Papa John’s Pizza

The order took about 45 minutes and the pizza was warm. Ish. They messed up on my pizza and the delivery guy was weird. The total was $ 16.08 and I gave him a $ 20 bill. He looked at me and walked away. Didn’t ask if I wanted change or anything, just walked away. Enjoy your $ 4 tip. But hey I ordered for a bacon pizza with half pepperoni? They gave me a plain cheese pizza with half pepperoni. I was charged for that second topping, and there was barely any cheese.
I don’t like it here, and I dont recommend. Good luck.

Horrible service. They get your order/​address wrong, and barely put any toppings for what you pay for. They try to charge you extra for everything. Anyone reading these reviews, there has been class action lawsuits against Papa Johns in both Florida and Illinois for sales tax on delivery fees. Please contact me to inquire about a suit for NYS!

This place can be hit or miss at times. It took several minutes to place my order, probably due to the person answering the phone having other calls at the the same time and me not knowing exactly what to order. The pizza felt slightly over cooked, but sometimes cooked just right. Wings were good! Wish they can bring back the chicken tenders and cinnamon bread sticks. Also be mindful of the delivery charge added to the bill when adding a tip. Not much, but good to know.

I love their pizza and it’s close to my house so I always come here, one thing I don’t like about this place is that they have seats

This is the Worst Papa John’s location and they operate a HUGE SCAM. The manager is rude and horrible. They sent me the wrong pie and didn’t replace, apologize or issue a refund.
I ordered a pie worth $ 30 with various toppings and instead received a wrong pie– plain pepperoni worth just $ 10 in their menu. The manager refused to issue a refund and i suspect that they intentionally did this to steal the $ 20 difference. I suspect a refund was issued by the system and they took it instead. The whole act was tolerated by the manager. I decided to not further retaliate because the manager barely speak in english and violently screamed in the phone. He accused me of ordering the pepperoni. The manager seems to be used to the scam that he rans.

I don’t like place. They make good pizza but they don’t have proper space for seating & eating.

It’s the closest papa john’s to our home and SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
Again today they mess up my orders for the NTH time that I ordered pizza.
They always ALWAYS ALWAYS forget everything else aside from the pizza.
I usually order online, and this time i put it on the driver’s instructions not to forget the drink and pepperoncini (for extra $ 0.75 i order like 2 serving or 3 cause they just give me 2 – 3 pieces even if i pay for it!!!)
GUESS WHAT THEY FORGOT!
Called and the lady that answered was horrible and didn’t even apologize.
OH YES I have to mention this, one time the driver called me and told me to go down the apartment bldg and get the pizza from his car cause he couldn’t find parking and even after informing him that’s not possible because i have a 2 year old and 3 6year olds in the house he continue to insist that I do and just leave the kids they will be okey because it’s just a few mins THE NERVE!~.

Standard PJ’s. We’d do takeouts from here on rare occasions as it is not close to us. My friends would get the pizza, but I normally just go for the cheese sticks.
Never experienced a problem when going for takeouts (except for sometimes when they forget to include complementary sauce).
Please be carful though when ordering through phone (make sure you have them repeat the orders … a few times). We got the wrong order, called them right back and they accused us for ordering something that we don’t want.
I may still go back if I wanted some cheese sticks, but I don’t think we’d call in again.

Ordered online. Pain in the rear end website. Got our pizzas and cheese bread, both were luke warm. Cheese bread you could’ve just said it was cold. Delivery time was on point that was about it. I’ll pass on the Pj’s from now on. NYC needs a Jets Pizza!

I’ve never had any issues with this PJ’s. Sometimes they double check I know which location they are because they are surprised to hear a white girl on the phone in this neighborhood. I don’t mind, in fact I find it amusing.
This PJ’s is really meant for take out or delivery only, there is no place to sit down. Personally, I’m not a fan of plastic tables and florescent lights so I don’t mind not eating in at all.
Parmesean garlic bread is fantastic. Cheesy bread is soo good!
I’ve heard stories about them being cheap with toppings, but I never order meat on my pies so I haven’t experienced this personally.
The specialty pizzas taste a little off too me (at all locations). I like to stick with the regular cheese pie with toppings. The spinach alfredo sounds so good but tastes funky (at all locations).

I just moved to this neighborhood not long ago and this is the 2^nd time ordering from this store. I’ve had bad experience on everytime and I will never order from here anymore.
First time, they charged more than the menu price and tried to charge me for the bell pepper and Garlic sauce. Last time, when I asked for pepper, the guy gave me ONE pack of crushed pepper (I ordered 2 large pizzas). When I ask for more, he said it is going to be a dollar for extra. When I tried to reason with him, he said the owner is very cheap and gave me one more pack of crushed pepper.
Now, the food quality. Mushrooms are paper thin, i put 4 different meat on the pizza and extra cheese on the pie but they put so little meat on both of the pies.
