I really wish I could give it a better review but the last three times I have gone there they messed up my order. I’m giving it to because I am probably will keep going back because I like coconut tofu so much. It’s easy light meal. Even when I call to order in advance though it is never ready when I get there.

The worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. They were really surprised when I ordered meat with my Tostada. It was cold. My husband ordered a burrito, which was also old. He ordered it with pinto beans, which were not fully cooked. We’ll never go again. Very expensive, too. If you like Mexican food like we do, don’t eat there.

Gross undercooked shrimp in my to go fajitas today… Over priced food and tiny portions. Next time my husband and I want Mexican food we’ll be going some where else.

I had the shrimp taco prepared with the tomatoes and pepper sauce that the individual at the counter recommended… it was very good. Lots of flavor and good spice. The portion that fell of my tortillas were scooped up with the tortilla chips they serve with the taco. I highly recommend this taco along with a margarita.

Finally tried Bueno’s– it’s close to my house and I really wanted it to be good. What my family found was taco shop style food, for full/service pricing. Never paid so much for self-service Mexican food. With regards to the food, it’s edible, though mediocre. It’s been a week and I’m still not sure how they’re still in business. Save yourself 50% and go to Chipotle.

They just need to find the salt shaker! It was really cute with a nice comfortable atmosphere, fresh salsa bar and great service. But we were all just missing flavor :(. And the fish on both the fried(Baja style) and grilled(Buenos style) was really dry. I don’t think it was cooked to order. I love the location so I’ll come back to try something else but flavor testing before serving would go along way — in our opinion.

Don’t know why people given Bueno’s such high ratings. I have eaten there twice and came out very disappointed and thinking the food is just mediocre. Meats are prepared and ready to be plated. If you ask for anything other than what is on the chalk board you will get a negative response at the cash register. Seems to me that the price is jacked up for special diet needs. If I could give a half star I would.

First trip here and brought the family, so three dishes were tried. Adam: I got the Steak Burrito, as I wanted to try a dish that they had a good rep. for, and it was good! Not the best ever, but it was well-assembled, with an even-distribution of ingredients throughout, and tasty. Even tastier once I started hitting their salsa bar and experimenting with different salsa added to my burrito. Wife: The Buenos Burrito, good fish and tasty mango salsa… maybe a little heavy on the rice. Child: Baja Fish Taco(children’s menu) She loved the Fish! Half of the fish eaten with a fork, and half picked up in little tortilla pinches. No fish escaped her! The cabbage slaw was discarded by her, but she’s 3yrs old. I tried it and thought it was mild and OK, a good choice for a kid’s dish. -=-=- I will return, to try one of their specialties: Like fresh fish or steak on the grill, I want more protien and less carb on my next visit!

We go here all the time because it is right by our house. We love to sit outside and they have the best margaritas! The food is «ok» — not the best I’ve ever had but still decent. They use fresh, quality ingredients and I feel like it is a good choice for a healthy alternative. Have been meaning to stop by and try their breakfast.

This is a restaurant that cares about quality ingredients, fresh food, cleanliness and friendly service. They also care about the community and environment. Great place for families, sports teams and friends hanging out.

Wow! Worst chicken tacos. Very dry with no flavor. Even the salsa had no zing or spice. Very boring and bland. No Bueno.

Great location but that’s it. Over priced… bland food. Only thing worth getting is the Acapulco quesadilla or burrito.

Order at the counter, good fried fish burrito, lunch quick for about $ 10. Cute place, good service for a place where you order at the counter. They also have a great salsa bar and a good Mexican beer selection. Not typical Mexican food, so if that’s what you are looking for this is not it. This is good food though!

Buenos grill is a great restaurant. It’s locally owned, and the food tastes so good. It may seem a little costly, but the amount of food is huge. I got a burrito and it not only tasted good, but it was enough food to satisfy.

Recently had them cater our event and they were wonderful! Excellent service, delicious food and great prices. Love going to eat here but was even happier with them as caterers. Would highly recommend them for catering!

Worst service ever. I ordered 2 buenos fish tacos and 2 chicken verde tacos. I waited for 45 minutes. I was just going up to cancel my order and mine was ready. I got home and had 1 chicken verde burrito and 1 chicken buenos taco. The fish was so dry and over cooked I couldn’t eat it. Ridiculous.

Way over priced. They charge exorbitant amounts extra for toppings like sour cream and guacamole(which are usually included or added at little to no addl charge). The portions Are decent sized and the salsa bar is adequate, but overall it’s overpriced and food you can get better cheaper elsewhere

Rather overpriced for smaller portions of just«ok» food. Gave it the benefit of a doubt and tried twice. There are just too many much better options in the same style of food in town to settle for Buenos Grill.

I want to like this place, I really do. And generally, their food is okay. But each time I go, I want to chuck a box of kosher salt across the counter and say, «Here! This stuff works! Use it!» First, their food is expensive. A taco is $ 5.25, and I thought I left those crazy prices in DC. They’re big, but c’mon. The Buenos taco has slaw, mango salsa, and fish, but there is so much stuff that the tortilla rips by the time I eat it. Add that to the fact that in the meanwhile I’ve emptied the salt shaker into both my taco and the guacamole I ordered as a side. We had the fajitas once and those are pretty good – but skip the chicken and order the shrimp, you’ll thank me later. The guacamole is actually a pretty good deal for the amount of guac that you get, but again the fajitas are a little pricey for a casual dining place. I like Buenos because I feel like I’m eating healthfully(even if I’m just kidding myself), but I hate that it costs me a mint to do so(and that I have to salt everything in front of me, water excluded).

I’m a simple guy. I like simple things. Simple and tasty! That’s what the folks at Buenos Grill do — simple and tasty. The ingredients are fresh. From the fish to the beans to the salsa bar, the food is always fresh tasting and consistent from one visit to the next. I like it much more that one of the chain mexican casual dining joints. Another draw is the décor — it’s a great open room with simple and tastful mexican décor. Takes me to southern Baja for fresh fish tacos every time. The location is great — I’ll be back soon for fish tacos and a cold beer.
