Anytime Fitness

Well– it looks like these guys listen to their customers and respond. Based on my review, management let me know that they are working to resolve the problem. This last month the internet has been just fine, so I’m updating my review to a 5. Thanks for listening!

I love this gym! It’s open ²⁴⁄₇. It’s very clean/​organized, the staff is friendly, the equipment is in good condition, and there is a wide variety of machines. There is a private exercise room with a large selection of video on demand workout classes that is fantastic. Even the other gym patrons are pleasant and respectful. The only downside is that they really only have one set of each size of dumbbells and sometimes there can be a little bit of a backup. I’d suggest getting a couple sets of the lower/​standard weights to ease congestion in the free weight area.

I absolutely love working out here, the staff is great, the gym is clean, the classes are awesome! People aren’t overly friendly but that’s okay! No meat heads!!! The owners to both gyms are down to earth and so great to talk to! Highly recommend to everyone!!!

This gym is quite excellent for being smaller in size. It’s clear that the owner takes pride in it since you can regularly see him picking up after others and providing wet wipes for member use which dips into his operating cost. All of the personal trainers are nice and extremely helpful. The prices for membership is highly out of touch with the fitness market place. I wish Anytime would bring the price down to compete with the rush of $ 10 a month gyms but that has nothin to do with local management since that is a corporate level. The manager Brandon is extremely responsive with his customers and always willing to work with you on membership options. They keep adding new equipment always make repairs or enhancements as needed which demonstrates how well this gym is managed. I get the feeling the owner sees this gym as a direct reflection of himself and that’s how all businesses should be managed. I’m very happy with gym and would invite others to join. It is clean and everything you need is provided.

Ive been to many gyms in reno over 10 years and this is the best gym I’ve ever been at. I’ve been going there for about 30 months never had a problem with billing. If there is a problem they help you right away. The facility is always clean. The restrooms, showers etc. the machines are always working. If you’re looking for a trainer they have GREAT! Trainers. Troy is my personal trainer and is great trainer very very knowledgeable and explains everything from A-​z. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is looking for gym.

I am a heavy girl who hates gyms, always feel out of place. Not here! The owner and staff make you feel special and part of a team. If Brandon (owner) hasnt seen you, he takes the time to check up on you. Originally I signed 3 month contract, I love it so much I signed a 18 month contract. Troy is my trainer, he is a great person who understands my limitations and fines creative ways to give me the best workout. In a short few months I have lost 30lbs and have been able to do 25% more exercises then when we first started. Please give them a try, you will be happy! Btw they also own the one on Vista. Always staffed durning the day, very clean and and always adding new equipment.

I have learned to love this gym. The people are friendly, but not overly chatty. The equipment is fairly new, and they add new equipment regularly. The trainers Rachel and Justin care about the members. They answer questions and check in with members. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are private. I’m not the average gym beefcake. I appreciate going to a gym that I’m comfortable working hard and trying new things.
You won’t find them handing out donuts and pizza. They actually encourage good health by encouraging their members to push themselves. They also have a great sense of community.

It is rare to find a clean expansive gym at a very affordable price; however, the owners of this Anytime Fitness location have certainly raised the bar for others to follow. I never believed it was possible to enjoy getting in shape. There is something for everyone here as well as a high level of respect and customer service.

I love this place. I hate Gyms… I mean I really hate them. I still hate going, but if I gotta go to fight fat girl trying to get out this is where I want to be.
The owner Brandon is always available for motivation, or questions. He makes it a point to get to know his patrons and their habits.
No weird grunting men, clean and well kept.

Clean and up to date equipment, friendly atmosphere, and always 24 hr access. No better place to work out!

Well its time for me to start hitting the gym hardcore again. Boy have I been slacking since mid August. Gym staff are really terrific here! My goal lose weight (8 – 10 lbs.) in a month and be the first to get Dukedom with this gym branch.
