Meh. I got a decent deal on some nice winter boots here, but the staff was cliquey and unfriendly. And, the boots I bought were the only pair I found attractive. With how many shoes they had and the prices said shoes were offered at, I was left underwhelmed. I’m not trendy. I prefer classic, timeless items that I only have to buy once and can wear for many years… Unfortunately, even with the sale prices here, I feel that the shoes were overpriced and out-of-date, though the quality was not bad. I love my boots, but I just can’t see myself shopping here again. At these prices, I definitely suggest hitting up Off Broadway Shoes at Legends instead!

Don’t shop here! The main manager here is a total bitch, I wore a pair of Levi shoes to school for one class, the shoes tore into the back of my heel to the point of bleeding and blistering, I went to return the item and was told I could not, even after explaining that we had asked the return policy BEFORE buying the shoes, to which the employee only told us we had 30 day, which is complete LIE, you have 30 days if they are totally unworn… how are you supposed to tell if the quality of the shoe is okay if you don’t ware them? What if the glue peels or they completely fall apart? You are suckered into buying them and then you are told you are completely SOL if the shoe is of very bad quality. The manager needs to be fired, no managerial skills whatsoever, who trained her, Hiter? Again I strongly urge you to buy shoes from a better store!

Absolute worst customer service and a joke of a company – didn’t accept a return(with a receipt!!) at a different store than I purchased them from. The manager is a joke and doesn’t know how to properly treat customers, we will not be back to db shoes here or anywhere

I’ve only come here once after searching for American made boots at Boot Barn(see my review):
Although I was only searching for a pair of black work boots that were comfortable and at this point I didn’t care if they were made in China. I was pleasantly surprised that they had 2 styles exactly what I was looking for. They had Dr. Martens same style but in 3 different colors. With the prices at 50% off I actually bought a pair of black and a pair in dark brown. I’m sure DB Shoes may not have the selection of boots that many other stores do, I feel lucky to find not only one but two pairs that are acceptable. The staff was nice and helpful. In fact my son found a pair of running shoes as a result of the young man who helped us with the boots.

Went in here after being next door. I am in need of a new pair of shoes. They did have a nice selection and the prices were pretty good, if you found something on sale. But finding something on sale was very easy as I would guess that at least half the shoes were discounted anywhere from 30% to 70%. However the most were either 40% or 50% off. The store was moderately clean, and the staff did not speak to me at all. I will give her credit she was helping other customers. I did not buy anything this trip, found a few shoes that were OK, but not great. I also did not have the wife’s permission to buy new shoes, and did not want to hear about it when she got home. I will be back and bring her in so we can both look for new shoes soon.

The majority of shoes were downright atrociously ugly and $ 70 shoes marked half off do not make them pretty. This place«lost its lease» so was having a mega sale. Intrigued by the 50% off sale, I wandered in. What a joke. I walked out empty-handed. So did a lot of people.

I’m a big dude and they actually had shoes that fit me. That’s a rarity back home. I got 2 pair of shoes for under $ 50(they were having some kind of a sale). 2 pair of stylish shoes, ha. They are located in a nice spot near Old Navy, Ross, and TJ Max. So you can get your bargain shop on if your feeling thrifty or happen to be on a budget. The staff offered assistance as soon as I walked in. When I found what I needed they still offered assistance which ultimately led me to my second pair :)

I visited the dbshoes in Reno, NV today on Kietzke lane. I was there at 12:50pm and bought a pair of black heels of which I liked. I left the store and WORE the shoes around one store as I wanted to see the comfort. They were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I went back into the store 20 minutes later to return the shoes. The woman said I wore the shoes and that they would not take them back. I read the«return» policy of the ability to return the shoes within 30 days if UNWORN. I have one question, who buys shoes and does not wear them?! That is the most ridiculous return policy I have ever heard of and the rudest customer«service» I have ever encountered. And besides that, after wearing a pair of shoes for 20 minutes this woman was able to see how much the shoes have already been wore. I would not call that quality made shoes. Needless to say I will never shop at dbshoes again and will definetly not spread positive things about this store to family and friends interested in buying a new pair of shoes.
