Burger King

So we got some cheese burgers last night. Just basic cheese burgers, and they were cold with hardened grease on them and cold cheese that couldn’t even melt. I wouldn’t normally write a review on a fast food resturant, but this was so disgusting. It was busy there last night but that doesn’t excuse serving food that would never pass inspection. They need to fix something fast!

If it were possible to provide zero stars I would give that. We came here on a Saturday night at the request of our son and grandson. My husband and son had Whoppers and fries. I had a chicken sandwich and my grandson had chicken nuggets. When I ordered my chicken I requested no mayo and the person who took my order then read it back to me as extra mayo. I said again no mayo. When we got our food, the Whoppers were cold, so were half the fries. Mine were hot, but apparently they gave my son and husband older fries. My chicken had mayo on it so I had to go back to the front and request it be fixed. The person in the back, doing the cooking said «so she doesn’t want mayo?». I was a little aggravated as I now had to interrupt dinner to have something fixed that should have been right to begin with. If the food wasn’t bad enough, the entire restaurant needed to be cleaned. It was easily the dirtiest restaurant I have been in for quite sometime. The floor had trash on it and the tables needed to be cleaned. If you are a germaphobe as I am, you will find it difficult to eat here.

If i could give –negative stars i would! I come in here all the time, ya sometimes theres a wait… hello its fast food. But i stood there in front of the register and all 4 employees ignored me, acted like the only people that mattered was drive thru! Why does it take 3 fricken employees to work drive thru??? And 2 were in management! The mgr on line making food is aways so nice to me, and helpful. Thanks for always remembering i like very little ice in my iced coffee! People get it together!!! Im so disappointed that during a slow period i waited 7 minutes to even b acknowledged, thats not right!!! And no 20% off next purchase card would fix it

Usually I go here because it’s right by my work and the service is mediocre, and I have had my order screwed up here and there, but after today I am never coming here again. I was going through the drive-​thru and the girl took my order, as per usual, and said she would give me my total at the window. So she tells me the total and it’s a little more than usual, so I asked her if a certain item had gone up in price, and she gives me this annoyed look and asks,“You wanted the small and not the large?” I respond and tell her yes because that’s what I ordered. Anyway, that isn’t what bothered me, it’s the way she handled the situation by slamming my money that I had given her on the counter and correcting my order. Honestly, if you are going to act like an infant because of a simple mistake then maybe you shouldn’t be working at what you are doing.

There’s always miscommunication. I ordered in Drive-​thru and my order was far from close to be correct. I simply order to 2/​$ 5 deal: 1 chicken sandwich & 1 whooper, no onions. 2 medium fries with rand, and 1 medium coke. The girl who was taking my order couldn’t comprehend so the manager took over. When I got my food, I had 4 burgers, no ranch and burgers with onions… One Job. (Oh, but thanks for getting my coke right)

I reluctantly went through BK drive thru about 45 mins ago because my husband wanted a burger for dinner. I had a coupon for 2 Whoppers, 2 Fries and 2 Drinks for $ 8.99. There were no customers inside and I was the only one in the drive thru. I ordered and asked the lady to add cheese to both of my Whoppers. I assumed from the increase in price that I was being charged extra for the cheese. No big deal. I rec’d my order and drove home. When we opened our burgers there was NO cheese on either burger AND she charged me for HEAVY CHEESE 2 SLICES on each burger… The food was luke warm on top of that… EXTREMELY disappointed/​mad. They weren’t busy and so it’s not like they were in a rush and accidently forgot. I was the ONLY customer there!!! Because it was so late and I was already tired I chose not to drive back and complain… Ofcourse maybe they were just mad at me for interrupting their chat time because yes there were 3 girls just standing around chatting while I waited for my incorrect food order… GEEZ!!!

Slow as molasses on orders. Takes almost 20 minutes to get your «fast food» on a good day with only a few customers. It can be cold too!

I eat breakfast here occasionally, and I have never had an issue like the first reviewer. Drive through times can be somewhat slow at times, but the food is BK quality and the service is nothing special. I usually do not rate fast food, but i feel this place deserves better than one star as they have always been consistently mediocre for me.

This is the WORST BK restaurant in the history of the earth!!! I sat in the drive thru line for over 5 MINUTES (with only ONE car in front of me)!!!
They got my order wrong, so I went inside to get it changed… and THAT almost took 15 MINUTES!!! When I asked for the manager, the sorry ass employees there looked at me like I was the asshole. The employees were rude and the service SUCKED!
How HARD is it to work at Burger King!!! DAMN!!!
