Now that help u mail is under new ownership they’re a fabulous store absolutely 110% helpful and courteous and will go above and beyond to make sure that all of your needs are met. Anna custom shipping department is absolutely phenomenal would definitely recommend this to anybody I know

Reno, NV
Girl behind counter is pretty rude and impatient even of you are polite. If you ask more than two questions you might as well just leave and buy elsewhere. I have learned to avoid this place, at least a the post office you dont have to pay a large premium for their rudeness. This is the last time I will ever go there. Who wants to be charged 150% real postage and not even enjoy their experience???
EDIT: New staff there is helpful, service has improved. Gotta say it is way better now.
