When i walked in to this location really not knowing what it is, my wife was wanting to go in and so i decided to check it out and not knowing what i was getting myself into, but the store was extremely nice, and very clean inside and never once did i get the feeling that i was not welcomed, i have been to a few places that are circled around the female’s that i was treated not right. But getting back to this place, the staff well the lady was very welcoming and always asked if we needed any help looking for an item and did not continuously ask us if we needed anything.
The Store, laid out very well. Everything priced and not alot of annoying signage that tells you that they are having sales. Well mannered and a company that stands behind their products.

Charming Charlie is definitely charming! I always spend too much time in here because there’s just so much to see, and it’s neat how they organize the accessories by color. I’ve purchased a few clothing items from here, which I do love, but they mostly have accessories and handbags. I can count on this place when I’m looking to create a specific outfit, or shopping for a gift for a gal pal.
I purchased a new black and gold handbag today and I love it already. I initially came in to buy my mom birthday gifts, which I did, but I couldn’t resist the bag! They almost always have good sales or coupon offers going on throughout the year so it’s worth it to sign up for the e-​mails.
Basically, when you get that urge to treat yo’self, look no further than CC!

The best place for cheap cute accessories in reno, no, northern nevada! I think charming Charlie single handedly made Reno a little more fashionable! The store is organized by color, which makes creating an ensemble much easier! The quality is not super amazing, but what can you expect from a 15 dollar necklace! I mean really!
Besides jewelry they also carry scarves, hats, shoes, purses and a few shirts and dresses! The scarves are the next selection in Reno by far!!! Their hats look cute, but I’m not a hat girl so I have no clue what im talking about! Their shoes are super cute and on trend!!! If you are searching for a clutch in any color to match your outfit. They will have it! (so do I, thanks to charming Charlie, you can borrow one)
This is my go to place for gift certificates for my girlfriends! They carry all different styles of accessories, so everyone can find something they like!

Color coordination heaven!!! This place is cheap — friendly, clean, super organized and my kryptonite! Got love CHARMING CHARLIES!

Charming Charlie, what happened to your beautiful store? I went in on Tuesday and it looked like such a mess in there. It was the middle of the day and looked like a bomb exploded in there.
How I used to love the organized by color store. I hope they get their act together soon.

OMG! Everything in this store is very reasonably priced, and sorted by color. They have everything from shirts, sweaters, some shoes, to every piece of jewelry in every color you could ever imagine. They are the perfect accessory store of all time. They are always friendly and helpful as well.
If you sign up for their email program they track your purchases and will send you discounts and money back to use in the store. Really glad we have a charming charlies in reno!

While vacationing in Reno we stopped at this Charming Charlie to do some shopping.
The store was clean and organized by color. I found many cute tops and dresses to try on and matching jewelery. The dressing room was hard to locate and there was no one managing the dressing room. I stood by the dressing room for about 5 minutes and no one came up to me to assist me. I had to walk over to the cashier desk to ask for a dressing room to be opened. The ladies who were working at cashier desk were talking among themselves and ignored me.
The associate who opened the dressing room for me was nice. I found a few things to buy which were very affordable. I was ready to pay and again the ladies who were working were talking, fixing their makeup and hair… Finally someone asked if I was ready and told me someone else would help me. The associate who rang up me made no conversation with me and only told me how much my total was…
While we were walking out of the store another costumer walking behind us even made a comment about how rude the associates were.
Loved the store… but hated the costumer service !

My husband and I came here in and got me a black metal watch. It was 20 bucks. I have only worn in a few times and had it on my jewelery box not moved or anything and the finish is worn off it. i do not get how that happened when it has just been sitting in one spot for a few months. What a rip off. My husbands 12 dollar watch from Walmart looks brand new and we got that 2 years and its metal. I will not shop here ever again. Such junk you have!

This store is awesome! I love how all their displays are by color. It’s very appealing to the eyes. Jada B’s review is entirely accurate about quanitity over quality. At their prices, I have no problem replacing an item when it wears out. I’m a frugal shopper and found some great items on clearance. I purchased three purses and a wallet all for $ 26! I’m not into «status» brands like Coach. Just give me something inexpensive and functional and I’m ready to go! That’s Charming Charlie’s. I’ll definitely be back.
Ladies, don’t bring your husbands here!

Such a fun and colorful place. It is a blast to shop here. Leave the husband at home, stock up on cash, and put aside a few hours because this place is Disneyland for women! If you want to have fun shopping, this is the place to go.

WOW! This is an awesome store. If you are into accessories, this is accessory heaven for you. I love how the store is organized into sections based on color. So if you were trying to coordinate accessories with a certain outfit you would definitely know where to divert your searching to. I was a little overwhelmed with the store because I didn’t know where to start… I basically wanted everything! They have everything from scarves, purses, shoes, jewelry, etc. I only wish there was a store in the Bay Area then I would shop my lil heart out.

Loooooove this place. We definitely need one in San Francisco. Fabulous selection of reasonably priced, yet good quality accessories. The layout is perfect and the décor is beautiful! It is a must go anytime I venture in to Reno…

Awesomely cool accessory store. Bags, jewelry, sunglasses… etc. Everything is color coded too, which was pretty cool. I just came to check it out after a friend had recommended it to me. I ended up buying these really cute sunglasses for only 9.97 or something like that, pretty cheap for a really nice pair of glasses. I can’t wait to go back.

When I first ventured into this store I was blown away. This place has everything one would need to accessorize an outfit and it is divided into sections by color, which makes shopping for an outfit much easier.
Just this last weekend I took my aunt who can accessorize anything and she loved this place!
What is better is that most of the jewelry items are less than $ 20! Which a trip to this store can be dangerous!
The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions and options.
My aunt told me this store is now on her «must go to» when she is in Reno!

Very cute place! I think they just opened up because everything felt shiny and new — even their bathrooms. I had to GO, but the women’s bathroom was occupied so I used the men’s bathroom. Nice and clean — I don’t think it had been used at all that day, so woo hooo for me.
Charming Charlie’s is an accessories store and it’s organized all by color — love it! Lots of costume sparklies, hats, scarves, purses and shoes. If I accessorized more, I’d definitely be all over this store.
Staff was friendly and very helpful!
