Definitely recommend Absolute Music. The staff is great and extremely helpful on all topics. The store is clean and well put together. The variety on instruments and accessorizes is unbelievable and they always have what im looking for. If they don’t, they’re always willing to order for me or recommend a different music store. The rental program is great and they do on spot repairs! Highly recommend going to Absolute Music!

I had a very good experience here. Despite being super busy because of the student rentals, I got my daughter set up with everything she needed for strings class In a short amount of time. The lady was very helpful and answered all of my questions as it was the first time I had bought an instrument before. My daughter was very excited and she left with a brand new gorgeous violin. The ONLY thing negative I have to say is that they have no sort of automatic payment system for your credit card, so you literally have to call every month and pay your bill. They don’t keep credit cards on file as a business practice and that’s ok, I just forget sometimes and then I’m late which is frustrating. However despite that I will continue to come here for all 4 if my kids musical needs. Great customer service always wins

Don’t bother wasting your time or money here. I came in on a Monday for a simple repair (it would’ve taken 30 minutes tops) and I was told it would be done at the end of the week because they were busy at the moment. Well, Thursday comes around and I missed two rehearsals without my horn. As a college student studying music, even a few days without your instrument is torture. So I called on Friday, saying to just forget it. It was then I was told that the repair person left the day before and was gone until Tuesday. What the Hell!!! I never got a call or anything. So I get a call a few minutes later saying that it was going to be fixed on. I’m not just trying to be a jerk and demand free things, but after all of this, I still had to pay. Talk about a terrible clientele base. Again, don’t waste your time or money. Find somewhere else.

Stumbled upon them, was happy to find a coupon and they were great! I’m sure I’ll be headed back as my daughter continues on her musical path!
