Sometimes you’re just too lazy to cook and too lazy to go get takeout Thank god for delivery. Two Guys is not my first choice when I want Chinese food. I’ve had their food a few times in the past I know that it’s decent, so they won out recently for offering delivery. We ordered the mini combo appetizer(2 crab rangoons, 2 potstickers, and 2 egg rolls), General Tso’s chicken, BBQ pork chow mein, and Mongolian beef. Umm, this was for 2 of us… even though it seems like we were feeding an entire family(which we could have with the leftovers). We were told that the estimated delivery time was an hour. Sigh, but I’m so hungry right now. I don’t really have any other choice except to go out into public, so we waited. Everything was piping hot when we received it so at least they didn’t load up the car 30 minutes ago and make several other deliveries before us. I don’t think I need to go into too much detail about what these dishes taste like, so I’ll just point out some observations, both good and bad. The mini combo comes with 2 dipping sauces(sweet and sour and what I think was ponzu); nice to have a little variety. The filling in the crab rangoons is really skimpy; you’re mostly getting wonton wrapper with these. The crispy rice noodles that Mongolian beef is typically topped with at were the bottom of the takeout container, which we didn’t know until we finished off the container. The BBQ pork chow mein has really nice big chunks of the pork and plenty of them. As we were eating, we both noted that it was good, but not the best we’ve ever had. For the purpose of getting delivery because we didn’t want to do anything else, this was just fine. I’m sure this mood will happen again and I’m sure Two Guys will come up as an option again too.

Absolutely the weirdest name for a restaurant. But that what makes it different and unique. I come here and ordered a few plates, and the price was just right. Wasn’t over priced like most places. I love the sweet and sour pork, drunken noodles, and prawns are the best to me.

Oh two guys!!! I love you! You are never busy! You food is consistently good! Your fried wanton soup is heaven! Ok, time for real talk… This is my favorite restaurant ever! I’ve been coming here for 20(no joke! 20!) years! I can always expect the same quality!!! The staff is never friendly, but they are quick and efficient! The place is never busy!!! It’s my go to on a Friday night when everywhere else is packed! We always order the same things… Fried wanton soup(my favorite thing ever!) the po po platter for 2, fried rice, steamed rice, general chicken and lemon chicken. Yes, that is for 2 people!!! It’s all so good. And then we can take some home and enjoy it later!

The best hot and sour soup in town. Always friendly staff is very accommodating and helpful. The food is consistent and always good. Nice quiet atmosphere and clean. It is definitely a great local’s secret spot!

Surprised that the reviews for this restaurant aren’t all 4+. While the décor could use some help, the food was fresh and delicious. My daughter has gluten intolerance and they were super about modifying recipes to suit her needs. Nice folks with appreciative smiles. I’ll be back!

Though maybe not the most stellar Asian option around, I’m a definite fan of Two Guys for offering up regularly good eats. Surprised to see so many mixed reviews for a place that has been pretty consistently satisfying. This spot is always eerily empty for Sunday lunch which I actually kind of like. Speedy service all to myself. Décor feels almost comically dated and eclectic(eg: Chinese tiki bar???), but it kind of adds to the appeal of this place for me. A little small business kitsch is always welcome in my book. Hefty portions abound for their lunch/dinner specials; come in hungry or be ready to take some home. Comes with soup to boot! Pretty standard American Chinese menu, but the sizes and extra(though not excessive) grease almost feel like Asian comfort food. Indulgent. Tasty. Filling. Honey Walnut Prawns, Kung Pao, and the Chow Fun are among my favorite options when I’m hankering for a full and happy belly. Flavors are pretty ‘authentic’ as far as Chino Americano dishes go. You won’t find culinary nirvana here, but you’ll get a damn tasty bite. Oh, also: if you’re hoping to order the Fried Wontons, they’re actually JUST wonton wrappers… fried. If you’re into that, go ‘head wit ya bad self. If not, shy away and opt for some pot stickers.

There place is a little out dated but food great. There a little slow at times on service but there food is legit. Always call in orders there not like panda express that has the food setting there. They take about 20 mins. But believe me there legit. There food is GREAT. I choose them over others.

Stopped in here the other day while we were in town looking for an inexpensive lunch and we were definitely satisfied with what we received. I ordered the Szechwan chicken, which was OK, a little bland but overall it was enjoyable. The hot and sour soup was DELICIOUS though, some of the best I’ve had. My husband ordered the general chicken, which was delicious. Portions were good, especially for the price, and the food was plated nicely too, which sometimes you don’t find in inexpensive Chinese restaurants.

I would give this place 3.5 stars, but Unilocal doesn’t allow that… The restaurant décor is a little quaint, old fashioned and casual, but it is quiet and clean. This was my second time here(both times were due to a friends suggestion) and both times the service was good. The main waitress is polite, considerate, and does her job well. She knew my friend well during my first visit(he must eat there a lot) and they chatted each other up. I think it is nice when a business knows and acknowledges their regulars. This evening I had Vegetable Fried Rice and Eggplant with Garlic Sauce. Their Vegetable Fried Rice is delicious: the rice is perfectly cooked, it isn’t too greasy, the eggs fluffy, the vegetables cooked well, and the seasoning is spot on. It is what Chinese Fried Rice should be :) I’d give this dish alone 4 stars. The Eggplant with Garlic Sauce dish however wasn’t as good. While the ingredients were fresh and it had a good taste, the dish is heavy on the oil and was overcooked. I will say that the food portions are huge! I have enough leftovers for 3 days. For the price it was a great deal! I’d come back… but maybe will try something else besides the Eggplant :)

This place has great delivery! EVERYTIME we order from here we are not let down. My favorite is the Orange Chicken. I think this is the only Chinese food the reheats well. My wife and I always order way to much just so we can have leftovers. Would be a five star but our last delivery was a little late with no apology. I still love this place!

The food here is completely amazing now. I came here a few years ago and although the service was great, the food not so much. I ate my boyfriend’s leftovers and had to go pick up a replacement tonight. Everything was so perfect and tasty. The noodles and the dumplings taste homemade and are. The entrees are delicious. I think we will go back for more… as soon as I finish up his leftovers.

Food was fresh and delicious! Haven’t found a good Chinese in Reno but this is it! The sweet and sour deluxe is so good! Dinner is pricey next time going to the lunch. Wish we had found this place sooner! Décor needs to be cleaned and updated but it didn’t affect the food. It might bring in some date night people if it was more updated. The sizzling rice soup deluxe was awesome! I loved it!

This place is good. It’s pretty typical Chinese food. Huge portions if you order the combo meals — the General Chicken is really good, as is the eggflower soup. The $ 25 delivery minimum is unfortunate, because you really have to get a group together(or prepare for leftovers) to meet the minimum, but I’m really happy to have a Chinese restaurant that delivers to my place. The delivery takes about an hour — I’ve never had a problem or had them be late, but I’ve only ordered twice. I’ve never actually been inside so I can’t speak to the ambiance, but the employees that answer the phones and make the deliveries are all very friendly. Really good Chinese food overall, for a reasonable price, and delivery! The luxury of not having to leave home makes everything worth it.

I absolutely love this place! The food is awesome and the ambiance is really cool. The decorations are all what you would expect in a Chinese place but done in a way that is pretty classy. The people that work here are really helpful and very willing to go the extra mile to provide good service. A great example is the fact that the delivery people made a very valiant effort to deliver food to me the last time we had snow here. Their car got stuck but were still willing to send someone else out to deliver my food. Give these people a try!!! Good job guys!!!

Food was marginal. Atmosphere & service poor. When I asked to take my food & hot tea to go the waiter told me that although they do have lg styrofoam cups with lid he couldnt give me one for the tea. I received a tea bag instead

Everything about this place just screams 3 stars: nothing more nothing less. The proportion of the meal to the cost, is reasonable. The food is decent(I didn’t like the hot and sour soup, but I really liked the Sweet & Sour Chicken so it evened out). The service is a little slow, but quite friendly. the environment is a little hole in the wall type of thing. I feel like if you got this to go, the experience would be improved because then you could eat it in a better atmosphere! But if I wanted cheap, fast food Chinese to go, I would just go to Egg Roll King. One thing to note, that I didn’t mark them down for because I feel like it could have been a fluke, was that the water was terrible. I mean beyond terrible. It tasted like bleach/chlorine/dirt water. I feel like this could be one poorly washed glass, and though it is inexcusable, could have been one in a million. To sum up, might go back, but only if invited by someone else. I wouldn’t go out of my way.

I love this place. Fantastic food, but on top of that they have healthy, tasty options. They use fresh ingredients in everything. Id also recommend their walnut shrimp. SO good!

We were looking for a different Chinese place to try. Nothing fancy, just good and basic. This was it. The egg flower soup was delicious and hot(there’s nothing worse than cold egg flower soup). My husband got the cashew chicken lunch special and I got the sweet and sour pork lunch special. Both had VERY generous portions and were very good. Each lunch special came with one cream cheese rangoon which were lightly fried. Everything was very good and our waitress was extremely sweet and attentive. We will definitely be coming back here when we’re looking for good, inexpensive Chinese food.

I really had a hard time choosing between three and four stars. Ok so I have a bad tooth abscess that has my cheek puffed up to the size of a tennis ball and landed me in the ER last night. I’m on narcotic pain meds and my husband is out of town and we basically have no food in the house but I can’t drive anywhere and my face hurts and I don’t feel like pizza so WWWAAAAHHH what to do?! Chinese delivery! This is the first time I’ve ever ordered Chinese delivery in my life(I’m from Winnemucca remember, we don’t have delivery there) so I was pretty excited. I called in my order. The lady on the phone was very nice. Told me it would be about an hour. That’s fine, I said. Only 40 minutes later, here is the delivery guy! Pleasant surprise especially after reading reviews saying the delivery time was much longer. I must have just gotten lucky I guess. And the delivery guy was nice too. Anyway, the food came piping hot. Every container was hot, which is good. The kids chose crab Rangoon, house chow mein, and sesame chicken. I got egg flower soup and house fried rice. The egg flower soup and crab Rangoon are really not that good– both pretty bland. The soup basically just tastes like cabbage. The Rangoon seemed like it needed to fry longer. The sesame chicken is only ok, I thought. The kids really liked it though. The fried rice and chow mein are actually quite good. Nicely seasoned with lots of tasty meat, big fat shrimp, and veggies mixed in. I didn’t find anything to be overly salty or greasy. Aside from the soup being such a letdown, this wasn’t a bad overall first Chinese delivery experience.

Delicious food, great service, the staff here are SO friendly… and they deliver!!! Since my favorite Chinese place closed, I’ve been looking for a place close to me that is good… this is a major score, as far as I’m concerned!!! :-) From the moment me and my daughter walked in the door, we were greeted with huge smiles and very fast service. The«Cream cheese puffs» were so lightly deep fried that they almost melt in your mouth, with NO greasy feeling or taste. AMAZING! The Walnut Shrimp is so mouthwateringly wonderful, that I’m almost drooling right now just thinking about it. I had that with their chow main, VERY good! Their sweet and sour soup is the BEST I’ve had out here… so good, I never have to add anything to it. Most places I need to add soy sauce and sriracha, but not here. Theirs is perfect! I need to venture around the menu some more, but honestly that walnut shrimp is all I can fantasize about now, when I know that I’m going to Two Guys to eat(or ordering them for delivery). The place is a little old-style cheesy Chinese décor, with the outdated pictures on the walls, worn carpet and the way it’s so dark inside. It’s almost depressing to be inside, which is why it’s never really busy(that I’ve seen). But the décor aside, I really like the staff and the food… we will definitely keep going back!
