weekend traffic!
On a scale of 1 – 10 we rate Planet Wings in Rego Park an 8! We will definitely order again in the future.

I get food here because it’s cheap and convenient, but I’m starting to wonder why. The wings are drenched in sauce, and they’re pretty small. The boneless wings have this really hard crust (something in the batter?) — maybe that’s why it’s drenched in sauce. Jalapeño poppers are decent, but nothing special.

Cheap wings, and fast delivery… can’t really go wrong with that. Try the leaping lizard and hot gourmet garlic

Everyone has something they cant live without, snooki loves her pickles and I my boneless buffalo wings lol. They have a nice crunch to them here, and not to greasy. Curly fries are awesome! I dont see them on menus often. Thats what makes this place little more special for me. If buffalo isnt ur taste then there are plenty of other flavors to choose from. I really like the fact that they have a good seating area. Nothing kills a good dining experience wen there is no room to sit. Plenty of space and booths. Even have smiley fries how cool is that. Go ahead and give this place a try.

TN is olace serves the smallest possible wings. I was excited to try this place and man was i disappointed. I could not believe what I was served. The amount of sauce the wings came with probably weighed more than the wings I ordered! SAD. don’t order the wings here the other food seemed ok hence the two stars.

Place has definitely gone down hill since they opened. Wings are tiny and dry. For Super Bowl you had to buy a packages deal. Wish it was still mc Donald’s that’s still there.

Here’s the rundown:
Pros:
1) Good menu selection (burgers, wings, chicken tenders, gyro, philly cheesesteak, curly fries, waffle fries, tacos and burritos, desserts)
2) This place recently opened and looks very clean
3) Their wings come in 24 different flavors, such as teriyaki and honey bbq. They were crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside.
Cons:
1) The wings are tiny! The boneless wings are barely bigger than chicken nuggets and you get 5 pieces for almost $ 5.
2) The Mexican food is Taco Bell quality. Avoid.
