I bought a yogurt parfait, a bowl of fruit and a Thai iced tea and it cost over $ 14. The yogurt parfait was no better than sweet muck from any cheap yogurt bought in bulk. The fruit was mostly all melon(and cheap). The Thai iced tea had an expiration date of 2057. Seriously. I’m hitting the buffet tomorrow or bust. Eff this being in shape«mentality,» just let it all go.

Good espresso, nice staff, but the worst éclair I’ve ever had… such a disappointment

Very mediocre… My chai latte was good Fiancé says his coffee tasted like watered down tea. I enjoyed the blueberry muffin. I also ordered a pumpkin muffin. They have a ton of pumpkin seeds in the muffin??? Who does that completely ruined what would have been a great muffin. Service is nothing special. While your waiting for them to finish making your drink dont expect to be talked to or ackgnowledged. They are too busy talking to each other behind the counter. They almost make it seem like your interrupting them.

About what I expected for a coffee from here…

Had a regular coffee, Chai Tea Latte and an Old Fashioned Donut on a Sunday morning around 9:30 a.m. All were good and the price was reasonable. Service was prompt and the coffee was hot.

Weak. Decided to grab a couple of Gelato and one Soy Latte(75 cents extra for Soy Milk) while waiting for the wifey. There are 2 «young adults»(one male, one female) working here and both of them are inefficient, inexperienced and lack costumer service skills. The line started to pile up and they don’t even bother to acknowledge the patrons. I must’ve stood there for several minutes before they started taking my orders. They both lack organizational skills and there is no teamwork. Example: Male takes my order, punches the price on the cash register and leaves to go to the back. Female takes my order, punches the total on a separate cash register and begins scooping the gelato. After what felt like an eternity, she hands us the gelato and goes to the back where the male was. It appears he’s making a sandwich and she also starts making a sandwich. I didn’t order a sandwich. Time goes on and the line gets longer and I’m still waiting for my coffee while the gelato is melting. I don’t see anyone making my latte, and the female must’ve realized I was waiting forever now. She gives me a quick glance and I see her pour something on a cup that must’ve been sitting on the counter from a previous order. Sure enough, she hands it to me after what felt like an eternity. There ain’t no way that is Soy Latte since I didn’t see anyone making a fresh batch. One sip of the cup and confirmed it ain’t no Soy Latte, and it’s weak as hell. It taste like coffee-flavored water. Ugh…weak as hell.

Well, there was lots of seating nearby, the tables were clean, and the line where we ordered moved quickly; so that’s good. But the food was pretty awful. Consistent with the other reviews, I hvae to say my bacon, egg & cheese panini lacked flavor, and the chocolate croissant had too much chocolate(outside and inside!) It’s breakfast food, right? My husband only had a few bites and then tossed it. It was a convenient stop for coffee though — nothing fancy, just regular coffee, and that wasn’t bad.

The mocho café(shoot of raspberry) was really good. I haven’t one this good for a long time. Only things was the customer service wasn’t really friendly. Granted that they are very busy, but a «smile or how are you» would have been nice. Besides, all that, coffee was done well. I will go back cause the mocha café was really good.

The pastries look great, they don’t taste that good, the cinnamon rolls had raisins in them,(blah) 4 pastries 2 coffees and 1 ice tea, $ 28.00 + not worth the money. If they warm them, they didn’t offer it to me, might of made them taste better.

My review is based solely on customer service provided by the cashier here as I did not buy anything. I asked directions to Café Milano and the young lady here was really nice in not only giving me directions but also reassured me that it was ok to go through the haze of smoke with my kids to get to Café Milano.

Save your money for Starbucks. The wait is long and the quality is not equal. Sorry, but if you want to charge as much as Starbucks then your drinks better taste just as good as theirs!

I was running on low energy this afternoon and needed a frappuccino fix so I thought I would try Café Espresso located in the Peppermill Casino near the hotel check-in desk. Unfortunately, I must be spoiled by Starbucks as I was greatly disappointed. For over $ 5.00 the Frappuccino failed on flavor, size and caffeine. I should have Unilocaled Starbucks. Café Espresso also offers other types of drinks, pastries and sandwiches. So far my only experience is with a Frappuccino. Would love to hear other experiences.
