Domino’s Pizza

if i could not give any stars at all and just go forth with a written review, i would. food is good because of the dominos brand and their recipe, delivery isn’t so bad, but they always forget the f**ng sauces. they have no problem charging you for it but bringing the sauce which sometimes makes the food as good as it is seems to be a challenge. it’s quite ridiculous. and it’s not about the money, what’s 50cents per sauce (we usually get 2 – 4 sauces) but quality check the order jeez.

Had the worst experience with a delivery order. Got burnt pizza, burnt cheesy bread and undercooked wings.
Why do they want to charge a delivery fee if they expect someone to come downstairs and pick up their food? Doesn’t delivery mean door to door?

This location is just okay in terms of service and quality. Delivery has been fairly quick and less than 40 minutes. I usually place the orders online and pick it up myself. I find that to be easier and efficient.
Always order online as there are more deals available. Placing orders over the phone is time consuming and a hassle.
The only reason why this place gets three stars is because there is nothing special about it. You cannot expect much from a franchise or an instant pizza cooked in an oven. It is not the real deal. If service in this location was great, then it would be rated 4 stars. Unfortunately, it would be difficult for a franchise location to be rated as 5 stars. Often, local pizzeria stores make fresh pies on the spot, provide quality ingredients, and their service is top notch. They always customize their service and accommodate customers accordingly. Franchises have a set guidelines they have to follow.

If it was possible to give zero stars i would. They got my order wrong, and mind you this like the third time it happened, but this was the first time I called to complain.
It was nice they sent me another pizza. I guess there’s the one star they deserve.
But nope,
The new pizza was still missing ingredients and there were less ingredients on the pizza.
I don’t know if their bakers are incompetent or if they didn’t have the ingredient. But I’m letting you know that «quality checking» the pizza means absolutely nothing. Stick to papa johns or a local pizzeria they’re less likely to make a mistake, twice in a roll.

My boyfriend and I have ordered from this Domino’s a lot in the past year and honestly I think I have enough experience to say that it deserves a 1-​star. Hire some staffs that know what they’re doing.
I went into the store to pick up food that my boyfriend ordered. Honestly, the cashier had no idea what he was doing and almost let me leave without paying for my food. I’m not complaining that I could have just gotten the food for free because of the employee’s carelessness. I’m just saying he looked like he was clueless and did not know what he was doing. Makes me wonder how he does in the back with the food and all.
BUT Let me share with you my worst experience from here.
My boyfriend ordered a pick up a few weeks back and it was really late. Almost 1am? Maybe 2? We live close by so it was convenient and it was one of the only stores still opened. When the pizza was brought back to the house… omg… let me just tell you, this pizza was disgusting. It was SO oily and the cheese looked like it was expired. This pizza did NOT look okay to eat. My friend took one bite and said the cheese tasted sour. I was so grossed out. On top of that, the bottom of the pizza was also burnt. I was so disappointed. I know it was late and all but this pizza was absolutely not acceptable. MY BOYFRIEND PAID FOR PIZZA THAT COULD HAVE GOTTEN ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND I SICK!!! I should have really reported this…

I tried to order here once. Completed and order and everything. At the end of the order, it said that the order time was more than 2 hrs but I said why not then After 30 mins they called me saying «they don’t do delivery at the moment. If I wanted the order I needed to come pick it up.»
If I can give it 0 stars I would.

This is a copy of my complaint online to dominos! I am extremely disturbed with the service I have recieved for my delivery and for my phone call regarding my complaint! I placed an online order #1 040 623. I placed the online order as a delivery, therefore it should be delivered to my apartment door! The delivery man double parked and buzz my door non-​stop 10 times, informing me to come out the apartment meet him downstairs to pick up my pizza! I was chaged $ 2.25 for this type of delivery? And when we adressed him he had the nerve to scream back at my brother and request a tip! This is beyond disturbing for a often customer, the the phone manager Syeda informed me the scare of the driver getting a parking ticket! how does that excuse a delivery the proper way! She said she will inform her GM Kamal Hossain. Please look into this matter.
What if I was a disabled customer?

Ordered at 7:50PM. Delivered at 9:00PM. Cold pizza for dinner anyone?

I kinda like this place… The pizzas was great not that bad… But when I order at the counter the guy couldn’t hear me what I said… Because the big hug window block the sound.: I keep rise my voice up to speak to him… The service was not that bad… :)

This is hands down the best Dominoes I have ordered from. It helps that I am like 3 blocks away and lazy to walk it sometimes, but all the times I have ordered pizza has been on point, sandwich is delicious (Habanero chicken) and the Delivery guys have been decent. Def Recommend and give good marks!

Driving home from work last night & saw that they were open, I should have kept driving!!! I order the large pizza w/​2 toppings & cheesy bread w/​an order of specialty chicken. First off the pizza was burnt & extremely greasy the 2 toppings were supposed to be bacon & sausage, but there wasn’t much of either. The cheesy bread was a burnt mess & the specialty chicken wasn’t so special other than the fact it was super dry. For the 3 guys I saw working there it took all 3 to take my order because it seemed no one knew how to take order. My worst experience @ a pizza place ever!!! Don’t go order from or go to this location!!!

This place sucks, the cheesy bread was cold the pizza was barely warm and the box was crushed and all the cheese was stuck to the top… The guy was surprised that I didn’t want it… Don’t order from here

Well its Dominos what can you expect its not good nor bad. Its just okay considering i could have much better pizza in New York. Eating from this place is the only time i have ever experienced! So no judgement on the place. I cant really say anything about the employees. I didnt really see them at all but the pizza is 4 stars worth!

Idk why this place has low ratings ! I always order delivery never have any problems and sometimes it comes in less then 20 minutes ! Whoever Mohammed is (dominos tracker) good job !

I am not a fan of Dominos. But I decided since myself and my husband got home late we would just order since they had a pretty good deal going on (50% off). The order took like about 2 hours to be delivered. By the time the pizza got here I could not eat because I am a diabetic and it was way too late for me to take my medication & eat. My husband and son ate theirs and they said it wasn’t bad. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because my family enjoyed their food. 2 hour wait for pizza is ridiculous! I will never order from this place again.

I order online and the service was fast and accurate. It was my first time trying out the pizza. Really good deal for $ 5.99. I had the cheese and mushroom pizza. Really tasty and fresh also order the cheese bread with spinach not bad at all I was impress with the service and the delivery guy super friendly. Will be back to try out different topings.

Not sure why they are getting all bad reviews but I thought I’d review them as I await for my pizza. I have ordered from here for a while now and they do what you need them to… Bring that dominos pizza over exactly as you ordered. I can’t wait for my pizza. Thanks *insert name of your pizza maker*!

I wouldn’t normally leave a review for this kind of place, but looking at all these 1 star ratings and complete roastings… I feel like they deserve way more credit.
I usually order Dominos at night or close to when they are closing. They always arrive earlier than estimated and always have my order correctly. I use the app if I’m not near my computer. The app is very easy to understand and cuts down on time.
They are dependable. There have been a few times where the order was placed using the app after the closing time but the order was still delivered. Rain sleet or snow Dominos will call my cell phone to let me know he’s outside.
Dependability, easy to order from, on time, and food. Food! Might not be the healthiest food but it’s FOOD!

If there is a zero I would pick it. 2.5 hours and a no show :). So I called like a nice guy twice first was tole that delivery man 2 min away, 30 min after I called back to cancel my order and ask for a refund. Since stupid me paid with a credit card ?. Don’t pay with a credit card u become their hostage, so I was hanged up on and I called back n basically they won’t pick up the phone. Until I blocked my number and called and finally spoke to someone that was nice and understanding. Bottom line 1– if u have to order from that store don’t pay with credit card
2– if they late more than 30 min just don’t pay for the order it is stated on dominos site.
3– don’t eat pizza it is not healthy for u :) lol

This isn’t usually the kind of place I would write a review about but looking at the reviews here, I feel like they deserve a little more credit…
I order where when Im in a slump or Im up late doing work or both. In the past decade Ive probably ordered here a hundred times, maybe…
That being said, the food is what you would expect from a dominos, which is pretty below standards but… they’re open, they deliver, theyre dependable when I order.
What else do you want from a Dominos except for them to deliver, dependably, on time and without issue.
