Stopped in for lunch & though the place was pretty dead, the bar staff was very friendly. She explained some foods they were known for. I had the chicken breast sandwich, with the guacamole & pepper jack cheese. The didn’t put the mango salsa or jalapeños on it & was disappointed. Friend got the fish tacos & grapefruit crush & was very pleased with her selection. We will be back.

I hung out here a few times a couple of years ago with some girlfriends and had a decent time, so after dinner in the area this weekend, I made a bee-line for this place to grab a drink and dance a little before heading back to Dewey and I think the people that I was with thought I was nuts! I haven’t ever been to Key West, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it seems to be a fairly standard run of the mill beach bar. They have live music, and I know the calendar varies, but it seems to always be Matt Avery when I am there. He’s pretty good, he plays a little of everything, some current stuff, but mostly 80s metal. The crowd is mid-30 and up. Drinks are OK, there isn’t a whole lot of space on the dance floor, and the massive bar separates the dining area(I wouldn’t bother to eat here again as I was NOT a fan of the food!) from the bar/fun area, so there is a lot of un-used awkward space at night. Overall, it’s the type of place that it is what it is. It’s harder than I would like to get a drink, so it’s not my bar of choice, but it you want live music and a more relaxed crowd it might be right up your alley.

My wife and I were walking down the street last night looking for a fun place to have a nightcap. We heard the band playing from outside and popped in. What a great night! I can’t remember the name of the band but they were awesome! Bartenders were very sweet. Beer was cold. My wife loved her cocktail. Overall a great experience. We plan to come back.

The day I went with friends we walked in after seeing a sign for wings. Can’t remember exactly what it said but it was enough for us to try it. They had some really good specials going on including drink specials. Food was great. Will write a better a review when I make it there May 2015.

If you have ever been to Key West, you will know this place is not the real deal. Putting up posters on the wall of Key West doesn’t give you the chill vibe of Key West. Also, no smoking inside but they let you smoke right outside the doors and windows, so expect to smell smoke inside. If you want the closest thing you will get to Key West vibe in Rehobeth, go to the Purple Parrot.

We went to this bar because we tried Claws, but they only had happy hour at the bar and kids were en tow and not allowed at the bar. But we really wanted oysters so didn’t give up, and kept walking down the street… Walked into Conch Island and was pleasantly surprised, not only was happy hour anywhere in the restaurant, but there were also great all day food specials. The vibe at CI was chill and the waitresses were very nice and good at suggesting what to order. We ordered drinks at very good prices, oysters on the half shell, garlic parm wings, steamed shrimp, key west flatbread, conch chowder and seafood bisque. Everything was such a good deal that I didn’t expect it to be good, but it was actually really good. Our favorites were the soups, and the oysters were so good that we ordered another dozen. The wings were cooked to perfection. CI hit the spot and we will be sure to return next time we come to downtown Rehoboth.

The staff and the food is amazing! Especially the crab cakes! All crab no fillers! The chicken Caesar is also delish! Great bar tenders, great music… Seriously felt like I was back on Duval Street.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good drink selection and I had just about the most amazing burger of my life! It can get loud when they have live music, just a forewarning.

Bar food and service. Just an okay beer selection and the bartender used the same glass when refilling my tap beer. Shrimp was overcooked and tough to peel, the chicken wings weren’t bad and the seared tuna was okay, but food was slow coming out considering it was not crowded. The kitchen staff was also not very knowledgeable about items they had; I asked for dessert to go and they stated they were out of desserts, then a few minutes later they«found» some… huh? I must add that the bathrooms were dirty and there was no toilet paper… and they just opened for the week. For only being open 2 days during the off season, they should be more on top of things. Nothing worth going back for.

My friend and I stopped in here and I was expecting some cheesy knock off Jimmy Buffet bar but it’s not like that at all. I’m not sure what time we got there but it was pretty empty. The people who were there seemed to be locals who were regulars because the bartender was calling them by name. The bartender earned this place another star. He was friendly, attentive, funny, and cheerful. He let us know all the specials right away. It was a Friday night and there was a bunch of specials. $ 2 domestics(I think), $ 2 Dos Equis and Pacifico, cheap Smirnoff, $ 5 martinis, and $ 5 hurricanes that were the best hurricanes of my life. They were served in pint glasses and were about ¾ alcohol. Happy hour lasted til 8 so we were there long enough to drink many of these. I don’t remember what all the food specials for happy hour were but I know they had their peel n eat shrimp. They were huge and sweet and we got one half pound of each kind for a total of $ 11. They also had étouffée on special for Mardi Gras. I’m picky about my étouffée and it was good enough étouffée for Delaware and it was better than some I’ve had in south Texas and New Orleans. The cook even came out to see what I thought. Fridays are ½ price burrito and taco day so my friend got a burrito. There were a lot of meat choices but he likes just bean burrito. We kinda thought that since he didn’t get any meat they’d ramp up on the beans but they didn’t and they got lost in the other toppings he chose so it was basically a salsa and lettuce burrito. My friend did say the flavors were good so he wasn’t that disappointed. There was a guy singing on stage with an acoustic guitar and that was nice too. I’m really, really glad I didn’t have to hear a Jimmy Buffet once.

Went for Sunday all day happy hour, good live music although a little too loud for the small space. Good drink menu; we tried the Key West lemonade and would definitely get it again although would not be able to have too many as it seems the signature drinks go for at least $ 6.50 a pop. Conch fritters w/key lime mustard sauce and seafood bisque were very yummy. House salad was just OK — tasty dressing but had cheddar/jack shredded cheese sprinkled on top and that was not to my liking — the salad just didn’t need it. Hubby got a fresh catch of the day fish sandwich — Yellowfin tuna — he really enjoyed it although I was a little surprised when it came out as it was just the fish on the bun and I expected at least a little garnish. Do not even waste your time with the Key Lime pie. First of all, it didn’t taste like Key Lime pie. Secondly, it was obviously not made in house nor from anywhere close by; as we got about 2⁄3 of the way through there was a DISTINCT refrigerator taste so we didn’t even finish it. That was the most disappointing point of the meal because I had been looking forward to having conch fritters and Key Lime pie and I expected a «Key West» themed bar would do both well. I expect we’ll try again because overall the food was good but I don’t think it’s going to be a regular in our Rehoboth Beach restaurant rotation.
