Whomever manages this Burger King needs to get their priorities in order. By that, I mean they need to clearly update the website on what times they are open as well as update the sign on their drive thru window on their hours of operation. It clearly states their drive– thru is open sun-fri until midnight but they actually close whenever it’s convenient for them which is at least an hour earlier before or more before midnight. I have even called to inform them and spoke to an employee that stated they were only open till 11 and I informed her that they needed to update their hours and her response was a jolly«okay!» Which allows me to assume that they conveniently create their own hours of operation. Yeah get your priorities straight N. Hills! Lame!

Yummy :), I like it here once and a while. Not to often since it is so unhealthy but good for the chain. Onion rings are always very fresh too :)

I’ve eaten at this BK several times since I moved to Reno last September. I’ve always driven through, and the food has always been impressively good. Today, I dined in and was just as impressed with the interior. Very clean, attractive, with friendly employees. And again, my Whopper combo was delicious. Very fresh, crisp fixings, and the fries were perfect. Other BK’s should aspire to be this good!

Figured I would choose the(what I hoped would be) lesser of several fast-food evils in the area. Ordered the fish sandwich meal. Took it to go. When I opened the bag the fries were lukewarm and a mixture of several types of fries and pieces of onion rings. As if they were the dredges. The sandwich was inedible. There was sauce all over the outside of the bun, the edges of the fish were rock hard. I drove back, went in, and got my money back. Will never be back.

Not very impressive with the beef patty here. The beef inside the Whopper tasted like plastic. I have not been to Burger King for a long time and just passed this place as there was not much choice around here. The taste seemed to become much worse than what’s in my memory. I guess the cost cutting reduced the quality of the meat. The beef patty looks cheap and smell bad also. The service was friendly though. Just the food is not up to par.

March 17, 2012 Saturday — lunch 12:15PM 1 adult & a kid(not a goat but a human child) Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 5 stars Background — Had to take my little girl to have some free French fries and green ketchup. Atmosphere — Before you walk in you can not help but notice the free Wi-Fi sticker on the window, gotta love that. The place has probably been open for less than three months. One corner had a little casual spot with some nice big comfy looking chairs, get them hooked in with that free Wi-Fi and coffee. Menu board is a series of televisions, got to love the modern feel of the place. The thing that really got me was their lamps hanging from the ceiling. The glass had the look of hot flames in it, very catchy. Something I would expect at a more hip restaurant, not fast food. I hope you like the pictures I uploaded of them. Food Appetizer — none today. Main Course — I went with the Whopper Jr. with cheese. Very fresh, not the typical fast food sitting in the serving tray for an hour. The veggies were all fresh and the right color. Excellent job guys, I mean ladies, did not see a single guy working there. The fries where free for St. Patrick’s Day weekend, it also came with free St. Paddy’s Sauce, it was Heinz red ketchup died green. It tasted the same, but left your tongue green when you were done. My daughter loved that, I had to take a picture for her; I will not share that one, lol. Dessert — One 96 cent soft serve cone, they only have vanilla but it had a great taste. The cone was plenty big for my daughter. Service — Fast and friendly. Before we had topped of our soft drinks our food was ready. They ask for your name when the order is taken, none of that number being assigned to you, and then they call you by name, next maybe I will be Frankenstein instead of Paul. Love the little personal touch. Future — We will probably go there since it close to my house.

My family has been really enjoying Burger King lately and this location brings us the best of both worlds: tasty fast food and local convenience. The design of the exterior and interior is modern and eye-catching. The easy chairs inside invite you to sit down, boot up your laptop, and stay awhile. The staff is friendly, the service is prompt, the restaurant is clean and food is yummy. We will definitely be back!

The building looks cool with the black paint. There is still some growing pains with the drive thru. I’m not really a fan of the new fries. There texture was inconsistent and had a slightly bitter flavor. I will try this restaurant again the the future and see if things improve.

Another choice for food in the North Valleys! I usually don’t give a fast food joint 4 stars but this place is really nice. It just opened up today and the interior is super nice. It has a corner with couches(yes, couches in a Burger King. I took pictures for proof.), free wi’fi, blown glass light fixtures, and just all in all a cool seating area. I like the way the kitchen is laid out, reminds me of «In and Out», very open so you can see what everyone is doing and if everything is clean. Other than that standard BK food, Service was very good for being their first night open, a bit of a wait but the place was packed and they seemed to be handling it quite well. Kudos, BK, on a great new location!
