Apple Store(Summit Shopping Center) So when approaching this store, you see nothing but a big Apple, and well the only place that has glass doors and a glass walls. Very Unique way for a store. But i went in with my wife to get her Ipod fixed. Now walking in they waste no time to approach you, get you to the person you need to see for the problems you may have or what you may be looking for. The one thing i really did appreciate is that the gentleman took his time and listened to my wife and her concerns and questions she had.(I am not an Apple Fan) but i am not judge the place by my personal opinion but i must say this location is very clean and very open. Basically everything here is touchable and able to pick up if needed. I really loved the way how the staff here was not just kicking back and chatting if they were chatting they were talking to customers and answering what ever questions they might have had. I was just waiting for my wife when i had been approached by at least 3 employees whom asked if i needed anything or had any questions about anything. They are not there to pressure you into purchasing anything like some electronic stores where it is based off of commission, i mean they may get some commission but that is not the goal they are after. The whole store is open to the public i mean if there is something that you wanna check out you may at your leisure, Ipad, iphone, mac book, or anything else that may be Apple can be found here. Do i see me coming here alot? No! but i must say that Apple does take care and shows pride in their store, and employees and most of all their Customers are treated like family.

Pretty much like every other Apple Store I’ve been to — bright, clean, busy, fully stocked, with pleasant, helpful employees who always manage to solve my computing problems and answer my questions about new products.

This is the second time that I visit Apple store. When you come here expect a delay of at least 2 hours while waiting to be attended. You practically have to look for attention your self. Seems like to many hipsters does not result productive at all. The worst experience ever. The air conditioner is barely working, you can actually how bad other people smell.

Went into the Apple Store in September 2015 to get my iPad screen fixed, I had cracked it and I was still within the warranty so I made the appointment. My appointment went smoothly I got my confirmation email and the girl said I would get a phone call in 1 to 2 weeks when my new iPad arrived. I never received a phone call. It is NOW about to February 2016 and I have yet to receive my iPad! 4MONTHSNOW! I have called customer service numerous times and they have all given me mixed BS answers, I don’t even bother driving all the way to the summit because I know they won’t help unless make another appointment. I’m so disappointed. Worse service in RENO!

I went the Apple Store on South Virginia at Summit Sierra to buy a new iPhone. The employees are really helpful and know what they are doing. I walked out with the phone I was looking for and fully set up. Thanks Cody!

Customer service that sets the bar for all customer service. I have been an allegiant Apple fan for far too many years. Our whole home is Apple /Mac products. I stop in occasionally for cables, charging stations, a new mouse or latest gadget. This time it was for a new phone for the wifey. I always prefer to buy my new iPhone directly from Apple online or in store. This visit was easier than ever. A short wait for a customer service agent allowed the wife to peruse the case options for her new phone. By the time she had browsed they were ready for us. They were able to provide the phone she wanted and walk through the AppleCare purchase and even change my phone plan to a better deal! One stop shopping at it’s finest. The wife is happy and the shopping experience, knee deep into the holiday shopping time, was easy! That said, it is torture to go in and not come out with more new products. My iMac wants an upgrade now for sure!

I went to Apple Store to have my iPhone 6+ camera fixed under warranty. My camera was very blurry and would not focus. I went to their Internet site in putted my phone serial number to check if my phone was defective. I showed up on time and was taken care of by the staff. They replaced my camera and away I went about an hour later.

Awesome awesome awesome! What can I say… Every time I come in they are excited to see me, they fix my phone, computer iPad… Whatever! It’s like Disneyland to me. I always learn something new… ANDITSCLEANCLEANCLEAN!!! I never feel like an idiot… Lol. They speak in my teens and help me understand what I’m doing wrong… Or what the system is doing wrong! Love it!

Bad service. I scheduled an appointment but when I came in 8 minutes early they told me I wasn’t in the system. I showed the confirmation email but instead of putting me in at my appointment time I was put in at the next available time slot, fifteen minutes after when I scheduled. After waiting 25 minutes I asked if I could just drop off my phone, all I need is a new screen and I really need to go. The guy I asked said he cannot do this nor would he ask someone else to make it happen. This delay caused me to miss an appointment. Quite frustrating.
